Rayolie [Raymond Lam & Myolie Wu] Rating Options

Anyone likes this couple at all? They are very cute together and have very good chemistry too.

BTW, I tried to search for a Raylie topic and found none so I thought of creating one.

One of my favourite pairings of all time! Totally loved their chemistry in Survivor's Law, and cannot wait to see them in Tai Gik (The Master of Tai Chi)!

Rayolie also shares a very sweet yet subtle chemistry off-screen too! For example, you always see Ray praising Myo (in terms of singing, looks, compatibility, etc) in radio and TV shows and interviews. Myolie also praises Ray from time to time. There's this really special and mutual understanding between them.

I know there aren't that many fans of this pairing at AF, but hopefully you guys can respect other's opinion and keep bashing/harsh crticism to a minimum.

hmmmmm i dunno what my conclusion is towards this couple, but one thing is for sure, they share chemistry....i dunno what sort of chemistry, but both are great artists!!!

So glad to know that there are another fan like this couple . I cant wait to see Tai Gik and The Drive of Life too, I agree with you, SL is a good serie, and I really enjoy Rayolie's chemistry in there.

Myolie's Urgent Call for Coaches to Practice Heelys

Myolie was required to learn how to 'skate' on a heelys in one hour. In order to be competent in this, Myolie had a crash course from her 3 buddies in "Survivor's Law" -- Raymond Lam, Bernice Liu, and Sammul Chan.

Top Right: "Ahhh .... this is scary ..."

Heelys Crash Course

The first lesson is to learn how to balance wearing heelys. Sammul was her coach on balancing.

The second lesson is to learn how to skid along. Myolie had Bernice to teach her this skill.

The third lesson is to learn how to recover from a loss of balance. (Caption: Raymond seemed to be incompetent protecting Myolie.)

Now that Myolie finished this crash course, she could finally film the dating scene with Raymond.

Myolie could even jump with her heelys on. See how happy and excited they were. (Caption: I got it! Yay!)

Supposedly there are many tricks you can do with heelys. Since the actors lacked the experience playing the tricks, they required the help from the backstage crew as well as a track to make these tricks come to life.

While waiting to film the heelys scene, Raymond, Myolie, and Sammul went to a convenient store to buy some snacks. Where did Bernice go? She claimed that she needed to keep fit so she didn't go with them.

When Raymond saw an ice-cream truck, he immediately ran for it to buy an ice-cream cone. He seemed to get carried away when it comes to sweets and look at the mess he made. What a big child.

Wearing Raymond’s Jacket to Keep Warm

Last Thursday (February 6th), Myolie Wu and Raymond Lam were filming an outdoor scene. The weather was extremely cold and they had to stand by the pier for over 3 hours. When they were not filming yet, Myolie had to drink hot milk to keep her warm. She even took Raymond’s jacket to wrap around herself. The action seems to be one that she must do quite often, it was so natural. This proves that the relationship between the two much be special. The filming for the night was very simple; the two had a total of ten lines, but it still took over three hours to complete filming. This is because the two had their minds elsewhere. Especially Raymond, who NG 4 times on an easy line, “I’m so disappointed in myself.” It caused the director and some crew members to be unhappy.

Director tells them to be quiet

Off-screen the two has unlimited topics to talk about. Myolie was constantly looking across the ocean at the lightings and chatting with Raymond. They acted like a couple, and even when it was time to start filming, the two were still talking with each other. The director could no longer take it and asked them, “Are you two done talking yet?” It caused Myolie to be embarrassed and Raymond become quiet immediately. When Raymond was asked about his rumors with Myolie he denied, “It’s impossible, we’re good friends, and she’s older than me.” (Well, if Myolie the type of girl you like?) “We’re not dating.”

Couple at Blessing Ceremony Openly Displayed Intimacy

Last month (January 23), Survivor’s Law had its blessing ceremony. Myolie Wu and Raymond Lam appeared as a couple. During the ceremony, the two were seem playing with each other. They would speak softly and laugh loudly. It seemed like they didn’t even notice other people around. When they were eating roast pork, they were sharing, one piece for him, and one for her. Their behavior was very intimate. Myolie was the one who took initiative and brought food to share with Raymond. Later, Myolie borrowed the camera from the photographer and they two took turns taking pictures of each other. Their relationship seems very suspicious.

Ok...here's the translation:

Yesterday one of our readers called Mary and her friend were out partying late, approximately 3am in the morning at "Tong lo Wan". They saw that Candy street (english translation) was bustling, and curiosity got the better of them so they went to see what was going on. It was acctually people filming there, and it was Myolie and Raymond shooting a scene there.

Mary not only stayed to watch, but also used her camera to take photos. It was obvious that Myolie and Raymond were shooting an emotional scene, during the scene Raymond was tightly hugging Myolie, Myolie on the other hand was wiping her tears with a tissue. Mary saw when they (Myolie & Ray) were not shooting, they would automatically revise their scripts with the director or quietly find a spot (together) to build emotions, very professional!

POSSIBLE SPOILERS:

Not sure if Charmaine and Raymond will be pairing up in the end, but it's almost certain that Rayolie won't end up together in TDOL

I seemed to have developed a liking for this pairing, too, during SL although I am a very, very faithful Boscolie fan! (woohoo!) LoL, I think that if Bosco nvr appeared in TVB (which is just plain horrible), Rayolie would've been my favorite pairing. Of course, there's still the problems with RayLei, FungYi, Sammolie and Ronolie (xDD), but nevertheless, I also support Rayolie!! (of course not as much a Boscolie tho... xD)

These pics are so cute! They are making me more in love with Rayolie! I'm a total fan of FungYi but Rayolie is coming in close. I didn't like them in SL but now looking at the pictures of them in DOL and Tai Chi, they have more chemistry than before.

