HEBE n GILLIAN... Who's prettier? Options

Yeah, every celebrities use makeup; sometimes don't know why Gillian has lots of makeup (especially the Green eyeshadow) on which really make her lose her prettiness, but with the right amount of makeup (actually there are a lot of pictures), Gillian looks very beautiful......

I am surprised that you did not mention Hebe with or without makeup, but you mentioned Gillian with makeup on....hmm..hmm....????

I think Gillian is the prettier one......Hebe is okay, but not as pretty as Gillian, Gillian just stand out more for me.....she is full of life.......

I think that Gillian's makeup level is a bit high, and I haven't seen a picture of her without much makeup on yet, so I can't say much. I'm not very familiar with her either.

I obviously love Hebe. She's not only pretty from DEEP inside, but I think on the general outlook, she has a very cute face and has an adorable and dazzling smile.

And whoever said that Hebe has a rabbit nose, the nose was the last thing about Hebe that I actually noticed. Gillian's makeup level was what bothered me.
And Hebe's nose is just slightly sharper than other Asian artists, it's not exactly abnormal.

Hebe's never used an excessive amount of makeup that I've seen Gillian used. It sort of makes me think that Hebe's more willing to show her REAL spirit and her real self more than Gillian would. Hebe's makeup level is quite low -- in her current drama, "Dou Niu Yao Bu Yao" (also known as Bull Fighting), her makeup level is MUCH lower than Gillian's, and she looks extremely beautiful.

I think these pictures simply prove my point. Gillian's makeup level seriously scares me away. And Hebe has tons of spirit too, she's smiling, and always jolly when she's singing with S.H.E.

I disagree, I don't think Gillian used more makeup to hide her REAL self, on pictures she showed her different personalities, when she is not happy, she showed it, like her smile is not happy; and sometimes this cause some people to say that she is fake or has the fake smile.....I don't know why Gillian has more makeup on sometimes, maybe probably because of her makeup artist...but for any female celebrity with lot of makeup or no makeup at all, it makes her loses her prettiness; with the right amount of makeup then she would look dazzling; that is the magic of makeup....

Second, you don't have to prove your point by showing me photos of Hebe; you could just type your opinions. Obviously, we both think who is more prettier differently, I was saying Gillian is prettier than Hebe to me, and that why she stands out for me more, I like Gillian not only is she beautiful, I like other qualities from her as well; for anyone who say that he or she likes Gillian, it isn't always he or she like Gillian because Gillian is the pretty one; this is the problem for some people who don't like Gillian and assume that Gillian's fans like her because she is pretty when it is not right at all...when I said Gillian is full of life; I was not saying Hebe is not full of life like Gillian, I was not comparing who is more full of life......

LOL. Have I not posted at this thread before? I can't seem to find my post. Meh I honestly like both of them separately the most from their groups. Gillian is beautiful, but her look is just to plain to me, like if she smiles normally and poses in a picture I would say WOAH! Pretty but then when i see some of her seductive shots or other shots they don't really appeal to me, maybe it's her fashionist? Compared to Hebe, she comes off looking cute when u just seem a few photos of her. Then when u get to know her and see more pictures she's really pretty, the fact that she looks good with different hairstyles, and can tend to pull off different looks, I'd say HEBE overall for me.

Even though I think Gillian is pretty as well, Hebe is prettier in my eyes. I think she can pull off more than one look. Even though people say she only looks nice in the cute kind of way, I think she can look classy, elegant and sexy if she wants too.

I think that Gillian's makeup level could scare people away though. As for all the pictures I've seen of her, she usually has heavier makeup than a lot of artists.
And of course she shows her real self.. I think many people generally show themselves.
But Gillian's makeup level really did scare me away.. of course there are some exceptions. I'm not too familiar with Gillian, but I do have friends that are huge fans of hers and have posters and everything.

I was posting pictures because I felt like it. Everyone has their own way of explaining.

I'd say Gillian...she looks pretty from all angles and I've always preferred her to Ah Sa somehow tho i do like Ah Sa I think with Hebe, she only looks pretty/cute in certain angles...in other angles, she looks not so cute/pretty. I think both Gillian and Hebe are beautiful in their own ways. I've seen Gillian self-taken pictures (some of them without make-up), she IS still pretty and actually looks SWEET without make-up! As for Hebe, it can be seen clearly that Hebe is not so 'make-up' type of person, I've seen her in real-life once. Besides, beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder, and both Gillian and Hebe are two person with totally different personalities!

