Myolie's no dancing queen

Myolie Wu, Linda Chung and Tavia Yeung were rehearsing for their dance at tonight’s Anniversary Show. Myolie, who has no dancing background, found the performance a big challenge, and it was especially stressful as she was placed next to dancing queen Bernice Liu. So she has been practicing hard to make up. She said, “I believe my practice won’t go to waste. Speaking frankly, martial arts scenes are still ok, but not dancing. Now I regret not exercising more earlier as my muscles are aching now.” As to Chow Yun Fatt saying that the Best Actress Award would either go to Lisa Wang or herself, she said that it was high praise coming from him, and she would continue to work hard, in the hope that one day, she would have a chance to act alongside him.

Both Bosco Wong and Myolie Wu's popularity has been rising alot ever since 'War of In Laws'. Yesterday there were reports saying that they were secretly dating. Even though both of them denied the relationship, but when asked about the chance of it, Bosco says, "Right now we are friends."

The 'enemy couple' Bosco and Myolie has been rumored that they have feelings for each other after filming War of in Laws. Yesterday Bosco recieved a telephone interview and he said, "It's not the first time about this rumor. It happened when I was filming War of In Laws, it's not surprising. But I don't mind, I'll just pretend it's promoting for the series." Bosco was seen earlier driving Myolie home and he explained, "This is politeness. We are friends so I should let a girl go home herself? (You're very nice, do you have any chances with her?) I'm not going to talk about this. My work is still my first priority, and right now we are just good friends."

As with Myolie, she responded, "Maybe it's because our character in the series is alot like us. You guys are too focused on it!"

As an ambassador of 《樓宇安全嘉年華》, yesterday Myolie Wu along with Fiona Sit, Niki Chow and others attended a function at a park in Kowloon. Myolie hopes to save up enough money to buy an apartment soon and expressed that even after marriage, she hopes to live with her two sisters. Even though Myolie is single now, she is worried about her two sisters more, "Hong Kong now has more girls than guys and not alot of guys want to marry! I do hope I can introduce some guys to my sisters."

As with Fiona, she also wants to own an apartment, but for another reason, "I always practice singing at home. Because my voice is too loud, I always get complained by the neighbors."

Yesterday Myolie Wu attended a press conference of an electronics brand. When the reports asked her about Bosco's rumor, she quickly said, "Old rumors lah! After Life Made Simple, new series When Rules Turn Loose will start airing Wednesday night next week. Yesterday a bunch of the actors and actresses including Liza Wang, Myolie Wu, Sammul Chan, Ha Yue and others attended a reporters function. TVB especially prepared a big cake to congratulate Liza Wang on getting the Best Female Lead and Ha Yue for getting the Best Supporting actor awards.

As with the release of this new series, Myolie is a bit worried about it. She is worried that the audience is still focused on War of In Laws and will think that she and Liza will still be arguing with each other. This time they are actually playing mother and daughter.

After entering the showbiz, Myolie has been working every Christmas, but this year she can actually go on vacation. Too bad she broke up with her boyfriend, so she is planning to host a party at her new house. She was asked if her friends had introduced new guys for her. She laughed and said, "They are afraid to introduce them because I am very busy with work so I can prevent being complained by him for not seeing him." As with her requirements, she says he needs to have a permanent occupation, likes cats, but doesn't have to be too handsome to prevent any chaos.

Also, Sammul Chan is currently busy filming for Bar Benders. After entering the showbiz, it is his third time being a lawyer, but he dosn't think it is getting boring.

Artist's Pet Pet Show: Myolie's Fat Cat Loves Grasses

10 years ago Myolie met/found a homeless Persia, she than brought it home, and named it "Wong Wong". Myolie carefully take care of her favorite cat, sometimes she would let her eat some cat's grass, after eating the food her cat would be very happy. But Wong Wong was repelled by the two cats that Myolie's sister raise, and Wong Wong's personality became eccentric.

Myolie had raised Wong Wong for 10 years, yesterday she brought Wong Wong to Kowloon tong, Wong Wong was very nice and obedient, it didn't make "meow"ing sound at all, it's expression was quite arrogant, but when Myolie forced Wong Wong to play, it comfortably narrowed its eyes to enjoy that moment.

Myolie said: When I was in high school, there was a time when I saw this cat travelling around near my old house, no one was looking out for this cat, I felt miserable for this cat, this cat was very skinny, so i brought this cat home, and later on I found out that this cat was a long-haired cat. So I have raised her for 10 years now, it is a pure and very nice cat!
But this cat was repelled by the two cats that Myolie's sister raise, and it became a lonly cat.

Luckily Wong Wong had Myolie to take care of it, Myolie said: I help her bath, cut hair, it's fun, I am scared of what the pet stores worker would do to Wong Wong, scared that they would be careless and make Wong Wong get hurt. She heard that the store workers would give some needles to the cats, dogs to cut hair, than why not cut its hair by herself, and save some money.

Myolie Continued: Wong Wong is actually very sweet, when I came home it would come and welcome me, Wong Wong would run too, when i am running towards Wong Wong, Wong Wong would run, and when I called Wong Wong, Wong Wong could know that I am calling. If Wong Wong is well-behaved, I would let Wong Wong eat cat grasses, cat grass is a plant, when Wong Wong eats, Wong Wong would be very happy. It's like people taking the drugs "grass", but of course Wong Wong don't eat the cat grass often.

