I agree that Gui Gui is Gui Gui and you can't change that. Everyone should know and accept that she's definitely not the biggest and best celebrity, but just the most popular girl in Hey Girl. Of course with the Hey Girl title, you're going to get some controversy. I don't think she's 'fake' as she is not afraid to speak her mind and things like that. On Hei Se Hui, she IS portrayed as a cute and bubbly girl, but then again, we have to consider the fact that what they are like onscreen isn't necessarily what they are like in real life. If you've watched HSH episodes before, you know what I'm talking about and since none of us know Gui Gui personally, we just have to accept her onscreen personality. I wouldn't say she's the cuteness or most prettiest girl, but she's definitely better than some other girls... As for being flirty, again, I think it comes with the HSH title. If you're in HSH, you're going to be portrayed as flirty whether it's subtle or obvious, and whether it's intentional or not.

Gui Gui's going to have her fans and she's going to have her anti-fans. It's just the way it is with celebrities. I personally just believe she's getting overrated. To me, really, she's just another Hei Se Hui Mei Mei, nothing to fancy or special to it...

i read all you guys comments.....not here to shoot anyone down but just want to states my own opinions......

i like gui gui.....when i first saw HSHMM i was like urgh wat a nonsense.....the next moment was gui gui was comparing herself to ariel saying there a likeness of her and ariel........i was thinking to myself.....what?!! how can you compare to ariel.....but after that i file her off.....and there the distance dislikes happen......

after that i didnt even remember about her........then i was browsing thru the shelf to look for some series to entertain my boring self......and i notice BSM on the shelf with her on the cover....i was thinking to myself hey this girl is cute so i bought the series because of her and she didnt dissapoint me at all in the series though i got to admit that there are certain acts of her which is over but she seems ok to me and of the whole gang she was the only one i really like.....*not comparing*....then i start linking and searching for her stuff in youtube and i found her on the Ariel likeness again and i start remembering her on HSHMM and to be honest i pull back a little but i watch true her every single shoots in HSHMM and i found myself liking her more.....

she is someone that grows on me but i cant say the same to the rest....i remember there was this one interview that she stated she is sad that there are some people who hates her because she got pair up with Arron in MIT but she will brave to it all and stated clearly that she cannot have everyone liking her but she will work harder to make those who hates her accept her.....this is the turning point for her and me.....after hearing her said this i start loving her......she is young but she is mature to certain points.....

What is there really to hate about her?
She is a really cute and bubbly girl herself. Now thats a good personality point to you cant say anything about that. Make you guys think she fakes her 'cuteness' but i think she doesnt. She is really pretty and cute. She looks so good with her hair down (when she had longer hair)
I think she is naturally pretty. Make-up might make her look better, but what looks better than nautral beauty and being healthy?


Surely everyone can sing, but some are better and some are worse than others. Her acting is the same story. Everyone is good with acting, its almost like natural for them, and some are really crap at it, no improvements. But guigui can sing, but her voice isnt up to scratch maybe and is not the standard you like? But that doesnt make her unworthy and bad to be in the entertainment industry. BSM, to me was like a family drama, everyone was from the same bad and company and the actors including andy ge were always close so i didnt expect the drama to be that good, with good ratings and everyone loves watching it. But i did like BSM. Of Course there are bad points as well as good ones. MIT is her second drama, and it is more serious, and i think GuiGui will try her best as well to make the character she is playing at its best. But you cant really say she doesnt have talent, otherwise she wouldnt be the female lead in MIT and besides although it is her second drama, practise makes perfect, she should be given more time to show and improve her acting. I think every meimei should be given the chance to improve in acting in dramas so we dont always say that one meimei is better than another, because we really dont know. Most of the meimei's only starred in BSM and a small scene in BSC so we really cant judge thier acting skills. So dont worry Guigui I will wait until you're the best in other ppl's eyes, because you are already the best.

There is nothing to say or hate about guigui. She has the most bubbly personality and the cutest. She really stood out to me in BSM. Everyone does have different opinions so i wont argue. <3

my standard of singing isnt that high...but even if it was it isnt strange...being an artist actually does require a higher standard to everyone else...becuz how many people are artists compared to us? it takes sum1 with alot of talent and i seriously mean ALOT of talent to becum an idol..not just an ordinary girl that cant even beat sum girls singing on youtube... y? becuz wat makes u different from all those other people down there if u cant even sing decently? obviously u dont deserve that spot so get off before people start throwing insults at u and lose dignity then step down..there r people who r a whole lot talented then u so step down and let sum1 else up...

If you do explain, doesnt mean everyone will accept what you said and agree with it. Everyone sees GuiGui differently, and of course i see guigui differently to you. But I dont see its any use if you keep on explaining your reasons, because guigui fans wont listen to you because they disagree with you. Fans arent being ignorant, they just dont get why you hate her so much, when there is basically nothing to hate about her. They also dont get why you keep telling them to that guigui cant sing etc but u see they see guigui differently to you. So you cant really say much about them.

