i first noticed her in secret garden...and i didn't really like her at first..and i don't think that show does justice to her looks..altho i suppose her role in that show isn't supposed to be one of a pretty girl more liek a weird and imaginative girl so that might explain it

i didnt start really liking her until the recent drama 'love contract' and since then i have been trying to find out more about her!

i think she is a really talented actress and i am looking forward to her new dramas. Her agency also recently announced that she will be releasing an album next year...can't wait!

There had been rumors saying that Ariel was afraid that another series collerbarting with Hu Ge couldn't add new "sparks" and Ariel is still in consideration whether to film LOCH anot. Yesterday, LOCH's produced was shocked when heard about this rumor:"She had good chemistry with hu ge," and later responded that:"Ariel is indeed in consideration whether to film LOCH anot, she was quite pleased when she read the plot."
The truth is, when TANG REN PRODUCTIONS decided to re-film this series, they had already wanted Hu Ge to be Guo Jing, but Ariel wasn't the first choice because Ariel's cheeks seems to be "cuter" when compared to other female artistes who had acted as Huang Rong before. However, the director of TWFX was amazed by Ariel's acting and decided to recommend her to be the lead. Before the filming of LOCH, Hu Ge will be collerbrating with the winner of Supergirl 超女: 周筆暢 of a movie called 第601個電話 which is directs by Zhang Guoli
, the movie is about the selected material from the mainland performance circle once has occurred, which included the leaking out of 600 entertainers telephone number. Hu ge is currently filming the series <<Shao Nian Yang Jia Jiang>>. The main song for 天亮之後 TWFX, had continously became the winner of Mainland's ablum list for 3 weeks. His modern series with Vivian Hsu- Bie Ai Wo had been due to start airing in the next term.

Yeah I've watched it, Mike is in it, the series is ok but it doesn't have many Ariel parts in there..so I think if you're a sole Ariel fan like I am, you would find it a little disappointing..but Ariel acted well as usual in it. I think she went off in the 15th episode or something because at that time Ariel went off to film another series of her's-My Secret Garden 2...And Mike has even fewer scenes in it because he' not the main character~

Mainly talks about Hu Ge's upcoming shows..Ariel was mentioned about acting the role as Huang Rong in LOCH..the director of TWFX liked Ariel after seeing her fabulous acting in TWFX, so he immediately asked her to star as Huang Rong. But Ariel hasn't confirmed that she will take on the role yet...

LOCH means Legend of the COndor Heroes... I wonder why they are remaking this series again so soon... sigh.. They are running out of stories.

I thought that Ariel and Hu Ge got along well in real life too? I guess we all need to know that real life and on screen are 2 different worlds. Just because 2 people have good on screen chemistry doesn't mean that they will like each other in real life....

its alrite !! its just that fortunately i had her dvd of secret garden that i could watch..that was my first series of ariel's that i watched.. n it was really awesome.. really worth watchin.. Ariel divides her income into 3 parts; she'll save 60% of her income for the house, half of the other 40% for home use and the other half for her own use. She's very thrifty, once she spends more than $1000 she will remind herself not to spend so much and be more wary of her next spending. She limits herself to spending niot more than $10000 every month. i just finished watching "love contract" a very sad drama,set around the love of xaio feng and ken. feng played by ariel lin . unlike her character in iswak she is very dark and serious,she was scarred in a hot wax accident by her father when she was young. this accident has a very deep effect on her that is reflected in her relationsships with others. on and on the story goes with a very sad ending.

Ariel is so cute in ISWAK...i didn't like her that much at the beginning since's she so annoyingly stupid but i get to accept her and she's actually quite pretty! Hopefully, i'll get the chance to watch more of her upcoming series when summer comes (or exams end) lol
