Adrian Pasdar has reportedly been let go from NBC series Heroes.

The 44-year-old actor, who played Nathan Petrelli on the sci-fi show, was part of the central cast since the programme's first season.

Pasdar did not appear in the last two episodes and it is unknown if he has filmed any scenes for inclusion in forthcoming instalments, reports Deadline Hollywood.

Show producer Adam Armus recently confirmed that a major character will be killed off later this season.

Heroes is currently in its fourth year.

Nathan was killed off last season, so just let him go. The series are losing it's popularity due to it's plot. Season 1 was the best so far.

That explains why he hasn't appeared in the last few episodes. But I think that's for the better since his character was killed off last season anyway... unlike Tracy or Niki or Jessica or whoever she is now.
I hope Heroes picks up cos I'm also losing so much interest in the confusing plot and superfluous characters.
