The fact that Albert Yeung is the owner of a magazine explains lots of the rumours.
All the negative gossips about EEG artists are spread by other competitive magazines.
And the HK people all buy it.
They just love gossips.

Yeah, Yumiko's voice is unique alright, unique in the aspect that she sounds like she has an apple stuck in her throat.

But anyway, I personally think she can't sing. Some of her songs don't sound too bad, but she isn't good enough of a singer to warrant how she just popped up out of nowhere. She looks kind of cute and all (in some pictures more so than others), but yeah, it's definetely believable that she slept with someone (might not necessarily be Yeung) to get her fame. The odd thing is, awhile back, when Yumiko just came bursting onto the scene, for some reason I got the idea that she had used some kind of dirty tricks to get her fame, because it seemed that she didn't have as much talent as many other artists.
