No, I think the pictures work. I guess somethin' is wrong with your computer or something blush.gif

Anyways, I love WOIL too! I wish there would be a WOIL 2, too. But my mom told me if there is any, it would be meaningless because she thinks the ending is perfect as it is. If there is any, do you guys think Myolie would still be shap yet? Or do you guys think she wil portray Myolie's daughter.

Synopsis:
In 2007, a Chinese independent brand car is finally running on the US's road. In the car, there are 3 directors from Wah family’s car factory – Wah Zhen Pong (Raymond), Tin Zhen Man (Feng Shao Feng ) and Wah Ching Ling (Toby Leung). After many years of hard work, they have finally establish an independent brand of cars, and successfully built up their overseas markets, thus bringing China’s car industry out a step further. This is the Wah’s family dream, and also a story of a family breaking up but reunited together again to work towards their dream.

In the early 20th century, Wah Hoi Yuen, who once worked for the government, returned to his hometown from overseas studies, and witnessed imported cars being driven around the city. Thus upon his return, he decided to develop China’s local car industry. After going through many struggles, he finally built a car-repair factory, and before the Word War 2, he expanded the car-repair factory to the manufacture of car engine as well, and slowly fulfilling his dream. However, war broke out, and the Wah’s corporation was forced to stop all expansions, until the war ended, and Republic of China was established, then the car engine factory reopened. At that time, it was already Wah Hoi Yuen’s son, Wah Yuk Cheong, being in charge. Yuk Cheong felt that the production of car engine was only a basic foundation; their ultimate aim was to build a car manufacturing empire. His hard work and effort put in influenced his 3 sons – Wah Man Hang (Damien Lau), Wah Man Hung (Liu Ging Sang) , and Wah Man Shek (Michael Miu). However, stepping into the 1950s, the internal economic environment changed, the car-engine factory was switched into a state-operated corporation, and the development became slower. Until the 1960s, Wah Yuk Cheong passed away due to overworking, and his dream was unfulfilled.

In 1965, the eldest son, Wah Man Hang (Damien Lau), had graduated from university, and felt that heading towards Hong Kong would have better chances of development, but there was still his mother to be taken care of. Hence, Man Hang (Damien Lau) and Man Hung (Liu Ging Sang) decided to draw lots and see who would stay behind. But, Man Hang (Damien Lau) cheated, and led to Man Hung (Liu Ging Sang) having to stay behind in China while Man Hang (Damien Lau) and Man Shek (Michael Miu) would proceed to Hong Kong. Man Hung (Liu Ging Sang) initially wanted to be an engineer at the car-engine factory, but due to the internal political crisis after 1966, he was forced to return to his hometown, and lost contact with the others. Stepping into the 1970s, Man Hung (Liu Ging Sang) finally returned to the car-engine factory to work, and later assisted in the production of tractors, taking a step forward towards the area of engine exports. On the other hand, Man Hang (Damien Lau) and Man Shek (Michael Miu) , who were in Hong Kong, continued working hard, and later obtained the appreciation of a businessman, Wong Cheng Kwok (Lau Kong) , who married his daughter, Wong Siu Fan (Sheren Tang), to Man Shek (Michael Miu). He even took out capital and cooperated with the brothers to operate a steel processing factory. From then on, both brothers became wealthy businessmen.

In the early 1980s, China changed her policy and opened up their markets, leading to the local businesses being able to grow rapidly. For Man Hung’s (Liu Ging Sang) tractor factory, it began to change its line to producing small trucks, and reaped positive results. Although the policy brought about many business opportunities, it also meant stiff competition, leading to this small car factory to face immense pressure in the market. In addition, there was no external car factories interested in cooperation, causing the business to go downhill. Right until the 90s, the car factory began to face trouble, and the only remedies left was to change the corporation to a collective ownership system, inject external capital and implement a modern management system. At that moment, Man Hang (Damien Lau) returned to search for Man Hung (Liu Ging Sang), but due to past reasons, the two brothers did not reconcile, and Man Hang (Damien Lau) secretly sent someone to invest in the car factory, in order to help Man Hung (Liu Ging Sang) overcome this crisis.

