Synopsis

The story is about a bright and innocent 27 years old guy (Yoo Gun) with an IQ of 65. Because of his issues he is neglected by society and frowned upon, but he tries to be optimistic and not let it bother him. Seo Eun-Hye (Kim Ok Bin), a fumbling swindler running from the cops and who only believes money can bring her happiness, and love will bring more sadness then it's worth. One day she meets this boy and hey completly changes her outlook on life.

I just saw the first episode and i'm hooked. Haru is so adorable and Eun-Hye is sooo mean to him. Sooo the surgery was successful? Haru becomes smart? that would be very interesting to see. i cant wait.

hai..i'm already finished this dramas...yes like you all said this dramas is so diffrent ...its about a girl who dont belive on in love and also a man who want to give the best for love to... In the end haru who after gets surgery and get smart but must need get a surgery again to back wit IQ 65, if want ti live...hiks.. at least its so good...

Haru is a disabled guy who made a surgery to become smart because he wanted to see Eunhye happy, she's herself a swindler who didn't believe in love, but she changed after she known Haru, Dr Park is the man who changed Haru's life with this surgery, but he promised a better life to Haru, but nothing happened like he said.... you saw this drama in the middle? you should watch the beginning, all the ep are good, it's my favourite drama! I recommend this drama, i can't forget it....

Initially I thought that the name of the series was pretty funny but as I was watching it I felt that the name matched the series well because Haru was always facing life and death and with the new surgery he lived a "smart life" and saw teh world anew.

OMG! I love this drama. It is so unique not just any drama. it's really good, and sad. The characters are cute. U GUN is so cuuuutttteee, his acts great, and Kim Ok Bin is really funny there. This is A GReAt DrAMa.

I finished watching it. By far this series is one of the most loving series this year. Both actors are great and such a sad loving seires...again I recommend this to everyone...

One of the best Korean dramas ever! Haru is very handsome and good-looking. If I had to pick I think I like the smarter Haru over the retarded one. It was such a sad drama....I needed a box of tissues. Haru and Eunhye has a hard love....I'm still teary about those two. When I watched episode one I wasn't really into it and gave up. But afterward I had nothing to watch so I went back to this and found out that it's a GREAT drama.

When I heard about this drama I thought the storyline kinda sounded dumb (no pun intended). But I just recently watched this and it was just too cute, I really loved this guy. Plus he is really just too hot . I really hope to see more of him. Someone mentioned the ending to the drama was different than the book. Can someone tell me how the book ended?

I LOVED LEE JONG HYUK in this drama....

he was able to portray Dong Jae soooo very well.....

Just finished this drama...and it's definitely one of my favs now. It's got some pretty sad moments. A must-see! Yoo Gun played Haru as good as it gets. I fell in love with Kim Ok Bin.
