Yesterday, Gigi Leung, who has a body of a model, was in Shanghai doing a show for the crystal company, Swarovsk. Gigi and 12 mainland models attracted many citizens to come and watch.

Gigi was chased by many reporters after the show. She received a crystal polar bear from one of the company’s female executive, making her very happy.

Gigi, who has always been appreciative, did not forget to do something to thank the company, she says, “Today I can come and walk on the catwalk, I’m very happy.”

The recent big noise over the rumors of Ekin and Gigi's break up have been further fueled by Ekin's sudden withdrawal from last night's TVB singer celebration. However, yesterday Ekin agreed to a long distance telephone call interview.

Reporter: Have you and Gigi broken up?

Ekin: Already, Have not ! From the beginning to the end I have answered this a lot of times. Do I have to answer until the audience all feel vexed? All have written once about this.

Reporter: But doesn't your resignation from the TVB line up appear as a confession that there is no communication between the two of you?

Ekin: I have, but today is the TVB variety lineup.

Reporter: Is Gigi still your targeted marriage partner?

Ekin: We get along together very well, no problems. A wedding we will gradually plan, because now is the time to work on careers. I understand things are a little vague, but understand my situation.

Ekin's manager Lam Shan Shan also indicated that this incident was nothing and Gigi was also somewhat embarrassed. Shan Shan also felt regret that the press had not shown understanding for Ekin. Earlier, Gigi Leung’s hotel room was broken into by a stranger in mainland. When Kelly Chen saw Gigi on Sunday night, she immediately asked how Gigi was. Kelly said that when she was working in mainland, a stranger came into her room and wore her pjs that was lying around in the hotel room. Kelly says that whenever she leaves her hotel room now, she will make sure she puts her sleepwear, underwear and other personal belongings away.

Gigi and Kelly both performed at the Chinese International New Talent Competition as the older generation singers. When Kelly heard about Gigi’s incident, she went to ask how Gigi was. When talking about her incident, Kelly said, “I knew that someone had worn my jps because it smelt different! That is why I always put all my personal belongings back in my luggage before leaving the hotel room. But if someone took my luggage as well, I can’t do anything about that!”

Gigi: the case has been handed over to the police

Earlier, Gigi Leung attended a function in Beijing and had her hotel room intruded by a female and male. After being told to the public, it has caused quite a controversy. Gigi said that she will let the police deal with the intrusion. Yesterday, Gigi told the media that the intruders may be Hong Kong reporters. Gigi said that she can do nothing to help the intruders because the case has been handed over to the police.

Gigi Leung tells Ekin to listen with his heart

Gigi Leung’s new album which is clothing fashion theme based is released. Gigi had asked some of her friends who has great fashion taste to help out, Gigi asked Kathy Chow, Coco Chiang, Charlie Yeung and Vanessa Yeung. To promote the album, Gigi has gone for the sexy image.

Gigi will give her family and friends her new album but not her boyfriend, Ekin Cheng. Gigi has gone for the ‘buy one get one free’ policy. If Ekin buys one album, Gigi will give him one free of charge. Gigi said that every time she gives Ekin one of her albums, she does not sign it or write any messages but will tell Ekin to listen with his heart. Gigi believes that there is no need for writing messages on the album and signing it because it will be like giving her fan an album. A reporter asked if her relationship with Ekin was lacking romance, Gigi said that listing to songs together could be romantic, especially listening to love songs. Through her new song, Meeting Someone in Heaven, Gigi tells us that we should appreciate the people around us.

I used to like Gigi Leung when she first came out. But now I really dislike her because of her relationship with Ekin. I feel like she's the third person in Ekin's relationship with his ex. Maybe this has nothing to do with me, but it's because of that that I started to dislike her as well as Ekin.

There have been reports saying that Gigi Leung’s fan left a message on her fan site saying that Gigi’s company was unfair because they are promoting Fiona more and cutting down on promoting Gigi. Fiona said that she has not seen the message but she has heard of it.
