This is the story line

A tough man who is soft on the inside and a beauty who has some unlikely masculine traits? A romance that takes place in a market, starring Sean Lau and Joey Yung as the most romantic onscreen couple! This film also features Chapman To and Yumiko, all vying to become The Attractive One!

The Attractive One sees Sean Lau once again teaming up with Itchy Heart's director Chow Hoi Kwong, to create another heart warming and touching romantic comedy. Sean Lau once again takes on the 30s tough guy role, similar to his character in Lost in Time, but with a brand new challenge of playing someone who has yet to be in love. Joey Yung, who has been abandoning her girl-next-door image to become a sexy vixen, she has to abandon her beautiful image and accept her beauty with a beard look for the film.Sean Lau plays a barbeque restaurant owner who falls in love with Joey Yung, a beauty thearpist in a pet beauty shop. As fate would have it, Joey has a crush on someone else. Can a 30 odd year old who has never experienced love win the love of his love? Or is his efforts doomed to failure?

this movie was kind of bad, it definitely wasn't what i expected and was even boring at times

it was so dumb how sean fell in love with joey and vice versa, and the plot was horrible too

i don't recommend this to anyone

it was funny when he was running with love shoes (pink) love = like flying ?
song of love --> similiar of zelda music just a little bit

I did expected a lot more from this movie.
With my favorite singer Joey , i thought that she could have done a better movie this time..... but she didn't.
THe only person that made me laugh was Chapman again......
If he wasn't there, this movie would have been worse

i totally agree with you boyasian. this movie really sucks. i managed to get through the whole movie without sleeping, but i was so close to fall asleep. ZZZZzzzz

Yeah the movie was a bit boring eh? I didn't like the scenes, it seems like a very old movie, very bad for modern day movie standards.

I like Joey but eh well.... this is not a movie i would recommend... the story line ain't that good and her acting is merely average....

This movie was really boring...I didn't think it was the actors fault, just such a horrible storyline. Initially I thought there was something about Joey growing facial hairs on her face due to over supply of hormaones and lovelost...but that wasn't even a realy part of teh storyline. And what was with the Yumiko dancing part in the park...? I reckon to show off her dancing abilities...could have been in a better situation/circumstance... :blink:

Th movie was decent enough but it would be difficult to recommend this movie because it is infinately forgetable. Joey Yung is cute, but Sean Lau is totally wasted as an actor. The plot barely had a pulse.

it was a cute love story... but i think it dragged on in the middle of it... it was so boring... the beginning and the ending were good though...

This movie is a boring one. Even though I love watching movies where Lau Ching Wan is within. But it's Joey Yung that's making the movie boring and bad for me. I don't like Joey when it comes to movies. I don't think she's good in acting. She's always playing a kind of girlish role that makes the movie for me quiet irritating. But that's only maybe for me. But even with out her playing in this movie. I still think it's a boring movie because of some kind of missing in the story.

no i wouldnt recommend this to anyone but joey fans

the storyline is sooo slow and isnt very appealing....and plus joey and lau ching wan DO NOT look good together

I thought this was a just below average movie.... One that you'll probably wanna go and see in the cinema but walk out a bit dissapointed in the end. I agree with hkey, that the storyline was very slow and that both couples in the film, don't look right together!!

One plus for this movie is that i think Joey's acting is improving!!! (Well compared to earlier movies) But it is clear that acting isn't her forte!!

I'll give this a 4.5/10!!

Not the worst film i've ever seen!!!!

even though i like joey's singing nd all....she sucks in movies...seriously can u name ANY MOVIE that have she in it nd its good? i mean maybe except that series where shes ugly in the first place nd then turn pretty....but thats a series so it dont count....so all in all...this movie is stupid....at least to mee...xP

i really liked this movie.....it was so cute! I give joey credit for spending so much time on grooming each dog and etc. and making them so cute. I have a dog myself but it gets frustrating to groom him when he can't sit still for more than 10 mins.

really boring. Not a good line in this story and no point. Actually nothing happened in this movie just watch the last 5 minutes and u know the same as someone who have watched the whole movie.

don't really like this movie...joey and the other guy(don't know his name) just don't mix together!! the plot is not interesting at all.

the funny part is when joey asks "what's the dog name" and the guy answers "ah wei" hahaha
