Why we love TaRo?

Tavia and Ron were both unappreciated artists in TVB. Due to their hard work they finally got up to the spot that they are today. Having to go through thick and thin with each other their relationship was built as high as a pyramid. The friendship between them was what pulled us to love them; however, this isn't the reason why we love Tavia and Ron together. It is because of their fabulous chemistry Off-screen and On-screen that makes TaRo fans swoon over them. What even makes TaRo couple more special than any others is that us fans see a blossoming Romance between them. Especially Ron’s undying sweet actions for Tavia. After years TaRo fans finally see Tavia’s sweet actions for Ron. Hopefully, their romantic chemistry truly become real romance.

3. The Academy - Finally a series that was suppose to be meant for the couple but ended up not being like so. However, that's not all bad because their on-screen actions was more blissful than expected. Especially the surprising and infamous tongue kiss.

4. The Academy 2 (On the First Beat) - A sad ending for the pair but their chemistry and love moments are not to be missed at all.

Interesting Facts

Tavia met Ron while she was still in Acting Training Class. He was taking TVB dancing class right next door. At first she had a timid feelings towards him but the more she knows him the more she realize that he isn't the cold type of a person that everyone thought that he would be. She used to have a crush on him during those years and currently view him as the most handsome guy in TVB. Tavia also admit that her and Ron are very compatible because they match from top to bottom. She also admits that they sometimes go shopping they even held hands with each other. Also, both loves Shanghai and Canada. Ron want to be Tavia's next door neighbor both in Shanghai and Canada. They are hoping to do a wedding photo shoot with each other.

Finally, TARO Part 3!!! Congratulations!!!

And thank you so much for starting Part 3 and doing a great job at it, EJVictorian/Amifuki! I love all the pictures that you selected. Look at those pictures, which of them don't they look like a couple? None! Gosh, all those pics they truly look like a very loving couple. And since they are so much birthday kiss hype these days, look at that TARO birthday kiss! Never seen a birthday kiss as intense as that! Only TARO! And never was a kiss as intense as their french kiss in TA too! LOL... these two definitely have something going on...

I notice that in all the TVB anniversary pics, Ron smiles the happiest and sweetest in 2005 because he got to walk the red carpet with Tavia. In 2006, he has to rob Tavia from someone else and share the walk with Tavia with Moses. 2007 is of course full of Raymond and Bosco threat syndromes.

I have to say once again that you did a very good job on starting the thread EJVictorian. Really love how you organise the pictures and their moments together such that we can easily compare them.

you know what , in my computer , when i look through all of my pics , i really found a lot of Taro pics ! it about 2/3 my Ron's picture . Ron took almost his pics with Tavia when comparing to others Ron-couples like Ronleila or Ronshirley , even he had collaborated with them in a lot of series !

Hehe... it's okay, taro_soontobe, in fact your comment wasn't offensive at all, i have heard worse. You were just stating your opinion. And I forgive you since you like TARO, LOL, j/k, i wasn't mad to start with.
I agree with taro_soontobe that EJVictorian's post has made me love TARO more and more too. Gosh, I still remember the day she comes up with the TARO games and it was so fun! Too bad I missed the first one about who is the father of the baby.

And I do think it's amazing how TARO are like so close and still behaving like a couple until now even though they hardly collaborate in any series. That shows something, that their relationship is genuine and not just for promotional tactics, unlike some others. I really appreciate the way Ron find his way to Tavia in every occasion that they are together. Or was it Tavia finding Ron? But nahh, I have seen pictures and it was Ron going to Tavia like how he dumped his partner of red carpet in 2006 to go to Tavia.

