for me...it did makes me take note of the other jungiery stars dramas or when they are on variety shows..

I did watch SNTGD before i knew Mingdao & 183club....I watched because the gameshow was so funny....making my days with their comical acts....

After WZBQW, i begin to notice other jungiery stars......watched Top of the forbidden city.....and realised that Jungiery stars acting are not bad.....and begin to admire Sun zhong for knowing how to train them before letting them release album or be lead actor/actress in the drama...

Though my focus will still be on Mingdao and 183club, but at least now i know about 70-80% of the names of the stars in jungiery.... happy.gif' (previously it's only 5566) laugh.gif

yea... I like didn't even know who J-stars were... I knew Cyndi and Ming Dao from Tian Guo (but I didn't know they were jstar), and semi-knew 5566 from Xi Jie, but I didn't really like them that much because I was a huge huge F4 fan (still am...) and you know the whole initial F4/5566 rivalry and sun zhong or something like...
but as I found out more and more, they began to grow on me... and then I watched GDTW, and then started watching WQYL, SNTGD and random little clips of them and started loving all the jstars and now I'm totally obsessed, and they've been added to my little list of taiwan artists
I dunno but ya... it's hard not to evnetually know or even like/obsess with most of the jstars once you know one... happy.gif

but ya... that really sucks that K One isn't in the cards =\
why?! =( *sigh* sleep.gif there's enought cards to go around aren't there?! lol

it's kind of the same for me...

in the beginning, i only knew 5566, then i discovered they were in "Jungiery" with lots of other artists. i thought "wow it's like in HK, they are a big family" etc. lol (ahh but i knew Johnny and Toro before 56). at the same time WZBQW aired and i grew an interest in 183 Club and 7F.
later, i was watching WQYL with KOne promoting "Love Power". i fell in love with them lol (because i didn't know them very well)... i began to love Typhoon more when they released their debut album. and i've grown an interest in LaLa, Tai Ji by watching Jstar's shows.
i agree once you like one group you'll like the others!

lol that's my story tongue.gif now i'm a big fan of Jstars, but there are other Taiwanese artists that i like as well happy.gif
Sun Zhong is really smart! his company is so popular now, and all of them are really talented.

Yes. I agree with ALL of you people! Haha...I also used to like 5566 only, then SNTGD, and from Sam, it linked to WZBQW linking to Mingdao, who makes me crazy now. Mingdao link to 183 club. Reminding me of YXS who acted in Ren Wo Au You in Singapore. I recognised him. Then through 183 club i learnt of K-one, 7F and typhoon(toro). Then from WZBQW, Lala came into sight, and Jiaen became another interest.

And then it goes on and on and on. haha. Taichi I havent go and see yet. Maybe next time. wink.gif

me love k one! excited.gif

i'm actually not the same with alot of u to be honest...i just like k one! yeah.gif i'm not really that interested in the other j-stars, 183 and 5566 are ok i guess...apart from k one, the other j-stars i like are sam wang (5566/183) and zax wang (5566) and that's it really...i'm actually more drawn to artists in 'comic ritz'; rainie yang, jay chou, show luo etc...

the new year album has the cd and a pack of playing card, no vcd.

i guess they title it 'love miracle 2' is probably because they named last year's new year cd 'love miracle', and since this year's is the second new year album released, they added a '2' to the title.

i'm kind of the same as all you~ i was first introduced to 56, but that time, jstars didn't really exist as they are now, but when they were introduced, i started to notice them and like them easier than other stars~ by easier, i mean that i didn't need a reason to like them~ if i knew they were jstars, i automaticaly had a good feeling towards them~ and i guess that's the point of jungiery~

the new years video is atcually indluced on the cd~ it's the first track

i just watched the j-star show with them filming all that stuff about the new year's song. it's hilarious! especially the members of 5566...they're incredibly funny, like messing with everyone all the time. 7flowers is really funny, too. i feel like they're outnumbered since they're the only girls. smile.gif

zhiai5566 - I didn't quite understand post...what do u mean by "i was first introduced to 56, but that time, jstars didn't really exist as they are now"? Do u mean that when u first came to notice 5566, u didn't know they were under Jungiery?

Actually, I think what zhiai5566 meant was that when 5566 was introduced Jstars weren't as they are now, because since they've "started" 5566 has pretty much been there, and 7flower cut down, R&B completely disassembled, Darren joined Typhoon (typhoon formed, lol), Taiji, Done-Oh Lala formed, Done-oh was added to Jungiery... cyndi I think is leaving jungiery? or i think her contract is about to be up... and a whole bunch of other stuff...

