But seriously a little pissed off at NO recognition for Miriam, Eason, "Hooked on You" as well Gigi and Fiona for "Wonder Women." Seriously "Hooked on You" was one of the best films of the year, I don't get the shutout. And this is while "Mr.Cinema" gets quite some noimations, in terms of best Handover commemorative film, "Hooked on You" was tops. At least "Hooked on You" got a Hong Kong Critics Society Recommended Film honor.

And how crazy is it that Louis Koo, Andy Lau, and Chow Yun Fat are all fighting for Best Supporting Actor?

Congrats to Charlene for the nomination.

Simply Actor was great, she did an amazing job doing accent and a porn star.
I hope this time the judges don't mess up like the other award show.

congrats on the nominees...yea i too think that it's insane that 'hooked on you' wasn't at all recognized...it was by far the best handover movie...but congrats to sa for her nomination was again for best actress...it really shows what a long way she's come in the entertainment business, acting wise

charlene was great as the porn star. considering it's such a different role from her real self.... what with all the fake boobs and stuff. lol. she's the only one who can make a porn star look so cute.

why isn't tony leung nominated....is it because it is not a HK film?

personally don't think anita yeung role at protege was that impressive that it deserves an nomination.

i hope aaron wins for best actor. he never gotten an award from this award ceremony before..

Wow Charlene's nominated for Best Female Actress...thats so awesome. Although i didn't really like Simply Actors, i think Charlene did a good job in it. Her role was really different compared to her other innocent roles.
I got a feeling The Warlords is gonna score quite a few awards.

Wow some of them are pretty crappy actors/actresses -this makes the awards so lacking in meaning.

i have to say, The Warlords was a pretty good movie. a bit gruesome i think, but a good movie.

Glad to see Aaron getting nominated again for best actor. He did good job in the Detective movie. What I dun like is Takeshi Kaneshiro getting shunned out of nominations once again. I thought he did equally as well as Jet li and Andy in Warlords.

I dont see any Lust Caution nominations....Oh nvm, it's in the Asian category since it's a Taiwanese film.
