Korean group So Nyeo Shi Dae has been selected by foreigers as the best female singers on Arirang TV ‘Showbiz Extra’. And the survey was done on over 3000 viewers from the Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore and America, etc. in over 60 countries.

And Super Junior is chosen as #1 for best male singers.

well, i still prefer WONDER GIRLS over SNSD or any other female singers out there so i'm not happy with the results there..with SUJU winning over DBSK, i'm not so sure with it either but don't get me wrong cause i really like SUJU as well particularly LEETEUK oppa it's just that if the category is "singing", DBSK should've owned it i think then followed by BIGBANG..!!!

as for the male im happy for suju gettin more popularity. (off topic hehe : just recently bought thier repackage album hope it comes soon the diaryphoto book looks nice.)but anyways this is base on popularity and mostly in korean netizen so its about right for them to win after their comeback. but in terms of singing and dancing live or whatever it is dbsk is number one hehe. just have to admit who the rael best is. but suju is loved too.

shinne is expected to win new the list looks about right comparing popularity. but if its real vocal wise i think 2pm should be last of the three and im still debating who should top. but surely ft island amazing lead singer soulful voice should not be at third. but are they raelly new? their debut was some time back.

I don't agree with some of you saying that SUJU should have been #2 and DBSK at #1. This just shows fan bias toward DBSK. SUJU has worked super hard to get to where they are now and they are just as talented if not more so than DBSK. They deserve to be at the ranking they're in and acknowledged for their accomplishments. They shouldn't have to follow behind DBSK all the time. You guys either didn't read the article carefully or you chose to put your own bias ahead of the survey poll. This survey was done in places outside of Korea, netizens have nothing to do with this. I'm not surprised by this survey at all because while DBSK was focusing on Japan for the last few years, SUJU has been to China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, & promoting heavily in S. Korea. Their 3rd album has become so popular in Asia & beyond that DBSK is getting left behind. The fans could deny this all they want but it's the reality. The longer they're away from KPOP, the more people will lose interest in them. I don't have anything against DBSK themselves and they are talented but the fans should let other bands have their chance to shine as well because they all work so hard.

SJ really does have some amazing singers (Kyuhyun, Yesung). No complaints there. SNSD too. It was a close call between them and Boa. But they're both such big groups, they have to have SOME really good singers out of the bunch, right? XD Hahah. But I really do love some of their voices.

But I'm surprised at the "new" singers. I think 2pm should have been last of the three. Hongki's vocals are just really.. wow. I actually think they should have been first.

SJ over TVXQ? WTH... I'm NOT biased over TVXQ, I like both groups, but in NO way they are better singers than TVXQ. Really, just WTH.

SNSD deserves it, this has been their year and it seems they will continue to rule the girlband spotlight.

This poll was sort of predictable

Soshi have been brilliant this year, their released songs have been really good, their vocal skills have improved. It's been a great year so far for them and they really are the best girl group out there at the moment.

Suju or DBSK?
Okay, in no way are Suju better singers than DBSK but you know what? That's not the point. LOL.. Suju's 3rd album this year has been spectacular and I've really enjoyed it.

DBSK? Well, this poll was clearly about korean groups. I know I'm going to sound really really bitter, but what with DBSK spending all their time in japan these days, have they actually been a korean group this year? Perhaps it's true that their popularity is dropping and whilst part of me is really sad about that, another smaller part thinks if their popularity drops, perhaps it's the wake up call they need. I'm actually starting to forget what it's like to have them in Korea.

and come on, FTI are not newcomers anymore. Personally, I think they should have been in the running for best male singers. Hongki's voice really is stunning.

oh well, congrats to all, and I'm somewhat surprised that Big Bang isn't in there...

wow, didn't know that there's such survey....SuJu's "sorry sorry" and "it's you" are great songs, but i TVXQ is still more talented...
