Bi: "Filming movie with Jackie Chan is a Groundless Rumor



Asia star Bi [photo] revealed that the rumors regarding him filming a movie with Jackie Chan 청룽(성룡) are fake and groundless.

A representative from Bi's agency, JYP Entertainment, said that "These Hong Kong reports about Bi starring in a movie with Chan is not true. There has not even been any talk about this between us or anybody on Chan's side."

"Our partners from Hong Kong, Universal Music, have also recieved many queries regarding whether or not Bi was really filming the movie with Chan. They are trying to send out as many explanations as possible and are really sweating it right now."

Hong Kong news reports are currently conveying the false news that Bi, Chan, and 증지위 were starring together in a movie called "BB Project" - these three would star as three robbers and Bi will have a big and comical role. Many news reports have claimed this inaccurate information.

According to JYP Entertainment, "Last July, Bi went to Hong Kong and mentioned that he admired Jackie Chan. This information was most likely morphed into this false rumor that he is filming a movie with Chan."

JYP Entertainment also mentioned that "Bi is currently reading many synopses for a wide variety of dramas; he plans on showing everyone a new side of him through his new roles in dramas sooner or later."

On one hand, after returning from his successful concerts in Japan, Bi returned and posted a letter on his official webpage to his fans.

He started off by saying, "I am back from my Japan concerts. Lately, I have been very busy while preparing for these concerts, but thanks to you, I returned [successful], safe, and sound. I was nervous because thes were my first concerts in Japan, but I was felt confident to see so many fans who came to see me from Korea. It's not only those Korean fans who came all the way to Japan to yell my name out loud, but also all those Korean fans who stayed back home who rooted for me [the cloud fans]. I thank you."

He has also revealed a sort of determination regarding the Budokan concerts.

Bi said, "Next month, I will have a few concerts at the best hall in Japan, Budokan. I want to show a different side of me [different shades of me] at Budokan, and for this, I will continue to put a lot of hard work and effort into preparation for the concerts. I hope you are pleasantly anticipating these concerts, and hope to see more of your support!"

Bi also mentioned that after getting rained on at the Han Ski Resort performance he got sick from being stuck in the rain - and probably because he never rests] he was not in good condition; with this, he wished his fans to stay healthy.

In the present, Bi is busy while working on recording his new album. On the coming 28th, he will also be attending the MTV VMA as an Asian representative. Afterwards, on Septemeber 2nd, 3rd, he will be performing encore concerts at Tokyo Budokan as part of the "Rainy Day-Special".
