2008 TVB Artistes Performances in CNY Dinner Ceremony

Yesterday, TVB invited their artistes to the 「藝員發展科團年聯歡晚會」 (Basically the TVB Chinese New Year dinner ceremony). Also invited advertisment customers and the Mainland media to join.
As for the Hong Kong media they were arranged to sit in the corner only, the camera man had to stand the whole night to take pictures.

TVB Artistes came out in full strength, they were arranged in pairs or in groups of three to walk the red carpet. Rumored couple Stephan Wong and Mandy Cho, although Mandy was paired with Benjamin Yuen to walk down red carpet, but they were the only arranged pair that was late. As for the female artistes outfits, Suki Chui and Fala Chen were the sexiest during the night - wearing low cut night gowns. Wearing an entirely red low cut night gown, Suki smiles saying that she thought her style may be a bit exaggerated, who would have known that everyone else had on mostly similar outfits, only with little differences. Reporters laughed at her, "Attractive Goddess" that no one can replace, she smiles saying "not this matter, Fala's figure is also very good and also inside the lights are quite flashy, that I don't dare to look too much."

Artistes at the night ceremony were divided into groups to go on stage creating great amusement. The program will be boardcast on
Lunar New Years day and with 2008 Beijing Olympics approaching, the entire night's performances followed the Olympic theme. Also, cannot skip giving out red pockets and winning raffle prizes. But when artistes were performing they often encountered the "shrimp situation" (蝦碌情況). When the good looking Charmaine Sheh and Kevin Cheng were performing a song together, Charmaine's singing was often off; Wong Hei and Wong Cho Lam performs with sincere smiles, often approaching guests and "hard sell" contracted artistes. As for Wong Hei, he wants to be contracted with TVB for a long time so he can always mention TVB; When Lai Lok Yi, Fala Chen and Linda Chung were performing magic, they could not stop collapsing, the known best performance to watch "Disappearance of the Artist" turned out to be very boring. Dressed in a low cut gown,
Angela Tong and Jolin performed "Spy J", but the guest offstage responses' were dull.

四季吉祥展霓裳」 performance recieved the most positive response during the night. When Michael Miu went on stage in an 'exploded' winter clothing outfit, the audience cheered wildly. Sharon Luk, Suki Chui and Aimee Chan performed in bikinis in the cold weather, this in which was a big sacrifice.

A Duet with Dai Kai and Sai Kai

Lee See Kei and Susanna Kwan performed songs together, in the past the two also had dance performance together before. However because the two had busy schedules, they stopped practicing for a short period of time, See Kei Jie smiles and says that she's quite nervous this time around. Earlier it was reported that when Susanna was in FoShan, there was rumors that a close friend of the same gender split with her because of annoynance. Susuanna asks reporters, "Why split? Why would we split? We are friends, I don't need to respond to you all. (Did you specially invite her?)

I love this couple. They are so so so cute together in the 20 first or so episodes of TUCF. Just can't figure out why the scriptwriters decided to let Gigi's character killed and Moses ended up in prison.

Perhaps Gigi is the actress that Moses has cooperated the most, and vice-versa. They appeared together in so many series that they become good friends now. Plus, together, they won a lot of awards, especially in China mainland.

Hope that Jewel Splendor will be another good series of them.