On the other hand, in the early 90s, Man Hang (Damien Lau) and Man Shek (Michael Miu) were involved in a fight over the ownership of a steel processing factory with Wong Cheng Kwok’s (Lau Kong) only son, Wong Siu Loeng (Power Chan), as Wong Cheng Kwok (Lau Kong) was about to die. But Man Hang (Damien Lau) felt that Siu Loeng (Power Chan) was incapable, and did not wish for the factory to be destroyed in Siu Loeng’s (Power Chan) hands, thus he got involved in a power struggle with the Wong family. But Man Shek (Michael Miu) looked upon Wong Cheng Kwok (Lau Kong) as his father, plus he promised him that he would help to look after the properties of the Wong family, thus he had no choice but to oppose his brother. In the end, Man Hang (Damien Lau) succeeded in chasing the Wong family out, and took full control of the steel processing factory, but fell out with Man Shek (Michael Miu) instead. As Man Shek (Michael Miu) felt that he owed the Wong family, and due to the return of Hong Kong, he decided to emigrate with his family to Canada, and broke off all ties with Man Hang (Damien Lau).

As 1997 closed in, although Man Hang (Damien Lau) had full control of the steel processing organization, the business was declining gradually. On the other hand, his son, Wah Zhen Pong (Raymond Lam), was doing well with the property business. Zhen Pong (Raymond Lam) and the shareholders coerced Man Hang (Damien Lau) to direct a huge amount of capital onto the investment of property development, and he had no choice but to agree. However, after the return of Hong Kong, the economic crisis hit, and the property business under Zhen Pong (Raymond Lam) collapsed, causing the steel processing organization to be affected as well, and finally all operations were terminated. Zhen Pong (Raymond Lam) became the wrath of all. Fortunately, the Wah family still had the car factory in China, thus Zhen Pong (Raymond Lam) made up his mind to return to China and manage the factory, hoping that he could make a comeback. Man Hang (Damien Lau) and Zhen Pong (Raymond Lam) fell out with each other, as Man Hang (Damien Lau) would rather be staying in Hong Kong to build up his business again.

Zhen Pong (Raymond Lam) was determined to earn profits for the car factory, but due to the difference in management style between China and Hong Kong, he had difficulties in managing it. But as everyone had the same aim, thus after coordination and hard work, Zhen Pong (Raymond Lam), Man Hung (Liu Ging Sang) and his son, Tin Zhen Man (Feng Shao Feng), were united to stop the losses. Later on, Zhen Pong (Raymond Lam) found out that his third uncle’s daughter, Ching Ling (Toby Leung), was actually an outstanding car designer, and persuaded her to return to help out, so that there would be bigger development. At the same time, Man Shek (Michael Miu) returned from Canada and patched up with Man Hang (Damien Lau). Man Hang (Damien Lau) witnessed how Zhen Pong (Raymond Lam) was putting in so much effort in managing the car factory, thus he decided to rope in Man Shek (Michael Miu) to start a business dealing with car parts, hoping that this would help in the future path of the car factory. Stepping into 2000, due to the 2 generations working hard together, a car of an independent brand was finally being invented successfully. Due to having the same dream, a family which used to be separated reunited to fulfill the dream together……

The business in the car factory was slowly going back on track, however the 2 heads in the factory, Zhen Pong (Raymond Lam) being in charge of the business management and Zhen Man (Feng Shao Feng) being in charge of sales and marketing, often clashed with their different ideas. In 2001, China entered into WTO, and the competition within the car industry finally came. Imported car brands were entering into China market, causing fierce competition. The external car factory which sold engines to the Wah’s car factory decided to stop their supply, causing problems in their production. This led them to realize that the engines are the soul of the cars, and it was extremely important to do the production of engines themselves. Actually, Man Hung (Liu Ging Sang) had already silently invented a car engine for the factory, and due to this crisis, the research program on this invention was forced to speed up. Zhen Pong (Raymond Lam) decided to produce the engines themselves to complement the second-generation of cars, but due to his impatience for success, it led to the factory facing bankruptcy. Zhen Man (Feng Shao Feng) left the factory due to the difference in ideas, and Man Hang (Damien Lau) passed away due to his illness, leading to Zhen Pong’s life (Raymond Lam) hitting the rock bottom……