I have already explained myself. Read my previous post.
Of course Gillian shows whether she's happy or not, and practically everyone misunderstood my post. I did NOT say she was fake and I do NOT think she is fake. Just read my post.
And could you give a reason why you think Gillian is prettier than Hebe?

I think Hebe is also the non-makeup type. She does wear some, but it's never too excessive. There are several pictures of her without ANY makeup on, and Hebe looks gorgeous.

Besides, I have read through LittleDevil posts, and she mentioned nothing about Gillian being fake, she just stated that she thinks Hebe is prettier because she dislikes girls who put on more make-up (Angela, correct me if I'm wrong, hun) Gillian does do make-up most of the time and I find her GORGEOUS with make-up. Back to the statement of 'beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder', I believe all of us here have different personalities, those who like pure facial and cute look will sure go for Hebe and those who prefers pretty princess-like look will go for Gillian, those who like combination beauty (like me) with choose not to side

I simply think that Gillian is waay too much of a princess-look-like with the makeup all the time. And her face is awfully sharp.. at the chin. I think that's the part that sort of .. makes it look like a rather sharp personality type of person (although Gillian might not be).
Hebe has less makeup on (and looks gorgeous), so I simply like that. And Gillian doesn't look bad without makeup on, I think she should decrease her makeup level as well.

It's depends on who you like actually, no matter how much others would say "Hebe is prettier bcoz of bla3x, Gillian is prettier bcoz of bla3x, Hebe less prettier bcoz of bla3x, Gillian less prettier bcoz of bla3x" I guess once you've had your personal choices, non of that kind of statements will change your opinion.. When did I say there is a rule for not posting up pictures in here.....I can't believe some people in here took it serious, when it is not even serious to mention...go back and read my previous posts....LittleDevil and I were discussing, and she posted pictures of Hebe in reply to one of my posts - "I am surprised that you did not mention Hebe with or without makeup, but you mentioned Gillian with makeup on....hmm..hmm....????", and I replied back saying she doesn't have to post Hebe's pictures since she could say her points in words because pictures don't provide everything.....I still think Gil is prettier than Hebe whether I don't know her or like her w/ both of them with no makeup at all, with the same amount of makeup (less, medium, or lot)......I was not here to defend Gil so not everyone who say Gil is the prettier one would defend her...... , I saw this quite a bit, when there are comparison threads involving Gillian, there would be someone who assumes or says the thread's topic should be changed since Gil's fans would defend Gil; this is totally wrong!!!

And honestly, I don't think Gillian's ugly at all. Gillian's got a unique look.. a rather sharp and pointy chin, but that's a unique feature about her. HEBE IS WAY WAY WAY BETTER THAN GILLIAN! Gillian is not pretty at all, her looks is so ordinary. And I despise her character even more. And she can't even sing, can't even act, basically has no talents at all to mention. What I see in her is just fake, obscene and untalented. Charlene is much better than her.

Hebe's looks grow on u and she is a natural unlike the faker. Hebe is getting prettier and prettier each day. And did you look into her sparkling eyes? Hebe's eyes can talk! So shining and sparkling dazzling eyes. Even Mike and some production crew are mesmerised by her eyes. Jay Chou even handpick her to star in his MV. They look so compatible.

I LOVE BOTH OF THEMMM!! I lovee Hebe and I love Gillian as well! They are both pretty!! But, I think Gillian is a lot prettier though. I think BOTH of them can pull off all types, not only Hebe or only Gillian. And I think both look pretty with light make up....I duno about no makeup though. I haven't really see Gillian pictures with no makeup, and for the ones of Hebe, they don't look that good...but then again, they were probably old pics. So no idea. They are both pretty in their own ways anyways!

Okay, but seriously, why do people have to bash people being fake here? This is just about who's prettier. Go to the Gillian haters thread and say how fake she is there. I think all hands down, Gillian's prettier, BUT I love & prefer Hebe a thousand times more due to Hebe's talents and natural self.

They both have their good and bad points. Like, example, other than looks, I don't think Gillian can sing/act very well. Hebe's not very good at acting too, but that's because she's yet to be given the chances to gain the experience, so it doesn't count. Just as Gillian wins on looks all the way, Hebe DEFINITELY wins on her talents in singing all hands down. Plus she's way cute, a lot more 'cute' than Gillian had managed to be.

That being said, I don't get why some of the comments are "Since I'm an S.H.E. fan, I'll choose Hebe!" or "Since I'm a Twins fan, I'll choose Gillian!". From where I've last checked, this thread is a Hebe and Gillian thread, there's no need to bring in Twins and S.H.E., let's have both groups in peace. No matter what, Hebe & Gillian will still have thousands of fans supporting them.
