I agree with you guys... Ryeowook seems to be getting TOO skinny.. that's not good at all! Just compare the difference from one year ago!

Feel like we should send him a whole basketful of food to fatten him up! If you guys watched the SJM interview on Sukira, he himself also said that he thinks he looks better with more flesh and I agree!!!!!

And yes, my day seems incomplete without listening to Ryeowook. I really wish to meet him in person one day and tell him thank you for making such wonderful music and singing such wonderful songs.

Wookie is close to Shindong. Aww I just notice tt they were complained the most insolent members in SJ . Kangin talked ‘Wookie looks innocent but he is insolent’ while Heechul complained Shindong didn’t talk to him in formal way on a radio program.

wookie used to weigh 80kg or so when his first debut,right?i dunno how he can lose to 58kg,i can't recall i've read abt that anywhere..if anyone knew abt that,mind to share it here?i've always wanted to know bcoz we all know how kangin and shindong lost their weights from exercising&dancing..so i wanna know abt wookie...and also,does wookie wear glasses?i think i read abt that somewhere,i just dun remember..

lymacsaudoi: AH! The pics of him in the Qingdao festival are just TOO cute! He looks like SUCH a little boy with his new hair! And the little bow tie just added more cuteness to it!

Feijia: I think Ryeowook didn't lose all the weight in a short span of time like Kangin. If you see his pics, he actually seem to lose the period over quite a period of time. Perhaps it was puberty + training?

But one thing I know for sure is that he has lost TOO MUCH weight within this 1 year. Just look at how cute and healthy he look back in Animal Farm or even EHB.. (although towards the last 3 episodes of EHB he was already showing signs of weight loss)

He looks so solemn nowadays and its kinda a tiny heartache to see him all skinny and solemn. I just hope its him being tired or its just his normal behaviour and NOT because he is depressed or upset or anything. =(

i'm just curious,bcoz i watched his perf during his time in CMB Youth ChinChin Festival in 2004 ChinChin music..he was discovered thru the show,right?during that time,he's still look chubby(& cute,of course ),then when SJ debuted in 2005,he lost his weight,just within 1 year..i think u r right,maybe it's because of the training he had in SMTown..
owh,i didn't notice that he has lost too much weight within this 1 year,just busy focusing at how cute he is,hehe..but just recently i noticed his collarbone looks obvious,then i start to think is he really losing his weight.,because he looked ok before,he is thin,but not that annoyingly thin..
dun worry,i dun think he's lost weight due to depression or anything..maybe he's just busy with the hectic schedules..Super Show,SJM activities,SMTown concert,etc,etc...let's pray he'll be just fine..

feijia: I really wonder if SUJU will ever have a concert in Malaysia this year (or even Singapore but I think almost 0% possibility). I was thinking if they had it in Malaysia, I WOULD DEFINITELY GO DOWN. But no news of it yet.. and the year is coming to an end... so I am alittle bummed about it. Sigh. And it's not 100% confirmed right? The initial news even said they were coming to Singapore and I was like "YEAH RIGHT. As if they will come here!!"

And I am curious.. WHO said that Yesung was sad? Yesung himself? Who said that Ryeowook was hanging out with Noonas only at the SM town concert? Sounds odd. If you have the article do post it. My chinese is quite good (I think) so it can better understand it!

And to jellymelly as well: And yes! I found the video of Ryeowook being a bully! It's SO funny because he is so tiny and Kangin is so huge. But you know, I think Ryeowook really has a talent in acting.. and if anyone is smart enough.. they would sign him up for more roles. Just look at how he acted scared in Mystery 6, as a bully, couple with Yesung, being bullied by Kyuhyun in mini drama .. and of course, as the Vice President in Flowerboys!

Are korean producers blind? They should give him more opportunities because he would turn out to be such a breath of fresh air! I bet no one would think he was capable of acting because he is so quiet all the time. But truth is, when it comes to talking, acting, composing, singing... Ryeowook just has a gift in it.

I wouldn't mind if the concert was next year too.. but it would be nice if they would just give a confirmed date because I think there are currently 2 airlines - Jetstar and Tiger Airways - giving away TONS of free seats for period of travelling next year! It would help save so much money if I could book the air ticket now!! Too bad there's no dates at all sigh!

Actually I am free now because I quit my job about a month ago and I am just studying Japanese full time + giving tuition... so it would be so great if they can come by this year as my full time course will end prob end november and then I will have to get a proper full time job again and that kinda sucks because you dont have the flexibility and freedom to just take leave anytime you want to fly down to a concert!

And maybe if I want to save even more money, I can just take the bus! haha!

But best if they can come Singapore... then dont have to spend ANY money at all on travelling. Going to Hong Kong in May to catch L'arc en ciel was a dream come true for me but it cost me a bomb. And the SM Town Bangkok concert too. The fuel surchages are just killing me.

Kinda sucks how these korean artistes go to Japan, China, Thailand and even Malaysia but conveniently skip out Singapore when it's just like an hour away by plane!!! I mean, yeah our market is small......... but .... =( PITY US!

