And also, because I have absolutely nothing to do and I just can't stop oogling at Charray, here's a scene narration for all of you who have not watched Yummy Yummy! I will of course begin with the ALL FAMOUS elevator scene!!! Here is a banner (used by fairygirl) that elaborates about that scene .



Here is the scene narration by me, RANGE. Please credit me whenever you repost because hell it actually takes time to write this!

The office is silent, and Charmaine warily sticks out her head from behind her door. Her eyes swiftly scans the area. She steps out with care, and takes another look around before quickly advancing to the elevator with her purse in hand. When she reaches it, she pressed on the down button enthusiastically and walks in through the open doors with gusto.

Still in her panicky demeanor, she pushes the close button with twice the enthusiasm, as if her life depends on how many times she can hit it in one second. She smiles with relief as she hears the doors close...

BAM...

Raymond pushes open the door with one hand and flashes Charmaine a quick smile, while she looks up at him with her eyes big and sparkling with nothing but fear...

"Why didn't you wait for me to accompany you to lunch? What do you like to eat?I'll give you a treat ." chirped Raymond as he enters.

Charmaine grins ankwardly at him and looks down as the elevator finally closes.

The atmosphere is weird and Charmaine is fiddling when Raymond tries to start a conversation. Charmaine quickly cuts him midsentence.

"Ngo Siu, I've seen this edition's cover page and it's okay. I only need to change the pictures a bit."

"Oh, fine fine...change it change it...but actually there are some things I feel..."

"ACTUALLY that article, that Sizhuan dish article," said Charmaine, "the photos are a little problematic, so I want to ask someone to take the photos again."

Raymond nods with fake interest and says "Okay okay, take take...I know some things for you are a little fast paced buh..."

"Have you heard of Kai Chai, he...he is learning how to cook noodles and wants to be a chef!"

"If Kai Chai wants to be a chef then be a chef...you let me tell you the whole sentence, okie?" says Raymond with a desperate smile.

Suddenly the elevator beeps, and Charmaine looks up and smiles widely.

"We've reached! We've reached, we've reached..."

The elevator groans and stops. Charmaine awakes from her relief.

"Eh, what's the matter."

"I think the elevator has broken down "

"BROKEN DOWN?...."

"Sometimes destiny is so unpredictable ."

Charmaine reaches for the buttons.

"Rescue me! Rescue ME! The elevator broke down! Quickly get someone to release me!"

"There will be someone coming soon..."

"RELEASE MEEEE!!!!"

Raymond blinks.

Here their co-workers return from lunch and happens to see them getting locked in the elevator together. They are excited about it.

"RESCUUEEEE MEEEEE!!!! Quickly find someone to open this door for me!!! Help me!!"

Raymond watches on as Charmaine moves away from the buttons and bangs on the door. Then she shifts back to the buttons and moans desperately.

"All of this is God's arrangement. There's no use..."

Raymond walks a step closer and Charmaine protects herself with her hand, her eyes practically bulging with panic.

"What do you want?!?!"

"You musn't think I'm not serious, because I am VERY SERIOUS towards you. I understand. I really understand what you are thinking. You just lost your boyfriend, and suddenly you have to think about a new relationship, well you must
be scared about being gossiped by others," Raymond wags a finger at her, "But you should not think like that! We should not care about what others say."

"No. I am not afraid of being gossiped. We don't even have anything between us. I think it's not the time."

"Please think about it, Mandy! I am really sincere! I am not those playful and flirty type of guy!"

"I understand...but you must know that some things cannot be forced."

"I UNDERSTAND. I know that my background, and my outer appearance, makes it easy for other people to misunderstand that I am not serious about love. But you should understand me, I am not that kind of person." said Raymond dramatically as he takes one step closer to Charmaine. She leans back onto the elevator wall and stares at him with a pleading look in her eyes. He raises a hand and supports himself.

"Mandy. Don't lie to yourself! Release all your love! I am only waiting for your one word. Say it. ONE word is enough."

