it's 3:16 AM and i am too stressed out to sleep. the world takes a sh*t everyday, i call it b*llsh*t and i step in it everyday. decisions decisions decisions.. do this do that.. can't remember to do something and pay consequences later.. ergghh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! emo3.gif

any good inexpensive way and easy way to deal with stress by yourself?

listen to some good nice happy music. take some time to enjoy the beauty of the environment around you? take a nap. can't remember something? write it down as a to do list. another good one is excerise. good luck

Turn on your TV to look for a detective or horror movie. Drink some cold water with ice.
If I get sleepless, I'll read some novels, magazines or newpapers I missed in the day.

If you get some medium or heavy exercises before going to bed, you can have a sound sleep after that. I often do some yoga lessons one hour before my sleeping time, which get me a calm mind and easy to fall asleep later.

Talk it out with friends, or take up your favourite hobby, perhaps drawing, singing, dancing, etc. And to remember that everything in life is not permanent, will maybe stress you out less.

Go out shopping for your fav.items, eat what you like, let time pass the stress or listen to some smooth music.

Hm...that's how I felt too. Whenever you're stress out or whatnot just listen to some of you TOP favorite music. That's what I do. Music makes me happy. && like the others here say do you favorite hobbies.

I like to take walks during the day to help clear my head and stuff. If walks don't help, then maybe a bubble bath or something like that would help? And also, I heard that taking deep breathes really helps to get control of yourself.

yep, best answer, best solution

you need to have a stable life and state of mind, by being prepared and organized. then you should be able to sleep without all the other stuff you think about

Sport!!!!!. it's good to give all u have in sport, especially when u bear a lot of stress in your shoulders. At the end your are so tired that your forget all your problem, and sleep well.

I tend to find if we move away and do something we 'enjoy' doesn't necessarily help the stress because whatever is making you stress is still there until you resolve it. I like to tackle the stress at the cause of it asap because even if I go out with friends and vent to them, its not making my problem go away. So I would try to take a deep breath, calm myself down first then write a list of things I have to do to get the problem over and done with. Then commit to it. Once I'm done with the problem, then I treat myself to something nice.

Different methods suit different people.

When you are angry, breathe in and out 5 to 10 times to lessen your anger;

When you are not able to sleep, drink something warm…and count the ‘sheep’ if you need to;

When at work, you have the whole lot of stuff to complete, list down in accordance to
priority starting from the most urgent and important ones first, followed by less important
stuff; tick as you complete each task and that will motivate you to finish your tasks.

When problems occur at work, confide in trusted colleagues, seniors, friends or family members
to sort the problem out and find a solution to it..

When you are stress, try to de-stress after work by taking up your favourite hobby whether it is
listening to music, watching TV, playing YOGA, jogging or shopping…etc..

Try to relax after work and on your non-working days…

exercise, meditate, vent out anger or rant, drugs or pills, smoke, relax and listen to the small things your missing like the sound of the air breezing into the trees. but if your in the city mml... see the night lights view. get a pet or flower to have your focus into them so you can calm down.(but of course it'll be added reponsibility >_<))

I think you can deal with stress by just doing what you enjoy and feel is relaxing. It can also help by writing down the things are bothering you.

Get a punchbag and beat the living sh*t out of it lol. It's a great way to vent out anger and frustration! Even for girls this is a great option! biggrin.gif It's good to vent out your anger on a punchbag and its good exercise too! Also if there is someone who you really really hate at work who is the main reason for your stress then printout his picture from facebook and then stick it the punchbag! lol.