In 2004, the car factory was in a bad state. Man Hung (Liu Ging Sang) used his elder status and encouraged Zhen Pong (Raymond Lam) to stand up again, and assist him to fulfill his grandfather’s wish. Zhen Pong (Raymond Lam) learnt from the painful experience, and went to Hong Kong to research on the listing of the car factory into the market, hoping that the production of second-generation cars would save the factory. Zhen Pong’s (Raymond Lam) undying spirit touched those people who once left him, and they returned to the factory and help out. After the factory got listed, their competitor made use of negative news and attacked the car factory, causing its share price to fall, and their second-generation cars being unable to surface into the market. Zhen Pong (Raymond Lam) and the others were even sued by investors, and more trouble came along…… On the other hand, Zhen Man (Feng Shao Feng), who left the factory, had successfully set up his own car marketing company, and seeing how Zhen Pong (Raymond Lam) fought hard to continue fulfilling his dream, he was touched and decided to put away past grudges, investing capital and manpower into the factory. Cooperating with Zhen Pong (Raymond Lam) again, both tried to solve all the problems……

The brothers unite to overcome all obstacles. From 20th century to 2007, the Wah family members have gone through many crisis, and finally reunite again, successfully establishing their own brand of cars, and fulfilled the older generation’s dream. Because they believe unity brings about success. With their cars, will they then be able to leave and drive towards a bright future……

Stepping out from behind worries him, Ron says goodbye to "King of broken lips"

Written by: Myolie

Myolie competed in Miss Hong Kong, Ron was her dancer, the two of them started to know each other. Nowadays, Myolie has become TVB fadan, while Ron's career is flying high like a helicopter, but the true is that when he first converted from a dancer to an actor, he has gone through all the bad times as well, known as "King of broken lips."

My number was 14 in Miss Kong Kong Pageant, I was 19 years old, I have no clue what's going on, included the fact that my first press conference with reporters, I was wearing light blue shirt, jeans, with a clip on my hair. When I saw other people one after another, wearing make up, and set their hair style, I realized that I have made a mistake. I recall at the end, another girl made fun and said, "Miss Hong Kong's minimum age is 17, isn't it? How come a kid like you is here to compete with us?" Those were the days, with happy and funny memories, including the times together with Ron as well.

Everyone knows that Ron was a dancer before converted to an actor, but not a lot of people know that he was my dancing partner in the pageant, and I felt so lucky at that time, but he was the most handsome dancer of all, therefore, during this interview we have talked a lot about the past, not sure if Ron was trying to make me feel good, he said at that time, he "tip" me and Sonija in the final three, haha! He is quite good in recognizing beauty!

The truth is, his hair was very long in the past, and he wasn't as "naughty" or as talkative, but we still make fun of him now, as Ron always have trouble speaking, pauses between words, not really sure what he is talking about. However, when off camera, he is always full of energy, a prankster, making jokes. He is probably the funniest one in S4, therefore, the audience always see only the cool, quite side of Ron, that's not him at all!

Ron said that he has never thought of being on screen, at that time, he has chosen to become a dancer, rather than an actor. Dancer isn't an easy choice for him, needs to work five days a week, half day on Saturday, when there are important shows or events, anniversary, etc, don't even have to think of taking days off. The salary is good to cover meals and travel expense, difficult to save enough and buy clothes, and it's a higher pay than being in acting already, by several thousand dollars.

I remembered at the end of a particular show, I saw Ron being thrown up the air by other dancers, and went on to say goodbyes to each person, with water in his eyes, I realized that it was his last night being a dancer, because he has converted to become an actor. I wasn't surprised at that time, because I knew he has the talent and quality, it's like something I knew would happen.

