2days{?} after the release of super junior's U japanese version, it has taken #4 on the Oricon music charts.

Wuah, they did a very good job I was kinda surprised that they sang U in Japanese lol. Now I think of it, they might surpass SS501 in terms of sales? O_O

...they're even the real charts too, not he ones Big Bang charted on that really wasn't that big of a deal but the REAL charts that actually matter. ...yes. GO SJ.

hmm the jap version sounds so odd. the words dont really flow. hankyung's jap is funny lol, worse than his korean. heechul sounds pretty good and gentle. donghae sounds cute. kyuhyun sounds hell different. eunhyuk & kibum's rap sounds... weird, especially kibum.

i hope the album is out soon, so that we could listen in better quality. looking fwd to Twins jap version too!

the rap part of hyukjae and kibum is in english. it really surprise me, their english is really good.

congrat suju, although the japanese version is not good than korea, but it is sound really good...the english rap is not bad, little weird...but they try their best..if they pratice more, will be better look like the chinese version....fighting suju!

i heard the japanese version and it sounds really funny to me
maybe i'm too used to listen to the korean version
somehow there's something wrong with the flow when they sing

are u serious, "really good"? im pretty sure eunhyuk's rap was half english half jap. kibum rapped a bit in english, according to wat i could understand. for the part i didnt understand, im not quite sure what language that was. even so, his english rap wasnt that good. i thought eunhyuk's english was a lot better.

^ well i can understand it. or maybe i just dont expect them to rap in english.

i still find the song good, im sure they'll improve as they promote their song, specially if they are going to sing it live.

The rap was done completely in English.

IMO, pronounciation wise, Kibum was better. However, the lyrics in Kibum's rap (or either Kibum himself? lol) fails to make the rap produce the original rhythm of the rap in the song. Eunhyuk rapped a lot better than Kibum. Then again, Eunhyuk had more lyrics to rap so the rhythm was easier to follow.

The Japanese "U" was done well (then again, how can official releases be bad? LOL), but it's definitely not on par with the Korean, or even the Chinese versions. Those were done better.

For a foreign group that has never promoted in Japan, #4 is VERY VERY good