Talking about TARO hardly collaborating in any series, I remember when it was the first time TARO collaborated for the radio show Laboratory Love. Can really see Ron was very happy and excited and hyper about it. Their interview on that radio show is so cute too, Ron always relate almost every answer to Tavia. Anyway, can really feel that he is so into her. And he has never done that with his any other partner.

yay!!! We finally reached part 3 I'm so happy about it =] Thanks to Amifuki for starting part 3 =] Taro love had reached the next level..... the pics remind me a lot about their love. I miss them why isnt there news about them =[ hope they could suprise us and I kinda dont really like Bota together either. It's still very long until TARO birthday. But I hope this year, they will celebrate their birthday together again. What happened in 2007? Why is there no TARO birthday celebration with fans? Did they celebrate their birthday in private? I don't mind if they choose to abandon us and celebrate their birthdays in private because it means something ahem. But I want them to celebrate with fans too so we can have a look at their sweet pics.
Talking about birthday, I remember that during the interview of Laboratory Love, they were going to have their birthday too right? What year was that? I think the host asked Ron how he is going to celebrate and he said with his family and few close friends (if I'm not mistaken, not sure about the few close friends part). Yeah, it's so sad that TARO have not been appearing together in public lately after the dates they had in Macau. I really miss them too. I was going through a lot of TARO clips in the past and TARO are super cute and Ron treats Tavia extremely well. Love how he immediately turned around to help Tavia off the helicopter and not Bernice.
And also love how they came out hands-in-hands like a couple during the Minutes to Fame. Love how he twirled her in and sang to her and looking so in love too and refused to let her go. And it's definitely not acting and Ron is never like that with anyone else. Sigh... TARO, please show yourselves to us!

whew!! Sorry TaRo fans! I've been off being too busy with Fanfic's and also school... Just found out that I have an eXAM!! a major hard one next week. I was like in a rush and was praying that no one visit yet until I actually made an actual opening for TaRo's thread number 3. ehehe. Glad you like the banners, it brought me many memories to actually look through those pictures to find all their events together. Also made me surprise to know that they spend a lot of big events together. ehehe. And yeah I agree with you, in every single anniversary pix Ron always give a wonderful smile. Actually whenever he is with Tavia his dimples just shows and that's so ADORABLE! A natural dimple showing smile I mean. ehehe. Also like you I hope for Taro to celebrate their birthday together, it's much more fun for them and even better for their fans! ehehe. I remember reporters ask him last time bout how he spend his birthday too and he said with friends and family. Hey guys ! I was going through my TaRo collections pictures and Tavia pictures and I noticed something that's really interesting to me. ehehe. Anyways in the following pictures I would like to point out Tavia's attire!! The first pix is the one with her and her sister car shopping I think.. if I hadn't remember wrong on what the news article said. And the following aferward pictures is her with Ron spending time together for chinese valentines lantern day. ehehe. Notice the jeans, boots, cloak (jacket), tank top, and hairstyle. They all match! ehehe. So I'm guessing in the morning she might go with her sister and at night she spending a date with Ron! ehehe. Tavia look so happy and Griselda was on the phone. My mind is doing wild imaginations again. ehehe. To me I interpret that Griselda is teasing Ron for he called to beg her to let Tavia go and spend time with him and she won't let him. TAvia whose beside heard the whole conversation and was laughing inside. In the end Tada! Tavia goes with Ron at night on the date with him to spend time! ehehe. Then the reporters caught them and in order to bribe reporters they let them take pictures. lols. also notice TAVIA's NECKLACE!!! Zoom in and you can see the resemblence!!!

Omg, I didn't notice till now!!!!! Yes that's the exact same attire. EXACT SAME!!!! Man...I was just browsing through Ron/Tavia's AF gallery to get some pics for graphic designing and I got baited. I mean, I was a huge TaRo fan back in the TA times..then Man's idiotic behaviour in OTFB pissed me off (I'm easily affected by series lol) so my TaRo spirit died down a little..but when I saw the gallery...it was dominated by TaRo pics!!! It's so amazing! So yeah so back into TaRo I am. =D

Wow, AmiFuki, that's a long post. But I love reading long posts anyway.

First off, I thought it's confirmed that the two events happened in the same day. In the noon, Tavia and Griselda went off to see cars and perhaps it is indeed Ron who is on the other line because we speculated about how Tavia would ask Ron for his opinion on cars right? At night, they went and celebrate chinese Valentines together. I remember the report said that they saw TARO and not because TARO have arranged the meetings with the reporters right? That's so sweet of TARO. I think it's confirmed because the two reports were around the same time and dated back to the same date?