But ya... I think maybe that's what's zhiai5566 meant because jstars has changed quite just I guess within the last year or two?

but ya... has anyone watched shaowei's (sam) interview thing with wang yue? omgosh... i just... i know he had a serious side, but wow... i love shaowei ^^

I'm falling in love with J stars =P they're like Smtown~~

HAHA Yeah! I feel exactly the same way about Jstars! I think Sun Zhong is a really smart guy, I don't know what he does with his stars, but he seems to get people with really really good talent. I think, like SM-town, he spends a lot of time training his stars (like years maybe) before finally releasing them into doing stuff...and he probably encourages them all to be very natural and very much themselves... plust the entire company does a lot of stuff together, so they get a very familial bond. It looks like Jungiery and SMtown both take hints from Japanese production/management agencies-- I know somewhere that Jungiery was based off an extremely sucessful Japanese management compnay and I'm assuming SMtown is the same (since most of SMtown's members have been sucessfully introduced into the jpop world). And since (to be honest) the jpop subculture is probably the most pan-Asia sucessful culture.

I'm curious how sun zhong got all of their artist before he trained them.
Maybe i could apply to be the one of jungiery? hahaha, just kidding and also it's impossible. Wow i admire all the work of Mr. Sun, maybe he has the most successful
management agencies in Taiwan nowaday. But i kinda regret that sun zhong always
put artist who already belong to a group, like shao wei and darren, not because they're
bad, but it like he don't give his artist time to break, like shao wei, he only get like 2 days of holiday for CNY while the other 5566 members have like a week holiday.

I know there are a handful of 'entertainment' schools in Taiwan. The Taiwanese school structure works like the japanese (and most Asian) ones...unlike America. In Taiwan, once you're out of middle school, you start applying for high schools. Most high schools are 'known' for something or the other. Like some high schools feature in the entertainment business-- so they train you in singing, acting, performance, etc...stuff that you'd need to know to enter the entertainment world (but not necessarily become an idol, like being a news anchor...anything like that), other high schools are vocational and you can train for a specific job, like nursing or computer programming or something. And I know that's where he picked up Wang renfu, JR, mengzhe, and XiaoJie. I think it's just holding open call auditions to seek new talent. A lot of the Jstars and 'models turned idols' too. Like Shaowei and Mingdao were models before entering the showbiz, and I know Jacky Zhu was probably introduced by his brother (who's also a jstar).

And I don't think sun zhong necessarily puts all his artists in many groups to make them all exhausted.. but he puts them in groups maybe to highlight them? I know Toro insisted on Darren entering Typhoon, and Shaowei was supposed to have a really really busy year anyways, with the major sucess of 183 and WZBQW.. - happy.gif'

umm.. for me, the cd is an avcd.. that means there's a bonus mv too. It's the mv of the cny song.. not cut one.. perhaps u might want to check if ur cd has it.
Anyway, any1 got the hongbao of 5566 or 183 or Jstars? Cos mine was 7flowers...

for the cover of the jstars album2, is there any significance in the size of their pictures? Cos it's like.. starting from the biggest, it's like, 5566 and 183 club, followed by 7flowers, then typhoon and kone, then taiji, doneoh-lala, and vj... is it based on their seniority?

And... yep..i agree with u all.. the jstars always portray themselves as a big family, supporting one another.. it's very smart of sun zhong to promote this olympics thing..cos it sort of shows how harmonious and fun loving the jstars are... anyway, is it true that when 5566 started, they were the only band group in jstars? the rest were individuals like qiaoen, xiaoqiao, mingdao, toro?

Also, i find that they always support one another.. for eg, 5566's mv, if there's a need for a female, they'll ask 7f.. then to promote their junior, they even included taiji.. so i guess it's like to promote them to the audience b4 they come out their 1st album.. so that's how i got to know 7f..thru 5566's c'est si bon mv.. as well as taiji and 183 club(cos of shaowei..haha)...for the rest of the grp...i'll still support them... cos they are jstars!

lol~ sorry for the misunderstadning~ i meant when i was first intorduced to 56, which was about 3 years ago, jstars weren't as promoted as they are now~ before, 7 flowers didn't even exist! and neither did 183 club~
instead there was groups like t-rush and R&B, which are broken up now~ 7 flower's xiao qiao and qiaoen were individuals and so was 183's mingdao and yan xing shu~ they didn't exist as groups yet.
wow` jstars really have come a long wya!

success always comes with a price right? sunzhong's doing his best to promote all the stars` so that people will notice them more~ like beofre shaowei was part of 183 club, people didn't really ntice him in 56~

Possibly...but I thought K One was formed before Typhoon! Was I wrong?

I'm pretty sure you're correct in thinking that KOne was formed before Typhoon, but Typhoon has Toro, and he's been a really critical piece in Jungiery since the very beginning. Heck, there was even that mini-scandal with him and ZaiZai, and she was forced to leave Jungiery and Toro stayed...so it's obvious that he's very important to Sun Zhong. If my memory serves me correct, he (like VJ and others) compose a lot of songs for other groups. Plus... I think Typhoon has been around for awhile, but they've never come out with anything because *according to a news report from a few months ago* they were still searching for that 'perfect third member' until they finally hit Darren (right under their noses and all!)

