Hi, fruti, you understand it right? Can you please tell me what happened at the last part of ep. 6? The part where QL came to the restaurant or whatever place and he was talking with the Japanese guy.

I didn't catch the part where XL & QL ate the food cuz it was always black out on me.

I can't wait to see episode 7. It seemed like QL was very jealous at the end of the episode. Aww, he must be heart broken cuz she was sitting there playing the piano with another guy. Barbie's English is awesome!!!

i do not understand chinese i'm just watching it and trying to interpret thru action...

fashionista's tidbits and summary will be helpful for us to understand the episodes...

The ratings were pretty good, just slightly lower than last week's, but that's ok.

I so want to watch ep 6 now! But I still have to wait for youtube!
The others; dailymotion, tudou etc are all really slow for me, and sometimes they just stop loading altogether! So I have no choice but to wait! Hope it'll be available at youtube soon!

if you have the QingKong version...it's around 1 hour and 5 mins. Just before the piano part with the Japanese boss and XL. Alan sounded funny, but cute. OMG, dont' tell me he got jealous so he was singing..hahahaha.

*Dean is so handsome here. I love it how QL is soooo jealous in this episode. His imagination sure gets a lil' wild...Hahheh. Poor XL! She really misses Shanghai and her loved ones. But at least she has QL and everyone in TW. Everytime she cries, I feel like crying too...The preview with the shoes looks really cute. I can't wait! I also loved it when QL sang that brotherhood song.

After episode 3 i feel that Barbie is suit for this role...just spoilt rich girl who are still learning the right way of life and meeting the right guy. Like they way she fight with QL always.

i DL'd that ep1-20 torrent. it has at least 2 hours more of unseen parts after ep. 6. i say at least coz i havent seen ep.6 yet. the extra might be longer than 2 hrs. ep20 is up to the pool-kiss scene. and it's got a different end credits (no previews like in tw version). i think that's the only saving grace of that set coz the quality is so below average & as many said, so many cuts. but im still gonna watch it im too excited so im gonna watch as much as i can even if its cut.

no scenes were cut out. and the image quality is same as icefish. but you were right. there are blackous here & there. but its ok coz its very very brief. it does not interrupt the story.

the QingKong version isn't the same version as they have on tv? O_O i'm confused @__@ =P

no, the versions are the same, except ydy and icefish have better quality than qingkong. The qingkong is the same as what they showed on tv.
I think she meant that the "timing" on the video is different. It might be off by a few seconds depending on who released the file. Some websites like to include an advertisement in the beginning of an episode. It affects the timing of the video. The episode itself is the same, nothing was cut out.

by the way, the ydy version for episode 6 is out now if anyone wants to download that one.


I like this drama, some scenes were so funny. Alan and Barbie both did a great job with their roles.

but everything was shown in ep.6 tw version i only d'ld ep. 16-20. which is a good estimation bec. ep.16-china is second half of ep.6-tw. i havent seen the episodes beyond ep.6. maybe tonight i got sleepy last night. do you want me to upload ep17-20? it would take long though. each ep is at least 100mb