If I have a chance to talk to Wookie … I dun know which language I should speak … maybe Chinese + English since my level & his r just same same lols.
I went to Thailand to watch their Super Show, tt’s great to see Wookie in person. He’s tiny but cute, his eyes & smiles r so sweet, gentle … his voice is wonderful & I cant take my eyes of him. For me 3 hours seeing him is not enough hehe I even love him more after tt.
Wookie & Yesung r so funny in Mini Drama. I laughed so hard @ their sync ‘Who’s there’ & ‘Go get it now’

Yup Wookie’s the shortest amongst SJ members . Tho he often (or always?) wears shoe lifts, he still looks shortest b/c other members also use it . It’s great if I can talk to him in Korean, too bad I dun know Korean & when I’m nervous, I’m afraid I even cant spell his name properly lol.
I think he’s tired & skinny b/c the sked is tight, no time to rest. SJM dun have many activities lately but they have to record 2 albums (SJ & SJM album) & practice dancing. Not only eating, Wookie needs more sleep.

Lols Wookie is so cute w pink motorbike but he seems scared. He drives slowly & carefully. He had driving license already, however I think he’s never driven a car himself in Korea, he always goes here & there w his hyung or manager.

feijia: hahaha I sourced the predebut and kid photos of ryeowook from several places! I didn't even realize I had that many till I decided to make this video! lol! I feel like a stalker.

Ah... I remember watching Ryeowook diary where it was showed that fans thought he looked like Jaejoong too.

Anyway, to be very honest, I think Ryeowook could actually be BETTER looking than Jaejoong.Just that he is much shorter.

Reason being, for Jaejoong... (dont bash me), it is quite clear that some of his features has undergone some surgery (whether fans wants to defend against this or not is not my business.. but if you see the photos.. you can definitely note small gradual changes. I love JJ too dont get me wrong).

Ryeowook.. his high cheekbones has always been there. So is his signature smile (just that it had two chubby cheeks next to it when he was younger). His high nose too.

When Ryeowook sometimes does his smouldering look and "sexy" look, he facial features really look hot because his face has a very well defined structure. Too bad about his height though. But in those head shots where you don't see his entire height... he is surprisingly one of those who stands out alot amongst the 13 members.

In fact, when I just learnt about SJ and didn't know how girly/kiddish/cute/adorable/etc he is, I thought "Man! He seems really like those cool guys" (cuz I think it was Don Don't period and he had that ear stud and chain thing to his ear too!)

Then I watched EHB and realize... OMG... my impression of him initially was entirely wrong! LOL!


I do wonder though if Ryeowook did something to his eyes. My friend said Ryeowook definitely did something to his eyes/nose.. but his nose seems to have been always sharp? His eyes though sometimes look big, sometimes look small. But he still has his single eyelid though. Not sure if he cut them to make them look bigger.. or maybe he is wearing those defined circle lenses that make your eyes look bigger?

Whatever it is, his talent and caring/kind nature can never be doubted and that alone is reason enough to support and love him!

So there’s a week of holidays called ‘China’s Golden Week’.
SuperJuniorM have no activities scheduled, so Hankyung Hyung and Zhou Mi Hyung have gone back home to spend the holidays with their families.

i really love watching EHB bcos wookie finally can get captured more on camera as compared to the previous SJ shows...i kept playing his parts until u come out with his special vid cut,& i really thank u for that..& i'm so grateful to be part of the people in this thread who really love wookie and it's really a happiness for me..wish wookie will read this 1 day,and i pray for that day to come...at least if i didn't get the chance to see him in person,i hope he knows our love to him never ends..i doubt if it is..

yup,his eyes are small..have u watched Bravely Going Forward?the indoor part,during their first appearance,they had a match how long they can hold heir eyes open,and wookie was so cute and funny with his misty eyes!he made his eyes even smaller,& he's really good at doing that too!

i really love him covering his face with his hands out of embarrassment,t's really cute!he did that alot after he sing a song and other people cheering for him and telling him how good he is..i watched his vid where he sang 'Saranghamnida' in YS's MFU..i cried unconsciously..he really touched me with his voice and he really sang the song from his heart..

wait,wookie's gaining weight?really?why can't i notice that?but the cheeks,yup,i notice that somehow...but s/times,looking at some of his pics, i thot he has gained some weight..i think it must be his clothes,bcoz i notice when he's wearing 2-3 outfits together,he does seem like he has gained some weight but the fact is he isn't..but i dunno,maybe it's only my eyes,hehe..it's his collarbone that is important,SO SEXY~~=P

His voice definitely suits ballad songs, but he can also sing fierce songs well. I was very surprised the first time I heard Don’t Don b/c his voice is so strong there. Esp when they sing Don’t Don live, tho SJ has 3 lead vocals, at the 2nd chorus u can hear Wookie’s voice really stand out, clearest & strongest. Did u watch the vid SJ perf Don’t Don live in youtube? I dare say in SJ he’s the best at singing live when they have to dance & sing simultaneously.

Lols in BGF while playing no blinking game Wookie doesn’t open his eyes wide, I think tt’s why he can hold on 4 such a long time & he wins both rounds. Nearly 3 mins *clap clap* I cant do. At 2nd round Wookie vs. He Jiong laoshi & Xia Na jie, I laughed so hard. Ask him if he’s scared of He Jiong’s 3 mins record, he isn’t scared *He Jiong laoshi I can beat u*. Same question to Xia Na’s 15s record, he makes surprised face, nods his head & even shakes hands w Xia Na *Xia Na jie congrats I’m so scared, I admire u a lot* lmao such a dork.
Look at his cheeks, he gains weight but just a bit. Btw talk about his outfit, I was wondering why in SJM he often wears 2-3 layers of outfit (what’s his concept?) then in one of their interview, they say Wookie cant stand cold. Perhaps tt’s the reason …