Charmaine purses her lips.

"Fine, I'll say it. I don't love you even one bit so just quit it!"

Raymond just stares in horror and Charmaine raises both her eyebrows in victory.

I agree that they need to gain weight! I noticed another similarity, which is they are both so hardworking that they lose weight fast and they have a reputation of being obedient .

And I just watched the clip!!!!!! So cute!!!!! He asked Charmaine whether he can take a picture with her in such a cute and adorable way!!! Awww....so sweeeetttt.....I can't help but grin madly when Charmaine took hold of Raymond's arm!!! I'm grinning like crazy now! They are so mad sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks a MILLION Kenix!!!

From what I can see, they're not distant at all! IN the clip, Raymond was teasing Charmaine. Before he said that, he was looking at his watch. Maybe he was trying to find a way to intercept so that they can get away very...politely. :-) He was teasing her and she comfortably (without being shy at all) placed her arms around his. Indicates closeness if you know what I mean.

Well, they're close but....wish they'd like...get together or something. Fat chance, huh?

Got the link from Charmaine's forum so I thought I stopped by. you guys really are crazy for them, aren't you =). They're not officially on my list of fav., well not yet anywayz since I haven't get a chance to watch LWOLP. Despite this, they were so funny in YY, cracked me up everytime. I highly recommend this MV to everyone! This one is a double dose! It's a Charayray MV! Now we get to see even the Kao Chung and Chun Mung Yiu chemistry! It's wonderful, amazing storyline, AMAZING extracts, amazing...amazing...amazing...

And those who thinks that Kao Chung and Fung Hang Lit are very similar, watch this MV and think again.

This is the story :

Fung Hang Lit and Chun Mung Yiu are friends, when Mung Yiu saw Kao Chung and they each fell in love with the other. Fung Hang Lit is sad and Mung Yiu don't know what to do. Kao Chung is very good to Mung Yiu and she is very in love with him. But Fung Hang Lit saw Kao Chung hugging Li Qian and he told Mung Yiu about it. Mung Yiu saw them together and is extremely depressed. She turns to Fung Hang Lit for comfort, while Kao Chung watches on in jealousy.

Kao Chung then confronts Fung Hang Lit and they had a bitter argument. Fung Hang Lit then returns to Mung Yiu and comforts her, and they got together. Kao Chung is angry and he wants to fight Fung Hang Lit for Mung Yiu. Fung Hang Lit makes Mung Yiu faint and placed her on bed, to meet Kao Chung for the fight. He is afraid that Mung Yiu will interfere. Then, the Kao Chung VS Fung Hang Lit fight begins ferociously.

Fung Hang Lit is winning and Mung Yiu awakes. She quickly rushes to the fight. But she was too late as she saw Kao Chung stab Fung Hang Lit. As she arrives, Fung Hang Lit tells Kao Chung to take good care of Chun Mung Yiu. She then stabbed Kao Chung and she asks him why he killed Fung Hang Lit.

She is extremely depressed, as she drinks wine. She thinks back of the time where both men that ever loved her died. And she decides to kill herself...

Yes! Now only I realized that WE ARE addicted to them . Well, too bad you've never watched LWOLAP before, because if you have, YOU ARE GOING TO BE AS ADDICTED AS WE ARE! They are the absolute best couple in LWOLAP! I love them to bits! LOL, I'm glad you liked them in YY as well .

this MV is kinda confusing.. but very unique to see Kao Chund Fung Hung Lit as two different characters rather than merging them as one. i was getting really into it until the Don't Blame Her song came up and i just started cracking up cause it seems so out of place despite the lyrics lol

Ok everyone, Ramsheadrange asked me to update her story summary to the FHL-KaoChung-CMY MV, BUT there is nothing wrong with her write-up. I guess we misunderstood each other while we msn earlier today. there are some minor details I can add based on the subtitles:

FHL was winning, but Kao Chung didn't want to admit he was defeated and stabbed FHL. Before he died, FHL asked Kao to take good care of MY. MY arrived and saw all these, so she stabbed Kao and asked him why did he kill FHL. Kao was heartbroken and said that MY probably has never understood him. MY was devastated because by now, she only has FHL in her heart. So she drank wine, thought of the past and decided to commit suicide. The ending was....well, for you guys to find out....