The first job for Ron as an actor was a TV movie, Unbearable heights, and his role was Passenger A, sitting behind Almen Wong and Kenny Wong, holding a boat in his hand, talking to Passenger B, there was zero lines for him to read, at the very least, it was the beginning for Ron to understand what filming is all about. Second job for him was in Burning Flame 2, his role was Fireman B, and was in charge of "second line" of duty, meaning "King of Broken Lips" which also means the roles for people who say "yes, yes" or "ok, ok"!

Ron's third job, finally, there are lines for him to read, in Golden Faith, as a cop, there was a scene where he needs to interrogate Gallen Lo. Ron said that he was scared for a few days, because at that time, he has zero experience, everything he knew was in books, in text, all in theories. The scene was the last one for the day, and everyone was waiting to get off work and head home, the pressure was on. The more pressure, the more NGs as a result, I needed a break to cool down with a drink of water. At that moment, Gallen explained to him, the first thing about acting is to understand the lines, digest them, and speak out loud in words. After some pointers from Gallen, needed only two NGs to complete the scene. Besides Gallen, there were also Francis Ng from Triumph in the Skies, Damien Lau in Find the Light, they have all taught Ron a lot about acting.

I found out during the interview, that Louis Koo was the reason Ron has become an actor! However, Ron doesn't like others to start this topic up, because he doesn't want others to think that he is promoting himself, and worries that Louis will not like that, because Louis has always been the quiet type. They are not the kind of friends who go out and have meals all the time, it's only the media who thinks that. Ron admits that Louis is very nice to him, and will ask about how he is doing recently every now and then. The reason that two of them aren't the best of friends for each other, is probably because they are both the quiet type, with few words, when they meet, there aren't many words coming out, hence, not much conversations. If you have to talk about best friends, then Ron will for sure mention Raymond. The two of them despite having totally opposite characters, one being a prince, without humors; while the other is naughty and a prankster, but the two are the best of friends.

It was a coincident that brought the two of them together. At the time when both are them are in training classes, artists were learning how to kiss on the dance floor, while dancers are learning how to "dirty dance." All the dancers sneaked over and watched them kiss. When I have finally become an actor myself, Raymond has already gained popularity from his role in "A Step into the past." It was Raymond who asked him out for a meal, plus fate brought the two together, slowly and slowly the two know more about each other. When they were in Twins of Brothers, two of them were in mainland China for four months, everyday, if they aren't filming, they will be in their room talking about all the scenes, how have they done, and how they should do the next day, solidified their friendship. Nowadays, they will speak on the phone at least once every other day, Ron said that in the business, it is almost impossible to find another person who is completely a friend, and I agree with him very much!

Almost at the end of the interview, any of you realized that after so much being talked about, there wasn't little about his rumors, his love life? Not sure if any of you is disappointed, but besides all his rumors with whoever else, there are much more to know about Ron!

shocked.gif She looks so hot in all of the pictures. I really like her sense of fashion, very unique and stylish. thumbsup.gif

Oh, I have a question or two to ask you guys. I've noticed a lot of people here in Asian Fanatics don't like Myolie, claiming that she's overrated, over-reacted, ugly, has an annoying voice, and etc. sad.gif So, my questions are why do you like Myolie and when do you started to like her?

My answer: I've notice her ever since Golden Faith. I love her character, Yan Yan. She was able to deliver it perfectly. Then, I fell in love with her in Triumph in the Sky. The way she portray Zoe is so flawless. She made me believed that was her actual personality. thumbsup.gif She's such a pro when it comes to acting. Also, she's able to shed tears naturally, so I have to say that I'm in love with her acting and her actual carefree and nice personality. infatuated.gif wub.gif

From my experience I know there are a lot of people here in AF who hates Myolie with a passion, for reason I do not really care about, because often times they are pety and unfounded. I find it absolutely ridiculous how some disgruntle fans of other actresses would feel so upset and threatened by Myolie that they would come in here and rate down the entire thread for no particular reasons at all.

