Joe is very observant of women, he knows by looking into the bags and nails you'll know if the person is clean & neat, I think if you look at the hands you'll know if a person is clean too and if that person is a hardworker.He's very conservative person.
And I think I agree with him when he said that he doesn't want to take things very easy in having a relationship, I think he has somebody already in mind ( and I think we all know that hehehehe!!!), he's is silently pursuing that slowly but surely, away from the scrutiny of the media.Because knwing the media it will ruin everything, his plans especailly.
