[[Philippines]] Which is better Pinoy My Girl or Ako si Kim Sam Soon, the battle between 2 dramas recreated in Pinoy style Options

Which is better ABS-CBN's Pinoy My Girl or GMA 7's Ako si Kim Sam Soon?

1.Story-wise? would you prefer something loyal to the original version the pinoy way or altering the story in a twisted pinoy style(like GMA Changing almost everything)?
2. The characters?who are far more better in portraying their roles?

If you're gonna ask me, I love the original versions of this 2 but since that the recreated version of this 2 is widely popular in the Philippines,then let me choose 1.

I prefer ABS-CBN's re-creation of Pinoy My Girl for this reasons:
1. They managed to get away with the differences between the Korean version like the snow(because it doesn't in the Philippines)and change to a raining season which is as frequent as the snow in korea.
2. They are very loyal to the story even to a point that it has the same lines and said it in the same environment(though at times they change it into a more realistic setting suited the pilipino way(i.e instead of soju, its san mig beer(w/c is as popular as soju in korea),instead of biting into long jalepeno chilies, they eaten red chillies for a substitute(w/c by the way is spicier than those chillies in korea).
3.The actor suited their roles as if their were casted to it though in a much more jollier and younger version. Kim chui is as jolly as Lee dae hee and very funny as well, she can make fun,laugh worry or cry the same intensity as Lee Dae Hee in the original version. As for Gerald Anderson, he was likely suited for the role that the Korean actor Lee Dong Wook portrayed. His looks,he's control over everything and his charm and attitude towards Jasmine or Yoo Rin in the original version.
4.Although some point they added characters,or changed it to create more fun and excitement to the story,it was still in the line and can be justified easily.

lol, it's really typical for a poll like this exist. Well for my opinion, i'll better choose 'ASKSS' for my pick.

No offense but i found Kim's acting skills over-acting. The facial expression is digging my nerves and i cant do anything about it. But, im still watching 'MG' cause im loving primetime bida eversince.

Definitely My Girl....I hated Kimerald before but I liked them in Sana Maulit Muli and now? I love them especially Kim coz she was really funny and Gerald.....I was quite surprised he can pull it off.....I didn't watch ASKSS but seeing the cast makes me don't want to watch it....I think Kim's character in My Girl is supposed to be over-acted? coz as far as I can remember the Korean Jasmine was also over-acted? But actually I prefer Kim's acting than Lee Da Hae (is the spelling right?) in My Girl...I don't know why....but I absolutely love Lee Da Hae 100% more than Kim...hehehe

I definitely go for My Girl. I try to watch Sam Soon but it just doesnt appeal to me. I guess its biggest problem is that Regine and Mark has ZERO chemistry. Meanwhile Kim and Gerald are just too cute together.

Besides GMA's remake of Sam Soon makes me think of a sitcom than of a drama. The lines, the situations. Kinda annoying

[size="2"][/size]I don't like My Girl. At first its ok but the show is very predictable. Since they copy almost the same scenes so you know what to expect the next episode.

They were saying that they totally changed AKSS at first I got annoyed because I love the original
and I admit some episodes (school scenes ) were boring but still they manage to give twist and re-invent the story and made the viewer think on what will happen next. There are scenes that are fun to watch especially Chef Dina and Cynthia ( Capt. Jang in Korea ).
At first they said that the lead stars don't have chemistry because Regine is too old for Mark, hey
that's the story is all about isn't it? (In original that's what I thought too at first that Hyun bin is not fit for Kim ).
As the show comes to an end, it becomes more exciting and it's really unpredictable. Samsoon is adorable and so as Cyrus (Hyun's Character ).

I can't determine which of the two adapted kdrama is better because I don't watch My Kim Sam Soon. I only and just watch My girl because I love Robi and Nicole's on-screen partnership,

the story's kinda boring for me.. it would never surpass the original one...

My Girl, definitely. They were able to adapt it for the most part.

AKSKSM is just plain murder. Regine Velasquez? seriously. I'd choose Kim over her anytime even if I'm not really a fan. And what just happened to Hee-jin's (nadine samonte) character?! The original version was very light, but then again hee-jin in this version has to kill and burn anyone who stands in her way. wtf. It was just so, so , so stupid. It was downright disgusting. They have to thank their stars for including John Lapus in the cast. without him the show would be a hundred percent crap. I'm really annoyed because this is one of my favorite series. I have nothing against these remakes, but dude, they should at least try to make it decent enough.

Kim is sometimes over-act. The story is great. On the other hand, Kim Sam soon is sometimes annoying. I watch neither of the shows. I would prefer the original of My Girl.

i can't seem to watch a single episode of SAMSOON fil ver. coz really... even if the lady and the guy is ages apart just like what the original thing is, but hey! you could see the sparks between the two in korean but in the local ver. waa! no words.. so i prefer My Girl.. and those two have flying chemistry here and there... hehe.. dang! these two are my favourite korean series all time.. lol!

Honestly, I don't compare them because they have nothing in common beside the name and story idea. I've seen the Kdrama and it was alright, but I don't get all the hype. I've been watching this version and it's alright as well. They both have their strong points. What you like will determine which one appeals more to you. Personally, their both dramas I'd watch when one of my favs have been finished or is on a break. Oh and I've only seen an Ep of the My Girl Pinoy so, I can't say much there, but I know the original is a fav of mine.

in all honesty i find both remakes really really bad.
the acting uh its really irritating to watch the leads for both remakes trying so hard.
for MNIKSS regine's acting is so annoying for the MG remake kim is also annoying but what really pissed me off is geralds life less and boring acting he looks so stiff really i cant stand watching him even for a few seconds the only good thing about my girl is cathy gonzaga he adds fun on the show.