For some reason, I don't know why I always thought the one besides Ron in the circle of friends picture was a guy. But now that you pointed it to be female, it maybe is female.

I know that everyone has been saying how TARO friendship is so good and everything. But I have huge doubts that it is just a platonic friendship/brother-sister relationship between them, even now. I mean, which brother and sister would offer to take a wedding pic themselves without being asked to do it? And the fact that Ron claimed to call Tavia "little sister" rather than "big sister" or just sister (ji mui) sound highly suspicious to me, especially since Tavia is older than Ron, although only by few days. But somehow deep in my heart, I honestly think Ron harbour feelings for Tavia and that feeling is a romantic one.

Aniwaes, honestly speaking, I feel that TaRo has the best friendship/more-than-friendship-ship among the 3 Tavia pairings...It's just so in-your-face. =D But whether or not that equates to romance, I can't really conclude. Platonic friends can be so close, they're mistaken for a couple. It just depends on the individual..some people are prone to being very close to people even if they don't like them in a romantic way while other simple draw an imaginary boundary to what they can/will and cannot/will not do with someone they don't harbour special feelings for. It depends! But I'm sure whatever they two share between them is something closer than normal good friends. =D

haha , me too , i think that Griselda know something happen between Ron and Tavia so that she told Ron that Tavia chose Ron to be the most handsome man in TVB . She must know somthing , she was implying smt , i think so . I do believe that Ron have a crush on Tavia , and of course , it's deep more than a normal friendship or between co-worker , and here it must deep more than best friends . Tavia , she may likes others man Ray or Bos , but definitely Ron could only likes Tavia . No one could replace Tavia in his heart .

none of the girl let the other man lift her off the ground if she doesn't treat him as the closest man , as the one who she believe that could protect her . The girl is Tavia and that man is Ron . Ron's always beside adn protect Tavia . Remember their performance in Macau ? A man asked if he could hug Tavia . And right that time , Ron protected her . I think that we have plenty of things to watch in that performance but unluckily we couldn't .

Yes , their closeness in Macau makes TVB seperate them . Maybe becos TVB had a plan for Tavia starring in HOG2 and Ron starring in TA3 , they can't have rumors . I heard that TVB will have the Pillow mystery 2 , hope that we could see Ron and Tavia together .

Awwww, so many people are having exams. Best of lucks to all of you that are having exams!!!

karened, I like your "so-in-your-face" description. I understand what you mean by two closest friends can be mistaken as a couple. But I don't know how true can the principle "a male and a female that is so close together can maintain a platonic friendship feeling for each other" because so far from my surroundings, I have yet to see that holds true yet. What I see is either they end up dating each other or at least one of them harbour feelings for the other. Given that, I guess it's possible if two of them have the outgoing personality who can be close to just anyone. But the fact is Ron is not that kind of person. When have we ever seen him so happily stuck to a girl other than Tavia? I have not seen that. That's why I actually agree with taro_soontobe that Tavia could have liked Ray or Bos or even Mr. Lam (the fat guy) but Ron could only like Tavia.

Actually, I would like to think of the Macau trip as Ron's last wish voiced to TVB before he left China for so long, he would like to spend time with Tavia. But I really love the way Ron reacted when a man requested a hug from Tavia, because it protected Tavia yet it wasn't too forceful. Ron's reaction shows that he respects Tavia a lot. He cares for her, he protects her while he respects her at the same time. That's admirable and I whole-heartedly feel that Tavia will be in good hands if she is to be with Ron.

And I love how Griselda leaked out how Ron is the most handsome guy in TVB in Tavia's mind. I can see how that spreaded a very wide smile on Ron's face. And I also like his comments when the interviewer asked him what he thinks about Tavia, because he just said that he is scared of noisy women and he thinks every man is scared of noisy woman. Someone added to him that Tavia is quite talkative. And Ron kinda defends her saying that she is SOMETIMES talkative BUT he's very happy when working with her. No tomboy comments. Anyway, old pictures again, I just miss TaRo so much. I was going through TaRo galleries, and OMG, there are endless pictures of them. Surprisingly, they have less fans than FungYi and BoTa. perhaps, it's due to the fact that they're only in two series, TA and OTFB.

