hehe, just because they have the same surname doesn't make them uncle & nephew!! >_< Besides, Tang Yu Zhe is TAIWANESE and this guy, Tang Zhi Ping is actually from Thailand!!! xD

OMGOSH! I didn't know he was from Thailand until few days ago!!!! OOOOHHH! No wonder his Chinese sounded a bit wierd!!! I really liked him when he acted in Tokyo Juliet!!! =D AND, I was surprised that he was in Hana-Kimi, playing the gay doctor...but I think he really matched that chracter very welll!! lol Anyways, I'm looking forward in seeing him act in more series in the future!!

i started to like him in Hana Kimi...i never knew he was born in Thailand.....i really like how he plays his character and his image looks good in Hana Kimi....i love how he always try to run away from Rui Xi (Ella) in Hana Kimi cuz it's so funny and he always fails to get away...hehe

Hey! I think you're right... it definitely looks like him.

I first noticed Tang ZhiPing in Say Yes! Enterprise. I feel like he's got a huge acting range... extremely varied acting experience... for example, his roles in Say Yes! Enterprise and The Hospital were far more serious than his roles in Tokyo Juliet and Hana-Kimi, but for some reason, he doesn't seem to get very much recognition. I definitely hope that changes as I seriously love this guy.

OMGOSH!!! I'm a HUGE HUGE HUGE fan of Zhi Ping now because of the series "Angel!!!!" AHHHHHHHHHHH!!! I had ALWAYS been a fan of him since the Tokyo Juliet days...but because of actually seeing him act as the main character, made me like him even more!! I think he's an AWESOME actor since he did a GREAT job acting like the gay doctor in H-K and also as the OLDER, mature guy in Angel!!!

haha, I was so stupid for thinking he was born in Thailand!! XD So he's Thailand born Taiwanese?? But don't you think he looks a little big Thai? Cause I really thought there was a weird accent...but turns out that if you listen to it more, you realized that there isn't one!!! XD

Angel turned out to be TOOOOOOOO DARN disappointing!!! XD It wasn't Zhi Ping's fault...it was the STUPID storyline!!! -sighs- His character was PERFECT and I really like his performance! hehe, in the end...I only finished watching Angel because of him!!

I really HOPE that Zhi Ping would get another main character role in his next series!!! & hopefully the storyline won't be crapppy! I think that he really deserves a BIG break!! =D KEEP up the AWESOME work, Zhi Ping!!!!!

it is very sad that Ru Han (played by tianxin) had to die at the end of angel, but i would say that's the best way to end the series. if you had known chinese better and paid attention to some of their lines, you would understand...

The only reason why I didn't FINISH watching the series cause it was TOOOOOO freaken boring at the end!! hehe, it wasn't because of my Chinese or anything...I understand perfectly, it was that I ended up skipping around cause I just wanted to see if Zhi Ping got together with Ru Han at the end!!! watched him in tokyo juliet as well as hana kimi. and he is too funny.
his characters tend to be more femme. well obviously in hana kimi he plays a gay guy but they're both hilarious!
the only problem i have is the stylist.. choosing to have his hair styled that way in Tokyo Juliet as well as Hana Kimi.. i personally they make him look bad..

I like his charactor too!! He makes me laugh alot! Especially when he tells Ruixi in HanaKimi , that he is not there solely for her to complain. The way he delivered it made me laugh and laugh.

Though he is not one of the main charactors , he added more comedy to the show as a gay doctor , and had a very memorable charactor.

^ yeah....I def. agree that WITHOUT Zhi Ping, HANA KIMI would NOT be the same!! =) Actually that's the SAME for EVERY character!! lol

I didn't reallly get the chance to watch alll of Hana-Kimi but I've only seen the first ep & LUCKY for ME...Zhi Ping happened to be in it! ^___^ When he turned around, I was like "WHOOOA!! He's the guy that was from Tokyo Juliet!!!! " and then when he was like "I'm gay" I freaked out like crazy!!! I seriously COULDN'T believe that he was playing the ROLE of the doctor...but as I continued to watch on, I realized taht he was so freaken AWESOME for playing this role!! =D

Anyways....I realllly wish that Zhi Ping will HAVE a NEW series SOOOON cause I realllly want to watch him act in another series again!! ^___^ It's toooo bad that he's not too popular, but I really hope through Hana-Kimi other people will start LIKING him A LOT MORE!
