F4 is a boy-group compose of Jerry Yan, Vic Zhou, Vanness Wu and Ken Zhu. In the taiwanese series "Meteor Garden", these 4 guys portray different characters and these characters in that series form a group called "F4". This series became popular in taiwan, later then to Hong Kong and China. Because the series is so successful, the person who produces this series also signed them to her company and decides to group all these 4 guys together to form a boy-group using the same group name from the series, that is "F4". F4 rules!
they say F4 is going back to the philippines but this time in cebu... sad that i won't see them but glad for the sisters in cebu who can finally watch them live... for filipino members: i saw this posted by firefox of praning.com credit to: starsailor2003 (but i think this is from a local newspaper) Detractors said that after an F4 Live Concert in the Philippines, they will truly be forgotten. The group who hit it big via Meteor Garden 1 & 2 will again be seen via Love Storm. But this time, only the 2 F4 members are in the character, Ken Zhu and Vic Zhou opposite Vivian Hsu soon on ABS CBN Q : isn't GMA 7 the one who got the rights to air this? but if this is true i'm very fine with it... |

I think they are still a band, but wid individual priorities at the moment.

You're a real fanatic if you know that the F4 member is flying in from Taipei on … well, you would have found out the flight details by now. "on't write, lah," a rep from music label Sony pleaded. "Very scary! The last time he came, his fans (at the airport) pushed so hard, I got au-cheh (bruises) all over me. The fans are very aggressive!" In fact, as you are reading this, dozens of devotees are camped outside Bishan Junction 8 shopping mall — the most hardcore have been there since last weekend — to get an autograph from Vic, who will be there to plug his sophomore album Remember … I Love You at 6pm tomorrow. Vic is but the third F4 member to arrive in Singapore in recent months. Jerry Yan was here two weeks ago for the Chinese New Year offering Magic Kitchen, his debut film. Vanness Wu came in November to promote his debut flick Star Runner, and will in fact be back to host the MTV Asia Awards on Feb 14, sharing duties with US pop rocker Michelle Branch. And what about Ken Chu, the "Singaporean" member of the quartet? He'll be back soon. Whoever and wherever they go, you can be sure that these babe-magnets — who had a meteoric rise after acting in a manga-adapted drama, Meteor Garden, in Taiwan in 2001 — still draw thousands of screaming fans. F4 individual members have all developed and achieved something in their career by now. Ken Chu, Vanness Wu and Jerry Yan have made their first debut movie and ZZ have released his 2nd album Remember I Love You. Vanness and Ken's movie rating wasnt good. For Jerry, its still rapidly increasing and continuing doing well in the cinemas. However, manager said that he have prepared many activities for F4 once again by bringing F4 back to the television screen and after the season festive, F4 immediately signed a contract with Central Television. They have planned a drama of more than 20 episodes called the Tian1 Kong1 Zhi1 Cheng2 . Host of the drama is Ken Chu while the actress is Michelle Saram(Xue Er). In fact its all crews from Meteor Garden and Marmalade. Drama basically shows the importance of taking good care of the environment. Ken will be acting as a Geographic Reporter. Current pay of him is around RMB 70 000 - Higher than other films triple. The production company is paying ZZ or Vanness for RMB 80 000 and Jerry for RMB 120 000 (WOW!)