Don't they look like husband and wife, gf/bf, Tavia's wiping the sweat for Ron.


All the pictues in the magazine are cute, especially the corner upperight, as Tavia leans comfortably and lovingly on Ron. that's just too cute.


I think they look hot in this picture together, so compatible, reminds me of a poster of Korean drama/movie. I just wish they will have a series together that mainly are about them.

And the so-in-love look of Ron when he put his arm around Tavia while singing to her in the opening of MTF, he must be in love since Ron is not a good actor. He doesn't even look that in love in his series, why would he look so in love when it's a show where they aren't asked to act couplish?

And for sure it isn't friends no more cause it seems like recently Tavia also have something for Ron! AmiFuki, I never knew that Raymond was in that picture. But now that I look at it, he does seem like Raymond, although I wonder how you can be sure that it's Bosco because it somehow doesn't look like Bosco to me but looks like Matt instead. But yeah, I'm not that good with identifying people anyway, so I have no idea of who the one besides Ron is.

It was towards the end of the show that the interviewer asked about Tavia and Griselda revealed that Ron is the most handsome guy in TVB in Tavia's heart. Hehe...so cute to see the cute smile on Ron's face. He looks so genuinely happy from the heart and he actually looked like he was trying to suppress his happiness because he is too happy, all written on his face. You know how Ron is, he may not be a great actor but the more reason why his sweet expressions to Tavia mean more because it is not acting, he shows his true feelings most of the time.

Me too think that Ron looks so reluctant to leave Tavia in the breakup scene in OTFB. He actually looks like he is forced to do that and he looks very hurt doing that to Tavia. Perhaps he was hurting inside seeing how hard Tavia cried. But yeah, he definitely looked hurt and reluctant to leave her in that break up scene if you ask me. Or am I biased?

As for Ron drawing a girl with a mop for his dream girl, I'm not sure about that. I thought it was Raymond who drew a girl with a duster as Ron's dream girl, and well yeah can be mistaken for a mop instead. And Ray was commenting how Ron needs someone like a maid for his girlfriend and Ron jokingly said yes. But I'm sure Ron loves Tavia too much to treat her like a maid.

It's indeed suspicious that Ron would imply that there will be others besides Tavia to attend his birthday party too. The question was as simple as if he invited Tavia or not and everyone does know that Tavia is his friend so for him to answer like that is suspicious. It even sounds like he is guilty that something is definitely going on between the two and try to cover it up. Ron mentions Tavia out of all the other actresses all the time. He picked her as the only female to give Christmas gift to too, just right after Raymond since Ray and Ron were interviewed together. And then, he picks her as the best actress out of all actresses and even the veterans in his interview in Shanghai. Of course, we can't forget how sweet he is to write his Christmas card for Tavia out of all people. It shows that he often thinks of her and she is the only woman he thinks of. Ehehehe...

Oh, and I'm sorry if I had been not sensitive enough in mentioning "fat" since I'm not someone who discriminates against fat people either. To me, describing someone as fat is just like describing someone as wearing blue shirt. But I guess I should be more sensitive next time since other people might not think the same about it. I find nothing wrong with fat people either. I actually prefer to call the guy Mr.Lam but I include "the fat guy" just in case people don't know who Mr.Lam is. But honestly, I don't find that guy that fat, and he has been slimmer since the first time he was caught in the magazine. But seriously, I doubt Tavia is going out with him since I have never seen them as intimate as TARO or even nearly as intimate as TARO or even BOTA. They look like just two friends hanging out and were walking in quite a distance, especially since Tavia has been saying that she would walk with Ron in interlinking arms in the street yet no one wrote about them. So why did they write on Tavia and Mr. Lam who didn't walk hands-in-hands? Personally, I think he was just courting her. Well, I can be wrong. But if they are really dating, I wonder how Mr. Lam can tolerate his girlfriend being so intimate with other guys and it's not strictly for work. I mean, those moments of TARO hugging each other and doing all that were not for a series and were not asked by the employer, so yeah.