It is not only childish but downright CREEPY to be so obsessive about hating an actress.... so much, that you would go out of your way to try to harm them in any way you can ex. rating down their fan threads....That has got to be the dumbest thing anyone can think up to inflict harm on another person, but that never did stop some people from doing it. :lame:

Wow, people really do that? That's stupid and obsessive hatrid. Rating down a fan thread will not make their idols' any better. n_thumbdown.gif

Anyway, what's Myolie up to now? Has the Drive for Live finished filming yet?

OH!!! I've just read the interview with Raymond. They are so cute!! yeah.gif I'm so happy that she's getting along with the actors. smile.gif

Always Self Upgrading: Talented Rich Bachelor Raymond Lam Works His Way Up the Hard Way

Reporter: Myolie Wu
Translator: my0t1

I always remind myself not to judge people by their appearance; because when I don't smile, I give people a very serious impression. Ray (Raymond Lam) always gives me a sense of not-so-serious, laying back, and always goofing around impression yet the type of people who is always able to give out good work without much effort. It turns out that I underestimated him! Besides being talented in acting, Ray knows how to sing and dance; he is also a rich and handsome guy. Doesn't it seem to be a bit too unfair to possess so many good qualities in just one single person?

To speak the truth, I didn't do any preparation before this interview because I was simply too busy filming. I guess may be because I have previously given two interviews (of Kenneth Ma and Ron Ng), I am much more relaxed this time. Ray is a very talkative person and since we both share similar interests I was able to gather a lot of information from him. In fact, the information I got this time is of the most from the three interviews I gave!

Boldly Go where No New Artists had Gone Before

I remember the very first impression Ray gave me was the king he portrayed in TV series 《尋秦記》Ray wore the King's costume and slowly walked up the stairs. WOW! His eyes were captivating, he really gave you a deadly feeling! Not the flirtatious type, it was literally the deadly glare full of hatred! I was still very new then and thought to myself, "This person really got an ancient look?!" How could the company find such an awfully handsome guy all of a sudden, so I paid special attention to this person! I also noticed that he didn't merely have the looks, he's actually pretty talented and didn't look one bit inexperienced at all!

Ray said, "At that time I went for it all the way, I just used all my effort portraying the role! I still remember the very first day of filming 《尋秦記》, we were already shooting the finale of the series. At that time, I had a scene with Kwok Fung. I really have to thank him for trusting me!" Ray then expressed that back then he was so young that he wasn't afraid of anything. He decided to abandon his overseas studies in Architecture and join the TVB acting class instead in Hong Kong. His classmates (including Tavia Yeung etc.) and him all shared very big ambition only to find himself ended up sitting at home for one whole month after graduation, "I was really scared at that time! I began to wonder if I have chosen the wrong path. I was lucky though I have my family to support me. So I continued to upgrade myself by practicing my singing and reading. I didn't slack off!"

Growth in being a Host

Later Ray finally received a job; he was assigned to host a TVB8 show. It never occurred to Ray that he would be a host but he couldn't deny how much he had learned in the eight months he spent in hosting. What he got out of the most was how to respond in front of the camera. He was also able to interview many artists such as Leslie Cheung, Faye Wong, etc. Beside all these, he was also given opportunities to interview live. This is because he was the only one male artist who knows how to speak fluently in Mandarin.

During this period, Ray was able to participate in several drama series. The first was the series 《碧血劍》 he portrayed a black costumed Kung Fu person who had a one line script. "Actually I didn't wait too long for opportunities to come, because I was rather quick receiving a third supporting actor role in the series 《美味情緣》. Being a new artist, having received important roles so quick may not be a good thing. If you haven't exploit the opportunity in the right way, you may foreverly vanish in this entertainment industry!" Ray didn't give himself to much pressure at the time, and of course he knew he had done a rather good job on it since his next job was to film the series 《尋秦記》.

