I found this to be just tragic. It's.... down.gif. She was crying, she didn't want to die. This brought tears to my eyes. She was aware that she was going to die, and she didn't want to leave her friends and family. RIP

IPB Image
IPB Image

Weilun passed away approxmiately 2 days after she was admitted into the hospital.

She was in a stage 3 coma, which is the most severe stage. Intially her friends and parents though she would still have a chance because everytime one of Weilun's friends called her name, Weilun's blood pressure would increase and beads of tears formed in her eyes.

Weilun was not reacting to any physical stimuli, but whenever her friends and parents called out "lun lun", tears formed and were seen trickling down her cheeks. Her parents and friends took turns talking to her, trying to keep her alive.

However, unfortunately she was not able to pull through. As she was dying her mom and family members called "Lun Lun" very loudly in hopes to get her back. However, her only response were tears that streamed down her face. She passed away at 7:37.

This is such a SAD and SWEET scene.
QUOTE(sarat @ Jan 28 2007 7 37 PM)

She (Wei Lun's Mother) knew that her daughter loved to look beautiful, so she personally put on make-up for her and changed her clothes on the last night, spending some precious time w/ her.

Her death really effected me, even though I hardly know her. From what I gather, she is a talented pianist, actress, and model. It is so hard for me to comprehend how someone as pretty and as young and innocent as she is, would have to suffer such a tragic end.

Thank you for posting Singerchick. It must have been very hard for her parents and friends to watch her pass away sheddihg tears. Stories like these breaks your heart. =l

This is so touching and so tragic! My eyes are really watering now! I can imagine how heartbreaking it was as a family member and friend to remain by her side, calling out her name as she slowly slips away...I was by my grandma's bed when she passed away, and although I was only 9 at the time, but I was really devastated for she was really close to me when she was still alive. So I can really understand how hard it was for XWL's family and friends, and XWL as well...no one wants to die, and it's just so cruel to have ur life taken away so suddenly and so early wavecry.gif

RIP XWL.

this is so sad. She knew she was going to die. RIP. I feel bad for her family and friends. She found out she was going to die and even her family and friends couldn't call her back. Like every other time they called out her name.

i was really down about it.
i went out to study for exams..
but once i came back, and read more messages..
i started to get sad again.
after reading this.. tears started to form in my eyes again.
i still cannot believe that she died.
although i am just a small fan..
but this is still something really big.
i still cannot accept the fact that she has left us... T^T

OMG, *eyes are getting watery* her crying makes this accident even worse. so touching. I don't know her, but that fact that she shedded tears, before she died it show that she was really strong and faced the ultimate battle of life: Death.

May XWL rest in peace and live painfree.

That's too tragic, especially since she knew what was happening subconsciously, but she couldn't do anything about it physically. At least she knew that so many people cared about her though to come and visit her and I'm sure she heard all their blessings.

My deepest memory of her was on Da Ge Da, where she played the piano, and one fo the songs was the exact same one I had been practicing for half a year (it's an ARCT/international performer's level song), and how she could totally kick my ass with her piano skills.

I felt that she was really underrated as well, kept on getting all these supporting roles even though her acting skills surpassed some of the leading ladies. Just as she started to get more popular, now she has to go. Life is so sad.

Her will to live was strong, but I guess no matter how viligant your will is at times, there's just nothing to be done when destiny is against you.

May you rest in peace Xu WeiLun. Although I don't know who you are, may you find peace at the other realm.

life is truly unfair
wei lun was young, talented, and pretty...and what makes it all the more depressing is that she could hear them calling her and yet she had no way of replying back...except with her tears..
she must have really struggled during her coma to try and come back

i keep hoping..that just like in the dramas..some miracle would occur and she'd be back with us...but it seems to be too late for a happy ending..

gosh this is truly depressing.

RIP wei lun<3

I don't know who WeiLun is, but this is so sad. Dying is one thing, but having her know she's going to die is another thing. She's probably scared and had struggled a lot during her coma... Gotta do a search on what happened to her, I read from a post that it's a car accident, right? Really, this is sad.

I read something really sad. Apparently her mother didn't let people into the room originally, i.e. Li Wei, etc. because she didn't want her daughter to get infected or affect the doctors from doing their job.

However, when she found out that Wei Lun was taking her last breaths, she let all her friends come to bid farwell.

She also knew that her daughter loved to look beautiful, so she personally put on make-up for her and changed her clothes on the last night, spending some precious time w/ her.