Very very good MV as I love the idea of two Ray fighting for our precious Charm!

I am originally from HK, so I still have my HK ID card. So I bought a TVB weekly magazine, and mailed the form back to HK. They didn't say you have to be a HK resident to vote, but they do ask for HK ID card or passport no. in the form, so I am not sure if you can vote.

I would also prefer an ancient series as Ray looks better in ancient series. Charm is lovely in both ancient and modern. But I'd rather have a series drama than a comedy, just love the way they look at each other, so much emotion through their eyes. A comedy is funny, but they will use less of their "electric eyes" mah. The worst type will be like 60's 70's costume. But, as long as we can have another Charray series, we should not complain loh.

So this MV is awesome because Raymond acting as Kao Chung really makes me see the difference between the agressive Kao and the passive Fung.

My sentiments exactly. ELECTRIC EYES!!! Yes, their eyes are so amazing! LOL and yes, I am beginning to hate the 70's series. All of em are mostly bad, and I am not looking forward to Phoenix Quartet due to the bad fashion and JOE MA ><. Charmaine and Joe is worse than Charmaine and Bobby for me. But Point of No Return is of course the best 70s show ever!

And yes, as long as there is another Charray series I won't complain...much. Well, I won't be able to stand it if they are gonna act in a 70s series! I have had enough of frilly hair!

Just saw an article from a HK magazine saying that Ray has some intimate relationship with his mainland assistant. I think this is total crap. But they started to revisit Ray's affairs with other actresses and stress that he is a playboy. Now, this upsets me because I am so into Charray and FHL and this sort of ruined the perfect picture in my mind. Don't know if I can stand it when Ray really gets himself a girlfriend.....

Charray might not have a fat chance together.. ray said that he can accept someone that is older than him by like three or four years. that sounds like charmaine to me! plus when charmaine puts on light makeup and ray has a mature hairstyle, there is no way you can tell that charmaine is four years older.

Yeah he said that! I remember and I agree about the they don't look diff in age part! So agree! Charmaine still looks 25/26 to me. I asked many of my relatives and they guessed that number at the start as well!

However, I do remeber that he said that he doesn't feel that Charm is a big sister, although she is older.

Totally agree that Charm looks at least 4-5 years younger than her real age. Charray looks so compatible....it will be so nice if they are a real couple. Ray is definitely better than Benny lah, in my opinion. It was such a pity that they didn't have any "rumours" during the filiming of LWOLAP and YY...hey, relationships are stronger when start off as friends, right?

Yeah, she does look 4-5 years younger! And I would be happy for a whole week if they were together! Once I saw this news in Charmaine's forum saying that Ron and Charmaine is rumoured to be together, but I misread it as Raymond and I was beaming '. Yeah, because if they don't have rumours they won't be so evasive of the other and more likely to get together! LOL, and helen I am not sure whether who is going to calm you down because I think practically all of us are high about CHARRAY!

Yeah! I have been a long time fan of Charmaine undoubtedly and last year Raymond became my favourite actor, quite sometime before LWOLAP. But in LWOLAP they made me love them as a couple! There are lots of fans that have Charmaine and Raymond as their favourite artists and then got to love them as a couple as well. IS THIS COINCIDENCE?!?! OR IS THIS DESSSSTINYYYYY!!!!!!

Okay okay, since this is a Charray forum, we DON"T need to calm down.
This forum is for us to adore Charray, right? People who are not Charray fans probably won't bother visit this place, so yeah, we can just pour our hearts out without fearing other visitors would think that we are lunatics!!!

Anyways, not so sure and not too care about those real life rumours, I just want to see another Charray series!!! Let's all cross our fingers and hope for the best!!
