I am currently 18 and so far I've had 4 jobs.

My first job was my worst job. I worked at a seafood restaurant washing dishes and handling hot fried food. Never will I work at a restaurant again.

I've worked at CVS. BORING.

Third job was working for the state as a lifeguard at a public beach. GREAT JOB!

Fourth job is working for the YMCA as a lifeguard again. I think I might just be a lifeguard for the rest of my life. lol

I have way too many to go over. I would say that I had about 12-15 different jobs and that's a low estimate cause I don't count the very temporary ones that last about a week to a couple of months. My current job has been going on for almost 3 yrs.

WOW, 8 jobs?

For the last five years, my first and only job has been working part time as a peripheral operator for a health insurance company. I guess technically if you want to count the times my Father and I built a shed, did landscaping and then installed the flooring to a guys house, then I've done a few odd jobs on the side, but those were only done once, for one day each until we were done, it was never a continual thing.

I have only had 4 jobs before .. in the course of 4 years. I could have had 5 jobs in the course of 6 years, but I had to turn one down by my mother when she found out that most of the camp counselors were males. I was the youngest person to work there if I accepted it.

1. Movie theater: It was terrible working with a bunch of immature teenagers (they were my age or younger); working alone on opening nights - especially the night when two big movies came out; having to work more hours than normal part-time employees; dealing with stupid managers who said that food could be served as long as they look okay; being scheduled to work when I couldn't.

2. Lotto call center: I never liked lotteries since it made me feel like I was robbing money from people (especially the elders), but I was desperate for a job. I was forced to work as inbound and not outbound. Inbound was the worst since the phone automatically picks up the calls. Not to mention, the hours were really disorganized. They will kick you out when others come in, or they will not let you leave, even when your ride has arrived.

3. Card store: It was fine until the manager started hating me since I did not suck up to her (everyone in the store, plus the manager are females). I eventually got fed up and quit since they were gossiping about me and accused me of saying and doing stuff that I never did.

4. Shoe store: My current job. It is my favorite job so far, but I am not really liking someone in the store right now. That person has been giving me a hard time by picking on every little mistake I make - when everyone is not picked on for the same mistakes.

I hope I can find an office job in the summer next year! Or at a clinic.

Hmmm! a tutor and a teacher at the same time, that was my first and current job. I do both to earn more for my personal and family needs.

Actually, after graduating in Uni., I regret it a lot that I didn't work as student assistant or Mcdonald/Jollibee crew because its a good opportunity to learn new things and meet new friends. My Uni. life was so blissful because I don't have to worry about my tuition fees. My dad fully paid it for his own convenience. You see, he always accompanies me every enrollment, but it doesn't mean he doesn't trust me because I didn't commit any mistake in the past involving money. He just doesn't trust the law and order of our City at the time.

Hey, teacher and tutor are not bad occupations, right? I find it rather interesting although I'm currently doing teaching stuff as a my part-time job.

I can also have extra works of translator or accountant if I have spare time. Book translation is really my desirable job at high school.

Howdy? Gosh! I so love teaching. Though at first it wasn't my heart's ultimate choice as a profession but when I experienced it firsthand, I slowly but surely love everything about teaching. In our country, it is a noble profession. I know this is a cliche, but as long as you love what you are doing then go for it. What matters most is it brings out the best in you because your doing what you desired and loved most. Wow! I envy you my friend because you know a lot of things than I do.

I'm 19 and I've only had 1 job. I work at a pharmacy as a "pharmacist tech" but without the certificate. I practically do what one does though and I've been there for around a year. Other than that, I help out at my parent's grocery store!