Except Myolie and her sisters both likes cats, Myolie said: I remember when I was in Grade 3, my dad brought homeless cats home too, the highest number of cats was five homeless cats living in her house.

yolie Wu, Angela Tong and Tavia Yeung were the guests at a sushi shop’s ribbon-cutting ceremony. As Angela’s popularity has been rising meteorically, both Tavia and Myolie seemed to reach an unspoken agreement and pushed Angela to take centrestage. However, in terms of the number of fans, Angela’s newfound status could not match the two leading ladies!

This is Angela’s first time officiating at a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and she said that the pay was good. The job was recommended by a very old acquaintance, and she said she was lucky she did not change her phone number.

Playing two roles (herself and Lai Siew Ho) has resulted in Angela having to go through 3-4 make up sessions. More problematic was her hair – thanks to the blow-drying, straightening, curling, etc. that has been done, her hair has been damaged. When asked why she did not just rebond her hair, she said that that she preferred her naturally curly hair.

Although Angela has been really busy, she has been able to cope. Luckily for her, her parents have returned to Hong Kong, so she does not need to worry about household chores or her pets. In addition, her parents also prepare lots of food and tonics for her. She said, “ I used to resist eating birds’ nest previously. It was expensive, and I was afraid that if I got hooked on it, I would eat myself into bankruptcy. Now, I have my mom who cooks it for me, so even if I do not get enough sleep, I don’t need to worry about bad skin or dark eye circles.

Myolie’s new serial is going head to head with Francis’ ATV drama, The Great Adventure. Myolie said, “Francis is my master (sifu), and if my serial’s ratings do triumph over his, it would be a case of blind luck.” Referring to Liza praising Myolie during her interview, she was asked since they got along so well, would they consider bringing their relationship to another level. Myolie laughed and said there were no plans.

Tavia has recently invested a six-digit figure to open a family business (a shop teaching handicraft). She said, “my sister has always been very good in creating handicrafts using glutinous rice paper, and my mother can teach people to knit. (Did your boyfriend chip in?) Many of my friends helped. (So, did your boyfriend help financially?) None of my friends were willing to chip in with cash. But I will get my friends in the entertainment business to come and learn!”

Yesterday Myolie Wu attended a Nature's function and has already been a spokeperson there for three years already. It was said that her income should be at least a 7 figure amount. Myolie responded happily, "Even though the amount is near that, but I still need to pay taxes. If I really have that much money, then I would have bought an apartment already!"

Last night Bosco Wong and Myolie Wu attended a promotion function in Macau. After the 600 messages rumor, it is their first time being together on the same stage, but they were organzied to appear in different times. Both of them acted generously and didn't avoid each other. Myolie even said she doesn't mind being 'onscreen rumored couple' for functions.

After Bosco finished filming an outdoor scene for Keung Gim Gong Wu last night, he immediately proceeded to Macau. He was asked whether he purposely appeared at a different time than Myolie, he said, "I am not avoiding her, why would I avoid her? The staff planned this and I will not avoid Myolie because of the rumors. We are still friends."

Myolie was asked the same question of appearing at different times, she laughed and said, "What! It doesn't make a different. After taking two seperate photos, you can still put them back together!" The reporters hope that next time they attend a function, they should appear like a rumored couple. Myolie responded that she would not mind if they increase her pay!

Myolie Wu is continuing her contract with a wedding company and yesterday she was at a contract signing function, which will increase her pay from her last one. The photographer helped her take family and self photos and realized that she looks very pretty.

When taking the wedding photos, Myolie had cooperated with a Japanese male model. Lui On-Lei had told everyone that they had flirted with each other when they exchanged numbers. Myolie denied that and she became a bit awkward when they had to be husband and wife. Myolie trusts the photographer and said she doesn't mind taking bikini photoshoots. It will be quite funny to look back at the photos when she gets older so she knows she was hot at one point of life! Myolie also expressed that she hopes for a fairytale-like wedding in the future and having the banquet for a few days. She joked, "I heard you can earn money from the banquets so it will be good if it's a few days long." Starting in January, she will be going to places like Kunming and Yunnan to film for 'Tai Chi'. She was afraid she will get sick so she is currently excercising to keep up her good health.

Yesterday Myolie Wu, Liza Wang, Sammul Chan, and a bunch of WRTL actors attended a Christmas function. Liza said jokingly on stage to Myolie, "Myolie, did you invite my son (Bosco Wong) out?" She also didn't let go off Sammul and said, "Who did you invite and sms?" Myolie felt helpless and even accidentally called Liza mother-in-law.

Afterwards Myolie said, "I'm not mad that I called her that. I was used to calling her that before so now I can't stop it. Now I should call her 'lawyer mom'. (Liza earlier said that you and Bosco match really well!) She's right! We are a pair of onscreen couple!" Liza expressed that she has not asked Myolie about her rumors, she said, "It's her personal matter so there's no need to, she's already a big girl now." Their ratings for their new series have been average but Liza and Myolie are not still not disappointed.

A new year has arrived! last year, myolie made good progress; this year let's hope that myolie will take another step in her career and make a lot of money.

Yesterday Myolie Wu attended a function, receiving a 5 figure amount pay for it. Professer Mak Ling Ling also said that she is lucky when she is around people with 'three dots of water' in their chinese name, which made people think of rumored boyfriend Bosco Wong.

After people thought of Bosco, Myolie quickly said, "That's why the series War of In Laws is so successful. We should have a sequel, I will tell the company later on." She also refered to Liza Wang, "I should also tell Ah Jie!" The reporters joked that she can use that excuse for going out with Bosco in the future, she laughed and said, "Yes!
