Jessica told her fans in a gathering in Singapore last week that she will be filming Just Love II with Sunny Chan in April next year. So far there is no other info about the series.

edit: reports say that the series will start filming in early May.

i think that's rather impossible since Lawrence is no longer in the industry...

if that's the case, i was hoping that her last series would be a fresh pairing with someone else (eg. Kevin or Moses). or a classic pairing like Louis (although that is near impossible). but Sunny's okay i guess.

Sunny is Okay, although in my mind, Just Love is not a prefect series enough to having part 2. However, I always support Jessica. I like Dicey Business 2 more than JL 2.

I hope JL2 will be grand production because it's will be last series between TVB and Jessica.!

I like Moses but I dont' think Jessica and him will have chemistry and romantic feeling Louis is impossible. How about Kevin? He is handsome but his acting is not enough to give deeply impression

i didn't quite like the first one and the ratings is high because it is shown on the "correct" timeslot in hk at that time, not looking forward to this one at all

I liked the first one .. it was pretty good =) .. I wonder whats the story going to be about in the sequel ? Anyway love Jessica ! I think Jessica and Sunny made a good couple (not the best), I liked how Jessica was the "husband" of the family .. haha .

1st part was alright. Their baby was soo cute!! I wonder if they would show the baby but it got older like it's a toddler or something. Hoping that Jessica and Sunny's chemistry would be better in this part.

yeah, i agree that JL is not really deserving of a sequel. even as a Jessica fan, i didn't see anything really special about the show. somehow i cannot imagine it being a grand production at all. :\ yeah, Dicey Business II would be awesome!

maybe Moses/Jessica will result in some surprising chemistry, just like Moses/Flora. doesn't Louis owe TVB a series as well? and as a Kevin fan, i wouldn't mind Kevin/Jessica at all. ^^

yea i don't think Just Love is that impressive too. its just average series. i agree that if tvb really want to make a sequel of Jessica it should be Dicey Business with the original cast! XD

I agree with most of you that this doesn't deserve a sequel since I could others that I want a 2 more than this. I didn't even like Sunny's character that much in the first one (and his ridiculous family), but I like Johnson & what's her name the most. Jessica was cool in there. But hmmm....maybe they could pull something off? I'm not having high hopes, but TVB pulls a miracle once every while so we'll just have to wait.

They're probably adding new cast, lol. Just like most sequels nowadays.

I don't know about Selina. I mean her role wasn't all that in the 1st one and it made it hate her for it. (Not on purpose of course - but her character and how unconvincing that she ended up with Patrick at the end - quite rushed actually.) Maybe for this one, adding new cast is good since the other couples has nothing to build on - unless they want to pull out old dramas again (which wouldn't be a good idea since it'll be come dull and draggy).

I think the script-writer was trying to get at how she's insecure or doesn't have faith in relationships since her parents are that way, but it over-do it big time, making her quite unreasonable.

But what I was annoyed with is that Sunny knew from the beginning her terms and attitudes toward it, but he still accepts then later he turns around to blame her again, which is odd since no one forced him to. She already said that she doesn't have to agree to it because of the kid. And yet he agreed and later he just makes a big deal out of it.

agreed. part 1 was ok, but a sequel? not really my cup of tea. But for jess, I'll watch it. If only they shot a Dicey Business 2 instead. That plot was got great potential for a sequel because it was open. Or an entire new series would be good.

I remember this series was one of the worst series I saw that year. Jessica's character is totally unlikable and Sunny is too unrealistic and annoying to submit to her requests. Then there is Selena whose character turns evil at the end for stupid reasons. The only thing that saves this series is Natalie and Wong Kit's characters. The rest was a bore and it definitely does NOT deserve a sequel. As much as I like Jessica, I will not watch this "character" again.

i'm a total LJ fan, but i'd say she goes well with Roger, Bobby & Wong Hei. Jessica & Sunny is okay, since they're good friends IRL. anyone but Joe, & i'm happy.

Johnson & Fiona, right? I love that couple too! LOL! They were fighting over the dog if I didn't remember wrong. LOL! I was cracking up sooo hard. And how he was trying to pull the "cool man" image was so funny. Funnier when they were sneaking around and dating and those village people came and saw - so Johnson was acting cool in front of them. Speaking of that, I forgot what happened to them later, did they get married or no? Watched too many series since then to remember details. If they're in this 2nd one too, I hope that some other story is develop for them but...not sure if TVB can do it.

Well, other than LJ, I like Wonghei with Jess too. I really loved their chemistry in A Matter of Customs, although the plot had too much unimportant scenes in it. And BF. OMG!!

i liked Wong Hei & Jessica in AMOC too, but yeah, that series was way too boring in some parts. their ending was very bittersweet though. and they were super cute in BFII!

Speaking of that, I forgot what happened to them later, did they get married or no?

they were going to get married, but then they realized they didnt really understand each other enough. i think it ended with them being friends again.

SELENA WILL BE IN JUST LOVE II

In mid-may, Selena will start filming the sequel of Just Love with the original cast, she'll continue playing lovers with Patrick Tang. Because she hasn't finished filming Turbulence, her role will be a guestrole. On the other hand, Turbulence's filming raged like fire and the cast will set out to Middle Hill in China at May 20th.

In the first series of Just Love I didn't like Selena at all because she was still new at that time but now i know her and like her better, so I'll be looking forward to this one! It was a while ago since Just Love finished airing though