I somehow felt that too hahahaha... now that I think back to the time Griselda cut short Moses' comment because he was talking about Tavia, she must be thinking that hey, Tavia is taken by Ron, don't make Ron jealous. And oh, I love that pic from OTFB too. It's not just about Ron's dimple but also how his eyes show LOVE. Hehe... don't think Ron had done it with his other partners before (don't know about his latest series though), but I thought he is famous for not showing enough expressions through his eyes. But look at those eyes from that pic, his eyes spelt LOVE.

Oh, and looking back at the kissing article. It reminds me of how Tavia had her hair and they had to kiss comfortably because of that. And how Tavia commented later that Ron is not a good kisser, and Ron said that in that case, she should teach him (can't remember where I read it and when it happened but he said that right?). That's like so obvious. And of course the ring is like a declaration to the world how important Tavia is in his heart. TARO is just so special!

And talking about them going to look for cars, I remember Tavia borrowed car from Ron and it was so cute that she borrowed it from him and he would let her borrow because that shows how close their relationship is, since it's not just any car but was a good car.

to amifuki, yes, i am a confirmed fan of tavia, though in a way i do not think myself as a fan, just being a fan to totally mingle with the people here. i like this gal so much tat i have to go on liking her counterparts, as in her male co-stars and the 3 musketeers are definitely my favourite.

well, ron is my third and least favourite in the group of 3 simply because i tink his acting still needs to be polished. no offences here to his fan but i do tink he look monotonous or rather, has this flat expression most of the time. maybe i am too critical, after all, i watched only tavia's drama and anything else, it never last more than 5 minutes. but first impression counts a lot and cause my mum watches tvb drama now and then, i catch bit and pieces so... my verdict of ron ng.

i cannot deny however, i enjoy their off-screen chemistry, in fact, i feel taro is more at ease than fungyi, my most favourite couple on screen. but my image only lies within the tube so ultimately, my choice is still fungyi if u get wat i'm driving at. i like tavia for wat she presents on the screen so tat applies to the male leads too. if ron can improve, or maybe he is only natural with tavia around, who knows wat happens next?

at least the foursome match is my top 3 favourites, considering there are so many pairings around... tavia is definitely lucky thr ar 3 handsome guys to flank by her sides. =)

lol AmiFuki, yeah I was a big TaRo fan back then. Now, I'm just starting to re-enter the fandom. XP I'm soooo gonna rewatch TA to get myself into the mood (and forget about OTFB..or maybe just watch the first ten episodes or so).

Like Jas above, I find TaRo's off-screen chemistry the best among the three pairings. It is undeniable how close the two are to each other and how comfortable they're with each other. I love how they can behave around each other and not worry about having the tabloid writing nonsense in the paper, which is something I feel is setting up a barrier between Tavia and Raymond LOL...On-screen-wise, I can't really come to a conclusion which one I love most, although I have to say that I tend to favour fungyi more most of the time (Maybe because I like Raymond most out of the three guys). But since it's on-screen, much of it depends on the script. I can really get into the mood of the pairing if the plot on their romance is good, such as in TA.

Jas, I totally get what you mean about Ron's lack of acting skill. I totally do not disagree with you. I think he is fine in the rebellious roles who are good at heart, such as in TITS and MIP, but yeah, he lacks a lot in displaying complicated emotions. I think MIP is his best performance to date but he certainly is quite natural in TA. Not so sure in OTFB as I don't watch the whole series but I thought his breakup scene with Tavia doesn't look like he was leaving her because he doesn't love her but because he was forced to, if you ask me. Definitely lacking on his part but I'm not complaining at all since I love him like that.

I won't call myself Ron's fan but I actually quite like him. And the reason why I like him is more on what he appears to be offscreen. And his lack of acting skill turns out to be a positive point in my view of him rather than negative point because it shows that all the sweet things he has done to Tavia and all the sweet expressions he has when he is around Tavia is not acting. He definitely wins the points for my favourite Tavia's offscreen partner for his sweet actions towards Tavia, and his lack of acting actually adds to his points.

I find it delightfully amusing that Tavia has the best chemistry with the 3 musketeers too and being a close friend to them in real life too. Definitely a happy thing to see.

