spyang: thanks for the news! actually got to know it on the actual day.. i cant tell you how crazy we chinese are over FTTS. i hope someone translates that show too.. cos from what i know the show actually triggered off alot of anti aka negative effects.. apparently, the fans are not very pleased that brian was labelled gay on the show..hmm.. so some of the fans have aridy decided to ban this show and not do any subtitles on it.. but i did watch some short clips of the show.. hwanhee and brian danced! whoo hoo! sexy man.. esp hwanhee...(apologies to flora...wavered for a moment there.. but still pro brian! )

flora: really? there are arguments abt this show in other forums as well? oh my.. is it that serious? okie i watched the vid of the show this morning.. actually i was quite surprised at how apprehensive the team is at translating this vid, they actually have a disclaimer and stuff! saying that they are doing this solely for entertainment purpose etc.

hmm.. okie watched the show and the flow of the sequence is like this.. they have 2 teams and one team is the more senior singers and the other is made up of FTTS and SJ Shindong and Lee Teuk (which represents the younger grp of singers). So they were posing qns to one another.. and one of the senior singer asked brian, is he really dating eru? so brian went on to explain that they are just very close frens who hang out with one another.. so he asked: does that mean that all korean men are gay? cos guys do that all the time, hang out with one another at each other's place. hwanhee mentioned porn.. then mc asked when he last watched porn.. hwanhee ans.. and mc even went on to ask what the movie was abt.. brian asked hwanhee to whisper into his ears... hwanhee did.. and then brian shouted "oh no!" (that was funny! )

then they asked abt brian not having any scandals at all throughout all these years.. that's when he talked about his past relationships.. and hwanhee was very naughty.. he kept saying "eru" and "eru" while brian was answering questions.. brian said that very coincidentally, he dated quite a couple of newcomers in the industry. they talked about hwanhee's plastic surgery but didnt dwell on it much..

my 2 cents worth is..i think both brian and hwanhee are not too upset about this in the show. that's what i see on the surface.. and i think that we should try to be rational about this.. i mean this is the entertainment industry.. and i think that sometimes things that fans are not happy about will get done.. so instead of being emotional and getting angry about it.. i'll rather spend my time on things to do to support the duo. what's your take?

flora: you're welcome.. do watch the vids soon... btw there was one segment that they asked who among them received the most no. of gifts from fans... lee tuek from SJ is first and brian is 2nd.. he mentioned that he received a home theatre system and a bed from fans before.. cos he just bought a new place right? and he apparently ran out of funds for furniture after doing the reno so this fan bought all these for him.. so the mc was very cheeky.. he asked brian, did you accept these gifts because you'll feel sorry for rejecting this fan or becos you want the gifts? at first brian said he was sorry but mc was like "i dont believe you" so he said.. of cos i want the gifts! arent humans like this? but hwanhee said that he'll feel the burden of accepting such gifts so he wouldn't.. erm.. i actually am okie with the fact that they are very truthful about this.. cos i think both brian and hwanhee are just humans like us.. so we will be tempted to accept gifts from others.. i'm perfectly ok with it..