But don't quote me on this, I'm not sure if I'm right... but it makes a bit of sense...?

li yang also write some songs.. and i know whole kone wrote yong gan qu ai.. qiaoen wrote say you love me too.. for tony, he only wrote one song, tong yi ge shi jie and thats it.

first I'm exposed to 5566 in the end of 2001, jungiery is not quite there yet, 5566 is the ONLY group in the whole company (no kidding!) and qiaoen and xiaoqiao is just individuals.. and i know cyndi because she was a singer, and jason was featured in her MV once.. but i didnt really realize that she's a Jstar as well until later. I knew qiaoen through MVP and i knew xiaoqiao through 5566's shen hua MV..

then comes along R&B. R&B was pretty good, released one album.. and then from there KOne comes to the picture.. KOne was already a group before they come into jungiery though.. I remember my friend seeing their CD and said they got a similar style with 5566. And I remember not liking them at the first time because news reports makes them sounds so arrogant [not coorperative during the filming of TOFC].
After that, i 7F is out first.. they sang at TOTFC but their voice sounds really rough. Then 183 is formed just before TGDJY series.. and then followed by Typhoon.. R&B disbanded and eventually LALA is formed.. then VJ came..

I think thats the main history overall.. of course theres things like people leaving groups and moving groups, joining groups and all.. LOL~

Ke Jia En (Lala) was also an individual, like Qiao En, Xiao Qiao, Johnny.

Are u sure about that? Because i'm very sure that I read somewhere that back in 2003, Jungiery announced that they were going to have a new group called 'K One', and the members were chosen by Sun Zong himself, so doesn't that mean that K One became a group AFTER they joined Jungiery? Ah! Anyone care to clarify to me exactly what the story is behind K One? Because I read an article that says one version of their history, and now I come across a piece of insight which tells a different version! So confusing! wacko.gif wacko.gif

i read that KOne were already formed before joining Jungiery. they were in Evonne's company (because Xiao Dao was their manager), they released their 1st album and they joined Jungiery later.

I'm 100% sure that KOne is a group even before they're in Jungiery. You can research that they did have an album even before they enter Jungiery.. and their member is exactly the same.. actually.. I heard somehow 3 of them were schoolmates, and then they formed a group that is based on dancing, and then the other 2 comes along and they are formed. But KOne fame was really low compared to what they have now. Should thanks Jungiery ba ^^

I hope I don't offended anyone by saying this, but I always hated J-stars---and it was only recently that I started liking them! I guess it's because Toro became a part of it, but I'm still very upset that he left Energy! weeping.gif But I still decided that I want to support him. However, I still can't stand 5566 every much because of one person! BUT< I really like 183 Club after watching "Prince Turned Frog" ^___^ So cute!

It was really surprising for me when I found out that Toro & Cyndi was actually part of J-stars---a company that I didn't really like! I don't really have a reason why I don't like J-stars except maybe 5566 was competing against Energy---and I'm a HUGE E3 fan!! =) But I have expanded my horizons, so I think J-stars are pretty good now! ^___^

-------------

But I can't believe Cyndi is leaving! Do you know what other company she will be with then??

xiezhi doesn't write a lot of songs~ he tried writing for 2nd's leng feng guo jing, but they ended up not using his lyrics, he also co wrote tong yi ge shi jie off 3rd album~
and i don't think jay chou ever wrote any songs for jstars yet

lavender_rain- i'm so glad that you don't hate jstars because 56 was in competition with energy~ just because you hate one member of the comopany doesn't mean you have to hate them all right? toro leaving energy to join jungiery stirred up soo much trouble between eg and 56 fans~ so glad that you're able to get past that~

k one definitely has jungiery to thank for their fame~ one good thing about jstars is that they expose all thei stars a lot so that people get to know them~ even though people who don't like jstars thinks it's annoying` haha but at least they know who jstars are!

hehe, I guess I forgot to say that I actually like 5566's songs!! =) They are REALLY GOOD & I don't hate all of them--I just can't stand one of them! hehe, seeing one of them I go: " smilie.GIF " LOL, but oh well! =/

Oh yeah, btw, who won that competition? I think it might be 5566?? But I hope it is Energy! LOL hug.gif

Just wanted to make sure of something...so Xiao Dao is K One's manager even before they became j-stars, and when they did join Jungiery, Xiao Dao not only remained as their manager, but he also joined 5566 to become the 5th member, is that correct?

wow, when did cyndi leave j-stars.. whats really weird. and aren't sweety in j-stars too? or maybe not. i don't know, i always see msngroups and yahoo groups with sweety stats on there too. That'll be cool if they were though.. weren't they with tangerine or something though. BUt, i'm becoming in LOVE with j-star taiwwan soaps. they're soooo addicting. they're getting better i think. The acting is improving, and so are the songs. For some reason, recently they have come out with lotss of shows. When did they become so popular... was it becasue of 5566? but so many people come and go in j-stars. like 7f started off with 7 people.. and now there are only 4.

Sweety are not with Jungiery, but they work with the j-stars ALOT. And I don't think Cyndi has left jungiery yet...her contract hasn't ended yet...but when it does, she'll leave jungiery.

I don't like 56, because I don't like xiezhi and renfu, and they are usually the ones talking in 56, but I like mengzhe and shaowei, and I like some of the other j-stars like toro, 183, QE, JR, etc.

well there's never gonna be a real winner~ beacuse different people have different opinions~ 56 fans will think that 56 won and eg fans will think that eg won~
