Summary

Suen Man Yee (Liza Wang) is highly regarded in the "legal world," so she is temporarily appointed to be a judge. However, because of her husband's heart condition (played by Ha Yu) and her two daughters (Patricia Liu and Myolie Wu), she decides to give up her position as a respected lawyer to take care of her family.

When Man Yee's law firm hires a new attorney, Ching Hok Kan (Sammul Chan), his attitude towards law is different from what is accepted, as he does not handle matters according to the "book." This causes difficulties to Man Yee, but since she appreciates his sincere heart, she decides to train him to become a useful member of society.

Kan's appearance helps change the youngest daughter's outlook on relationships (Myolie Wu), who has had bad love experiences in the past.

On the other hand, the eldest daughter (Patricia Liu), who is already married, has marital problems, so she divorces her husband. She falls for one of her mother's colleagues, causing conflict between her mother and her colleague.

無 線 為 開 源 節 流 ， 自 製 綜 藝 節 目 買 少 見 少 ， 大 多 節 目 更 棄 用 「 貴 騷 」 藝 人 ， 阿 姐 汪 明 荃 因 此 出 現 「 唔 夠 騷 」 。 據 知 阿 姐 在 這 樣 情 況 下 要 不 停 接 劇 來 還 「 騷 債 」 ， 她 繼 剛 拍 罷 《 我 的 野 蠻 奶 奶 》 後 ， 下 月 即 要 為 劉 家 豪 監 製 的 新 劇 開 工 ， 雖 然 阿 姐 深 明 拍 劇 定 必 捱 更 抵 夜 ， 但 由 於 她 必 須 在 限 定 時 間 內 完 成 合 約 上 的 騷 ， 所 以 惟 有 頂 硬 上 。

被 問 到 是 否 已 落 實 四 月 再 拍 劇 時 ， 阿 姐 在 電 話 中 承 認 ： 「 係 ， 我 今 次 會 做 律 師 角 色 ， 但 下 月 先 開 拍 ， 好 多 嘢 都 未 知 ， 連 有 咩 其 他 演 員 都 未 定 ， 而 由 於 要 開 劇 ， 都 要 養 好 身 體 ， 今 日 （ 十 六 日 ） 下 晝 都 有 做 物 理 治 療 ， 條 頸 好 攰 好 痠 痛 。 」 既 然 這 樣 何 解 如 此 快 再 接 劇 拍 攝 ， 阿 姐 謂 ： 「 我 仲 欠 一 部 劇 先 夠 。 （ 怕 唔 怕 太 辛 苦 頂 唔 住 ？ ） 唔 辛 苦 ， 我 諗 都 OK 。 」

劇中女主人翁孫敏儀(汪明荃飾)本為司法界享負盛名的殿堂級大狀, 更被委任為暫委法官, 為了有心臟病的丈夫(夏雨飾)及兩位女兒(劉綽琪及胡杏兒飾), 毅然放棄大律師資格, 轉任為事務律師, 以自己名字開設律師事務所, 藉此希望將自己的輝煌成就傳給下一代, 達至薪火相傳的目的.

律師事務所招聘了一新晉律師程學勤(陳鍵鋒飾), 此人作風與一般律師有異, 不按本子辦事, 經常為儀帶來麻煩. 但儀卻欣賞其赤誠之心,認為是可造之才, 決心培養他成材.

而勤的出現, 亦令從前受過情傷的二女兒, 平靜的心海泛起漣漪…..

另一方面已婚的大女兒卻因性格分歧問題與夫離婚, 更戀上了儀的工作拍檔, 令儀與拍檔產生矛盾, 最後導致……

雖有一次一次的困難挫敗, 但儀仍能堅定信念, 帶領家人為公義而戰.

Can't wait for this series!! I really hope it's got that Survivor's Law flair in it.

If only Raymond was in this series with Myolie too. I really liked them as a couple in SL - Raymond knitting for Myolie was hilarious, and they were just so sweet when they were on the ferris wheel, and Raymond's like: "If you're scared, just hold onto me!" ^.^

can't wait for this series! i think it's going to finish filming by the end of this month.

and yeah, i totally agree with kitson about TVB promoting Myolie so much. i'm sick of watching her already! Wanna see Liza with either Jessica, Michelle Ye, Ada Choi and Kenix Kwok. These would sorta be new combinations. (but Jessica has already been in "A Matter of Customs" with Liza) and Kenix in At The Threshold of an Era but i don't think they've had many scenes together.

I think they have just finished filming the series. It wont be playing till probably the end of this year or maybe in the beginning of next year.
