Action star Jackie Chan rallied together with more than 100 other Chinese entertainers in Hong Kong on Monday to support a colleague who was secretly photographed while changing.

Local tabloid "Easy Finder" published the pictures of pop star Gillian Chung changing her clothes after a recent concert in Malaysia.

Acclaimed singers Jacky Cheung and Andy Lau were among those who joined in the televised demonstration.

The stars, who were also supported by women's rights groups, called for a boycott of the magazine and its "indecent" photos. During the protest, they lined up in front of a backdrop that said "Privacy & Dignity, Hong Kong People's Business."

saw the middle part of this show for like 20 minutes, then my dad decided to watch "the academy" instead. the only reason i would watch this show is becuz of all the stars that showed up on that show. we'd be watching someone like jackie chan talk and then my dad and i would just be checking out the stars shown in the background. there were soooo many well known celebrities (singers & actors/actresses) standing/sitting on the same stage to show their support that i would be touch if i was gillian.

they asked sandra ng to give a short speech of her thoughts and she started talking about her pregnancy, etc. i didn't even know sandra was married already!! wow. somehow, she looks better even tho she was a bit chubby.

Its nice to see so many stars unite together in the protest against the paparazzi. A nice combination of HK movie stars, TVB artists, singers etc. In the last pic we can really see a lot of people(LOL that's Charmaine, Roger and Bosco in the middle of the crowd biggrin.gif)

A magazine company like that doesn't deserve to be still up and running. It's so cool that many celebs are there to support Gillian. And this is what i will do to the person who did that to Gill if he/she get's caught... cluebat.gif

this should send a msg to all papparazis that there is a line between what is right and not. i believe in freedom of the press but this action is purely despicable. they hid a camera in a girl's changing room!! how low can you get?!

wow. so many famous stars came out to support.. good to see

the photos never shoed her completely naked right? i read somewhere that the magazines only showed her bare back and her upper body with a bra on... still, it was wrong of them to take photos of her changing

I feel so bad for Gillian. Well at least they're doing something about it now and I'm glad that Gillian has so much support.

why is everyone saying that it's nude picture when she was just adjusting her bra? Nude is a big deal! but it wasn't nude! Nude is like...having nothing on! I mean it's still a big deal in China, but if it was here in America....they will sue the magazine company and that's basically it. I don't think that it should be made such a big deal bc it's not really nudity! Yea sue the damn person and cry once or twice, but what the hell. I mean it should be a big deal! but they are making it a very huge dynamic thing!