By the way, has Ron been asked on who his best partner is?
Has Ray been asked? Did he say Tavia?
I know that Bosco always mention Tavia as one of his best partner whenever he is asked about it.

The tabloid did write on TARO's kiss as french and they were still finely joking about it when it's another story for fungyi although holding hands should definitely be a lot less serious thing than an uncalled for french kiss, well of course unless also because TARO might not have found the report on the kiss as nonsense.

You actually found TA's romance good? I thought it was mediocre at best and the reason why I'm so hoohaa over it because they are TARO. OTFB of course ruined it to the worst hell but usually when I want to relive my TARO fandom, I go to their offscreen pics rather than TA. Of course, the kissing scene and the piggyback ride scene helps too. I thought Ron is super natural in looking so sweetly in love in the piggyback ride scene. And the kissing scene, until today I still do not believe that there was no tongue involved.

As for onscreen, I actually love BOTA most, perhaps because they share the best romance storylines together and they have acted them out to the fullest with their chemistry (in my opinion, I know some people in this forum disagree). Yeah, but the reason I don't like fungyi that much compared to TARO and BOTA is much due to fungyi's storyline being unimpressive to me, since Tavia is always hurt by Raymond either in the beginning or the end. And I don't like Raymond that much to start with, so it is like that.

TaRo Romance are so cute and lovely. Their chemistry is like the best, I really like their off screen chemistry.

Akazukin, I think OTFB did killed their relationship too on screen. Off screen they are still lovely like always.

Now TA3 does not have Taro in it. It just so sad. I missed them so much and really hope that this could be their series. *sigh* I know that some people in this forum like Bota, but I don't really feel their chemistry. Since Taro didn't really be a couple on screen and Bota was like everytime, Probably Bota on screen had caught a lot people attention. Mostly Bota's storyline was mostly kissing scenes. If Taro's storyline is like that then it would be perfect. Lol

If Ron doesn't do anything fast, Tavia would be taking away either by Bosco or Ray. I always wonder does Ron even have the guts to do it. Would he ask Tavia to be his girlfriend? Or is he to shy? Come to think of it Tavia is always taking by Ray and Bosco. The 3 boys are in the battle to win Tavia's heart, and if Ron don't do anything soon he will Lose big time.

Ron, I konw you Like Tavia.... I mean Love Tavia. Don't be shy and just ask her. If you lost you will be very sorry and you will regret it. It probably because Taro is like best friends and Ron probably scare that he would lost a great friendship.

In Tavia's heart, is Ron. Secretly Ron is the winner. He has won Tavia's heart, but no one knows. I guess she just want to play along with it. She knows that the ONLY GUY for her and keep her safe is RON.

Lol yeah, I quite like TA's TaRo relationship. I cannot really remember much about my exact feelings after watching the series (which is why I wrote in the Tavia thread that I cannot find any of her screen character sticking to my memory) other than the fact that I like TaRo and I cried buckets when Michael died. TA is the series which introduced me to this pairing so it'll always have a special place in my heart. It's a kind of feeling, not a piece of memory, so I can't really rate/say if TaRo in TA was the best on-screen collaboration they had. At the very least, my discovery of TaRo's excellent off-screen began from the on-screen romance they shared in TA.

Erm, to tell the truth, at this moment (it changes every now and then), fungyi's my first, BoTa my second and TaRo the third. That's for on-screen of course. Off-screen, TaRo sticks at number one - if only tvb gave TaRo more chances on-screen! I'm quite a sadist. XP Although I curse when the script has it that the lovebirds don't end up together in the end or that one has to hurt another, amidst all the anger and complaining, I quite enjoy such plots. Not that I don't enjoy happily-ever-afters but sometimes I prefer things a little overdramatic and sad.

Actually, in terms of sweet storylines, I agree with you that BoTa has the best set of series. That is why I can never really say if I prefer fungyi over BoTa or otherwise. But, since I like raymond more than bosco, there's an obvious bias towards fungyi. =P

I so agree! Throw TaRo into a storyling as sweet as most of BoTa's and it will definitely work magic! I am of the opinion that many TaRo fans are supported by their off-screen display of affections while many BoTa fans are supported by mainly their on-screen romances.