Being the Eldest Must Carry the Burden

I have always admire Ray's singing. Not only is he the best singer within TVB, he also has the potential to be one of those talented singers in music industry. That's why whenever I sing Karaoke with him, I always pick the songs I like and asked him to sing them. Actually Ray began learning singing vocals at the age of 15, 16. He also learned how to dance and draw. At primary school, he often participated in the recital contests. I remembered when we shoot the series 《再生緣》, he specifically found a master to teach him the North Clan Kung Fu and the martial art of sword.

Ray loves to observe his surroundings at a very young age, this is why he learns very quickly. "My dad has his own way of teaching me ever since I was young. Because he is also the eldest in the family, he uses this same identity to teach me. Whenever my younger brother and sister were at fault, I must be the one to bear the consequences. This is so simply because my father believes this is the way to be the eldest in the family." No wonder Ray's little brother and sister love him so much!

Epilogue: The Pioneer

Having to think of it, I really have to thank Ray for he's our generation's pioneer in the TV industry. His exceptional performance as a male lead in 《再生緣》 allowed the series to earn a lot of acknowledgement from the public. Because of this, the new generation such as Ron Ng and myself is able to have opportunities continued opening to us.

Awww! Rayolie! infatuated.gif

Hello all.

I hope you don't mind me joining. You guys sure have a lot of gorgeous pictures of Myolie. I love the third magazine that actuallyluv posted up. It makes Myolie looks very serene and pure yet alluring at the same time. Best picture of Myolie I have seen in a while.

Hershey Bar, I've noticed that there are many people that seem to hate Myolie too. Many of them just claim that Myolie is ugly or another superficial reason. Really though, if fans are fans of a person just because they are pretty than I wouldn't really consider them actaul fans instead. I mean, looks can certainly be part of the reason why but it shouldn't be the only reason. So do they stop liking an actress/actor once they become "uglier"? I try to ignore those "fans" since I do find them ridiculous. I do not find that Myolie has an annoying voice at all, there are plenty more "squeaky" and more annoying voices out there which I shall leave unnamed. I do admit that sometimes I find that Myolie overacts but not as much as everyone else claims. I didn't find her overacting in TGWL. I might have dislike the story and the actual character Fei Tin, but I didn't see anything wrong with Myolie's performance. Speaking of which, I think the main reason people say Myolie is overrated is because she got nominated for Best Actress for TGWL. Im not saying she didn't deserve it but also everyone and the media are all saying that she should win it because she gained weight. I, personally, don't find that to be the right reason to give someone the Best Actress award. It is an acting award afterall and the media should have focused more on Myolie's acting instead of her figure during that time. I find the media is to blame for the whole Myolie is overrated thing. They made it all a battle between Myolie and Charmaine when in fact, I believe Sheren and Ada also did a great job. So I guess what I'm saying is that by making it only between Myolie and Charmaine, Sheren, Ada, and Gigi were completely excluded and it made their fans find it ridiculous since they believe Myolie is only up their because of her weight gain and not because of her acting skills.

Sorry it was so long sweat.gif , if I completely don't make sense you can just ignore me and pretend I'm crazy. whistle.gif

Deci16, I completely agree with your post. It is ridiculous for others to come to the FAN thread to diss the actress/actor or to just rate it down. There certainly isn't a point to it and they have the critics thread if they want to vent. It is just childish and obsessive.

So Myolie doesn't end up with Raymond in the Drive of Life then? I was hoping to see them together instead of Charmaine and Raymond. Now I don't know if I want to watch it at all since I don't really like the pairing of Raymond and Charmaine and Ron and Toby...

Anyways, I do have something to contribute instead of just blabbing sweat.gif :

Ratings Report (19/03/2007 - 25/03/2007)
* Note: Above the reception of TV preliminary statistical result, is possible and the official reception of TV has 1 point to receive the viewpoint the error, only supplies the reference.

