I have just watched this just now. It a bit slow and draggy in the beginning but overall its a nice show. For those who cries easily, just remember to bring along lots of kleenex. My fren who went with me, cried a lot. To me, its not a sad movie, but touching.
I love the cinematography, its fantastic, the tear drops, the accident, the way he fell on the floor.. wow.. fantastic. I enjoyed this.
Charlene is great in it too, a lot of flashbacks back and forth, she can be considered as the main character but too bad her presence in the movie is quite short. I expected more.

anyway, found this interesting article about the movie:
Lau Makes Love Story
Hong Kong pop king Andy Lau has been fully occupied from earlier this month with the shooting of All about Love, a romance starring Lau, Charlie Yeung and Charlene Choi. Lau has invested HK$20 million (US$2.6 million) in the making of the film, which is expected to be a moving vivid depiction of people’s inner feelings.
Lau plays two roles in the film — a doctor and a hairdresser. While the two roles are very different in terms of personality, both are said to give audiences a taste of the bitterness of love when the characters’ romances come into conflict with cruel reality.
The doctor, an upstanding male figure, loses his wife in an accident and learns to treasure what he has left. The hairdresser, a selfish and short-tempered character, gets bored with what he sees as the tedious love of married life and finally leaves his wife.
Lau decided to shoot the film after sensing there was shortage of good cinematic love stories. "I have not seen a good love story for years," he remarked. "The last one I watched was Yee Tung-shing's C' est la Vie, Mon Cherie in 1994. I want to make one like that."
Lau’s HK$20 million investment does not include any payment for himself, as he acts for free. Although he is thought to be the right person to act the two roles in the film, Lau confessed that he did not invite other actors for the sake of saving money.
Despite forking out such a large sum, Lau said he never thought of earning money from the film. "I made a calculation and understood that I might lose a maximum of HK$4 million all in. I’m prepared for the loss and it will not affect my life," he said.
According to Lau, female audiences should learn from the film that there were no perfect men in the world. Every man is selfish to some extent and hopes to keep his privacy. Women should respect their husbands or boyfriends, said Lau.
Charlie Yeung and Charlene Choi, who play the wives of the doctor and hairdresser, said they were honored to appear with Lau, who they regard as their idol.
Both noted how they were impressed and encouraged by Lau’s hard work. "He is my example," Yeung said. "He can work for 18 hours for filming and then go to the TV station for programming. I am very stimulated by his example."

Andy Lau tells you a touching story All About Love!
For the first time Andy Lau plays two leading roles in one single film, in which he will tell an extraordinary love story about heart transplant with Charlene Choi and Charlie Young. Andy Lau plays a husband who only learns the importance of expressing his tremendous love for his wife when it is too late. With such an underlying message, All About Love distinguishes itself from mere melodramatic tearjerkers by leaving a profound aftertaste. Guest-starring Anthony Wong Chau Sang as a heart surgeon and veterans Hui Siu-Hung and Gigi Wong as Charlene Choi's parents, All About Love has made over HK$ 19 million to become one of the top-grossing movies in Hong Kong!
All About Love is the first film invested by and starring Andy Lau after he set up the company Focus Film. He plays a workaholic medical practitioner Dr. Ko who neglects his wife (Charlene Choi) in spite of his love for her. After she dies in a car accident, he switches his job to that of an ambulanceman and sticks to a routine schedule, as a special means to remember his deceased wife. In an operation, Ko saves a woman Sam (Charlie Young) who happened to have a heart transplant - and he soon discovers that she actually bears his wife's heart! Co-incidentally, Sam's husband Derek, who has also deserted her, looks identical to Ko. So Ko decides to take up Derek's place to accompany his wife's heart for he has not been with her enough when she was alive...
Story:
Ko’s (Andy Lau) life is running perfectly for him; he has a successful job that he loves, and a beautiful wife, that he loves even more. However, one day, his wife suddenly passes away, leaving Ko devastated and alone. In order to distract himself from the tragedy of losing his wife, he devotes himself fully to his work at the hospital.
However, one day, Sam is admitted into the hospital and Ko finds himself strangely attracted to this woman. Coincidentally, Sam is also the recipient of a heart transplant – Ko’s wife’s heart. “All about love” is a colourful, sweet and touching story of destiny, love, hope and second chances.