But I disagree that Ray and Bosco can snatch Tavia away. =X Although I'm a big fan of fungyi and BoTa, I cannot deny that Ron seems to have the best friendship (or whatever -ship) with Tavia. Unless you have the typical 'my bestfriend loves me but I only see him as a bestfriend and nothing more' thing going on, then I feel that if Tavia is ever to choose someone from the three, it'll most probably be Ron. Heck, maybe they're together already!

Well, BOTA does have the advantage of sweet storylines. But I think it's not fair to discredit their chemistry just because of their sweet storylines. If some of you haven't known yet, BOTA actually add a lot of kissing scenes themselves. So it's really not "in" the storyline per se because it wasn't written in the script. Probably the only one that was written was the passionate kissing scene in HOG, but yeah Bosco said they usually add kissing scenes themselves.

karened, although I have no doubt that first place of offscreen chemistry has to go to TARO, BOTA do share quite cute offscreen chemistry too. I mean, I have always thought that my offscreen most favourite goes to TARO while my onscreen most favourite goes to BOTA. But seriously, after what happened last year, BOTA is climbing to quite near TARO in term of their offscreen chemistry. Of course, I can't agree more that it's a pity TARO didn't have any series that allow them showcast their chemistry to the fullest. But once again I have to say that unless Ron's character is the same like his character in real life, it will be hard for them to beat BOTA's onscreen chemistry simply because of Ron's acting skill. Because to be honest, I thought he was lacking the complexity of emotion in the early episode of OTFB where he has to be sweet yet sad at the same time, but is willing to let go for her sake because he loves her kinda expression.

I don't know if Ron is too shy to confess to Tavia or scared that he will lose the friendship. I think it's very possible that he is scared to confess because he is scared to lose their friendship. But since Tavia is still single (I assume), I think he still has his chance. But definitely I can see Ron has the first place in Tavia's heart compared to the two other guys. But I agree with karened, heck, they might be having an underground relationship now. Either way, if Ron and Tavia are actually secretly in love with each other yet haven't told each other about it, it's still a very sweet thing. I think Ron is definitely not losing to Bosco and Raymond at all if it comes to his chance of being Tavia's boyfriend. If he is to lose to someone, I would think that he would lose it to someone outside the entertainment business because Tavia said that she would want someone from outside entertainment business, which is understandable sometimes, because then you won't have to endure your man kissing other girls all the time. But then again, I think people from the same entertainment business are more likely to understand each other and so I think Tavia should reconsider her thoughts, if she really meant what she said.

I def. agree that TARO has the best off-screen chemistry because I notice that hot event where they had to wear those warm gillets Tavia was wiping sweat off Ron's face BUT BOTA are very near because that holding hands at catwalk shows and helpting Tavia out at the countdown 2007 are very sweet.

BoTa has to win the best chemistry on-screen because they have the best endings series and the sweetest storylines.

yeahh, def agree with Fantasy mania...Bota and Fungyi has so many site whilt taro rarely has except this one, i would love to see Taro ' blog, if that we can post all the TARO pics there.

aniwaes, Akazukin, what did you mean when you mentioned 'after what happened last year'? lol I've not been keeping up with news. I agree. Tavia should reconsider!! Although it must be really stressful to date someone from the industry (having to see him kiss some other actresses every other tv series and attend functions with the rumoured gf *cough*rayda*cough* and having to face the tabloids), it difficult to find someoe outside the industry who can put up with her hectic filming schedules and all the rumours/kiss scenes/crazy fans shouting for TaRo/BoTa/Fungyi (lol). It's stressful for her to date, regardless of whether the other party is also an artiste or not. However, I'm sure that if that other party is Ron, he'll be able to emphatise with her and they can go through everything together. They already have such a firm relationship to fall back on! Of course, what is his advantage can also be his stumbling block. There's always this worry of losing a precious friendship should the romance not work out.

Yes, do create one and share the pics! I have less than 20 for all the three pairings combined (have been lazy), although I store a healthy number of Tavia's own photo shoots. lol! Maybe have a BoTa + fungyi + TaRo blog!! XP