1. War And Destiny (EPS 06 - 10) - 30 PTS

2. Best Selling Secrets (EPS 05 - 09) - 26 PTS

3. Life Art (EPS 05 - 09) - 26 PTS

4. On The Road - 26 PTS

------------------------------------------

WAD is doing pretty good since BSS dropped by alot since the first week and LA is still pretty low. Although WAD dropped from the first day ratings, I'm glad to see it maintained at least 30 points. It is a great series.

Sorry for my super long post. sweat.gif

cHOCCokISSy: She has an interview with Bosco? Cool, I can't wait to read it. I bet it's more interesting than the ones she did with the others since she did announced that he is the closest guy friend she has. I'm excited about this. clapping.gif infatuated.gif yeah.gif

Uh_Oh: Thanks for the rating. I'm so happy that War and Destiny is so well compare to the others. Yeah!! yeah.gif 1_smiley.gif

Yeah, I agree. There are some actresses that are extremely beautiful yet lack the acting ability. And there are some actresses that don't possess any outstanding beauty but able to preform well. To me, a fan who only like an actress or artist because of outer appearance isn't really a fan because he/she can change their idol in a finger snap time to another who is even more attractive. ( Hope you know what I'm blabbing about sweat.gif ) And to me, Myolie is not the most beautiful actress I have seen nor is the ugliest one. To me, she is average, or a little above average in look. But her acting skill and her down to earth personality exceeded her look for me. I love her because she is able to preform her character well. Yes, she did overacted sometime but which actress/ actors haven't?

And I also agree about how the media blew up the news on the award thing. I really thought that Sheren deserved to win than anyone. But the media only focus on Charmine and Myolie. Plus, they also mention how much weight Myolie put on just for it. It was ridicules! n_thumbdown.gif Making it seemed like the only way Myolie can win against Charmine is to fatten up. glare.gif dry.gif

Anyway, enjoy your stay. I'm glad you also like Myolie.

I think I've blah enough

So far Myolie has interviewed three guys: Raymond, Kenneth, and Ron!

I wonder why Myo had to interview them? I wonder WHO WILL BE NEXT?
hmmm....I think it'll be Sammuel or Bosco.

QUOTE(cHOCCokISSy @ Mar 26 2007 1 57 PM)

Whoa! The ratings are pretty good. Is that the toppest rating?

I mean the highest rating

Well if you mean out of Life Art, Best Selling Secrets and War and Destiny, then yes, it has been getting the highest ratings. yeah.gif

If you mean overall, no it is not. I looked up last week's ratings:

Ratings Report (12/03/2007 - 18/03/2007)

1. War And Destiny (EPS 01 - 05) - 30 PTS (Peaking At 34 PTS)

2. Best Selling Secrets (EPS 01 - 04) - 28 PTS (Peaking At 31 PTS)

3. Life Art (EPS 01 - 04) - 27 PTS (Peaking At 28 PTS)

And then this is the first day ratings (they usually only do it by weeks)
Ratings Report ( 12/03/2007 )

1. War And Destiny ( EPS 01 ) - 33 PTS ( Peaking At 34 PTS )

2. Best Selling Secrets ( EPS 01 ) - 30 PTS ( Peaking At 31 PTS )

3. On The Road - 26 PTS

both credits to : http://www.tvbchinesenews.blogspot.com/

So then the highest would have been on the first day where it averaged 33 points and peaked at 34.

Did you guys know that they are cutting out 3 episodes of WAD in HK so it'll only be 27 eps? I don't really know how they are going to do that without ruining the whole series.

Hershey Bar, I feel like To Grow With Love is the series that brought Myolie's downfall. Well, not exactly downfall because her acting is still great but I mean with fans. After that series, it seems like a lot of people started to dislike Myolie. I mean, Myolie was sooo loved back during War of Inlaws and then TGWL happens and all the awards stuff and this happens. I hope Myolie gets another excellent role to win back the fans and to shut up the haters. laugh.gif I actually find Myolie to be very pretty. I love her new short hair style because I think it really fits her but you're right, her down to earth personality is what drew me to her.