I heard that in DOL, Myolie's character is going to marry some China guy in the end! NOOOOO.....WHY?! I thought that Charmaine's character is going to leave Ray's character at their wedding and even wanted to kill him! And Ray's character and Myolie's character were going to get married so why does CharRay end up together?! Even though the series haven't been aired, I like the Rayolie love story than the CharRay love story because Myolie's character stick to Raymond's character even in his most difficult time of his life while Charmaine's character just left. The plot is so screwed up, goes to show that Charmaine is so favoured by TVB.

Okay I better stop before it becomes a post that should belong to a Charmaine-haters thread. Please tell me that Rayolie ends up together in Tai Chi.

These pics are so cute! They are making me more in love with Rayolie! I'm a total fan of FungYi but Rayolie is coming in close. I didn't like them in SL but now looking at the pictures of them in DOL and Tai Chi, they have more chemistry than before.

I heard that in DOL, Myolie's character is going to marry some China guy in the end! NOOOOO.....WHY?! I thought that Charmaine's character is going to leave Ray's character at their wedding and even wanted to kill him! And Ray's character and Myolie's character were going to get married so why does CharRay end up together?! Even though the series haven't been aired, I like the Rayolie love story than the CharRay love story because Myolie's character stick to Raymond's character even in his most difficult time of his life while Charmaine's character just left. The plot is so screwed up, goes to show that Charmaine is so favoured by TVB.

Okay I better stop before it becomes a post that should belong to a Charmaine-haters thread. Please tell me that Rayolie ends up together in Tai Chi.

Hi there blue maniac! Just some answers to your questions...

POSSIBLE SPOILERS:

[spoiler]Yep, Myo ends up with a Mainland actor called Feng Shao Feng (he played the Prince in The Conquest). According to various news/translations about TDOL storyline, this is roughly what happens - Ray and Charmaine fall in love with each other early in the series, while Myo has a crush on Raymond. Unfortunately, Charmaine finds out about it, and tells Raymond about Myo's feelings towards him. Raymond, who didn't want to face Myolie about it, pretended as if nothing has happened. As a result, Myolie felt hurt and planned to resign her job as Ray's secretary.

But just as Ray and Charmaine's relationship grow stronger, an unexpected event happens (big spoilers which I won't mention ). Charmaine then plays revenge on Raymond's character because of this misunderstanding, and leaves him at the altar... and even 'aborts' their baby. At the same time, Ray's company goes bankrupt because of him, experiencing the lowest point of his life - losing his loved one and his family's wealth.

Myolie, on the other hand, didn't want to leave Ray at such an inappropriate time, so she decides to stay beside him and help him rebuild his family's business in Mainland China. After going through a lot together, Ray decides to start a relationship with Myolie, and even proposes to her. However, (for some reason I can't exactly remember), Charmaine returns to the scene, and Ray realises that her abortion was in fact a miscarriage, and he realises that all the time the one he loved was Charmaine. Ray wants to get back together with Charmaine. Myo finds out about this, and in order to make Ray happy, she leaves him feeling very hurt.

At the same time, Feng Shao Feng (the Mainland actor), also experiences a break up in his relationship with his girlfriend (who left him for the States, and in end married another guy). Feng and Myo supported each other during this painful times of theirs, and they start developing feelings for each other...[/spoiler]

You mean they are not going to be together in The Master of Tai Chi? Man, Rayolie is turning into a second FungYi because they only have one series where they had a happy ending but even though they act together in other series, they don't end up together or they are just best friends. What is wrong with TVB? Pairing up people who don't have chemistry (*cough* CharRay *cough*) and breaking up those that have amazing chemistry (like FungYi, Rayolie and Boscolie) or don't even paired them up (Raynice)!

Thanks hkangel for the sypnosis! But I'm not looking forward to watching TDOL anymore. Maybe I'll forward all the CharRay scenes and repeat the Rayolie scenes a dozen times. No, actually I meant that Rayolie is going to end up together, according to fans and their reports... however, it's hasn't been officially stated yet, so I don't want to say for sure. But for now, we can say that Rayolie will end up together in The Master of Tai Chi... " Although Rayolie will have a very bittersweet storyline...

As in TVB is not going to broadcast it until way way later? Maybe because they may want to air DOL first and then they are worried that people will complain about seeing Rayolie again (although it's hard not to fall in love after watching them in DOL)

I do think that there will be more fans of Rayolie after DOL is broadcast because their relationship is so heart-wrenching especially if they are not fans of CharRay in the first place.

Hi folks,
I am a newbie fan of Myolie.

Love the chemistry of Raymond and Myolie as well as Boscolie.

But I still prefer the best coupling "Rayolie"

The recent interview by Myolie of Raymond have lots of pictures on both of them.
At first, I thought they are taking pictures as real couple... but after reading the stuffs..
then I realized that Myolie was the interviewer.

A lot of the audience are biased on the coupling "Rayolie" because they have not
yet seen "Tai Chi" and "The Drive of Life".

OR

they simply like to bash the coupling because of their selfish desires ie.. their celeb preference;
their likes and dislikes..... rather than objective viewpoint.

The pictures of TDOL of Raymond and Myolie are really really nice...... so romantic...
It tells the role of the expert camera man makes a lots of difference in capturing the right angles...to
make the stars look good.......

^^Yeah, I love this couple because of the pictures in DOL and Tai Chi! I especially love the pictures when Ray proposed to Myolie in DOL! It's full of feelings the way they look at each other and Ray hold her hands! Man, it is going to be hard watching them when I know that they won't end up together. >_<