Once again you said it yourself. Thats to you it matters that her singing isnt the best like Wang lee hom and Jay Chou whom apparently are really popular. But to her fans, does it matter? They think her singing is great. Your perspective of guigui where you are looking at her is totally different to what her fans are looking at her. And there is no way you can change that perspective unless they suddenly dont like her anymore. There is no need for her to step down. Why should she when she has fans out there? That is crazy. You cant make an artist step down from their glory just because you think her singin really sucks. The whole of asia and all her fans think that way and her reputaion is ruined, then i guess that is appropriate for her to step down, but now, WHY? There is nothin wrong with her fame. She is only 19! Still room for improvement miss! Dont you improve as you complete a task. Doesnt each task take time to complete and each task you learn something. If you dont then, you're a loser. I dont think GuiGui's acting is all great and gets into her role well. Besides as i said before, we really cant blame on her acting skills. She has only been in 2 dramas. One about to be aired and the other one is her first drama. Practice makes perfect. She needs to gain experience along with acting skills. I agree that some ppl are lucky to get the role, but if the role doesnt suit that person, whats the point in giving that person the role. The whole drama wouldnt all be that good, and the character will not appeal much to the audience. So talent does count as well. Not just luck. If you were to do something, like a crafty activity and you didnt want to use the paper, because it wasnt what you wanted, but u had to because there wasnt much time to get the ones u wanted. But when the product is finished, it doesnt look that good to your standard because it is not what you wouldnt and of course not appealing at all. So you cant just randomly throw and actor in for a drama. They have to suit the role so the drama would turn out to its best!!

Exactly, see first she was really growing on me, but then when LOBSC aired and all the Gui Gui this Gui Gui that started coming along it started to annoy me like heck a lot too!! Well not Gui Gui, but how her fans always did that!!! like seriously even when we were into the 4-5th ep. ppl were stilll going at it you know ? I mean what you say is true it's selfish to say other girls are imcompatible with WZ except Gui Gui.. but I won't get into that bc it's another story...

If you do explain, doesnt mean everyone will accept what you said and agree with it. Everyone sees GuiGui differently, and of course i see guigui differently to you. But I dont see its any use if you keep on explaining your reasons, because guigui fans wont listen to you because they disagree with you. Fans arent being ignorant, they just dont get why you hate her so much, when there is basically nothing to hate about her. They also dont get why you keep telling them to that guigui cant sing etc but u see they see guigui differently to you. So you cant really say much about them.

I dont think GuiGui's acting is all great and gets into her role well. Besides as i said before, we really cant blame on her acting skills. She has only been in 2 dramas. One about to be aired and the other one is her first drama. Practice makes perfect. She needs to gain experience along with acting skills. I agree that some ppl are lucky to get the role, but if the role doesnt suit that person, whats the point in giving that person the role. The whole drama wouldnt all be that good, and the character will not appeal much to the audience. So talent does count as well. Not just luck. If you were to do something, like a crafty activity and you didnt want to use the paper, because it wasnt what you wanted, but u had to because there wasnt much time to get the ones u wanted. But when the product is finished, it doesnt look that good to your standard because it is not what you wouldnt and of course not appealing at all. So you cant just randomly throw and actor in for a drama. They have to suit the role so the drama would turn out to its best!!

i actually thought she was rather ok...i enjoyed the series alot though it wasnt my fav. but sum people like to exaggerate ><
but the series itself was kinda long and draggy and the ending sucked...but i do kinda agree with the sudden bang that she got popular through the series....for the first time her acting is pretty good but still for me that not enough to bring her shooting up towards the sky... cause she and wang zi just kinda was just all up there of a sudden.. well it true some times it happen.....sometimes it werent what lead to another person disliking the artist but rather their fans actions......and sometimes honestly as an artist i believe they should stands up and stated to their fans to stop because when fans look up at the artist they tends to look and listen to the artist.....so i believe that artist should speak up some of the times.....

please, just a little reminder, gui gui fans, if u really dont like ppl to diss gui gui, then perhaps show strong points on why you think she is so cool, or wateva.
there is no point to tell antis so stop. cos the result will and always be the same. everyone will, by sum stage hate[if not dislike] a celebrity. so please dont say stop dissing gui gui, when the point of the critics section, was the diss about one another.

im not exactly proud of gui gui because of all the fame shes getting. yea, she can learn and improve but to have such a big and strong fanbase pisses me off. ive said it before and im gonna say it again. she IS overrated, u really cant deny the fact. it pisses me off when she got into the taiwanese industry just like that. being a celebrity, they gotta be good at something. and if they are good at a particular something, then perhaps use dat talent to capture your fame. she sings and acts, but i dont think this is really a field suitable for her. or if she wanna acts, i dont think giving leads to her is such a good idea. maybe, she could have supporting roles so others can have acting opportunies, no offence.

and please, fans, stop with the "shes improving" or "give her time". everyone improves after being given so many opportunities. there are people out there who have talents and want to act but cant, just because she/he doesnt have the looks.

honestly i think all the fames she gets is what she deserve....i follow her through HSHMM and yes i do admit that some erm.....ok most of their action are really over......i hate the most is their or ok GG screaming her heads off for no reason but when you get down to her.....sometimes she really didnt scream that much.......

honestly when i first saw GG i wasnt really that attracted to her but i got to say that she grows on me....and i kinda likes so far what i read on hers.....and honestly she might be childish and immatures at times but hey after all she is only 18 years old .... yea i know it an excuse but well....i'm pretty sure that she will grow up more in the lines she is in....there are many twist in the industry that she will bounds to discover for herself and i'm an outsider to this lines so i have no say :x

wow i didnt kno theres a gui gui hater site? thought everyone loved her. well personally i dont hate her but when gui gui lovers hate xiao xun, it makes me hate gui gui but i'm ok with her but there are times when i really dislike her for her sense of cuteness. overall i only hate her when ppl that lik her starts dissing xiao xun when xiao xun is 10,000 times more talented than her.

i would say she did gain alot of popularity before BSM but not to that extent..i still remember wen i searched up to see exactly who gg was wen i heard she was in PLM... probably the whole page was critics threads and only a few like 1 or 2 sites which where info about them... no fanclubs or anything..
all the people who knew about wahsh either were fans while the majority were antis...
she really did get it all big in BSM....
although i have to say for a beginner her acting in BSM wasnt bad...but i saw alot of other mm were better than her yet didnt get as much fame as she has...
its not that she can dance or sing too well either.... i just find her wayy tooo overated...
