great series, but very sad and depressing.

this was my first korean series and it was good. i've watched it twice and planning to watch it again when i have time. the ending was sad but really sweet and not disappointing at all. i can think of no better ending.

this was produced in 2000 I think.. because that's when I remembered it being big everywhere like HK and at mah chinese skool.. =P

Autumn Tale is one of my favorite Korean dramas, the acting was really impressive. I was amazed how they could cry so prettily on cue though... Perfect little tears running down their cheeks.

It was the first time I saw Won Bin and he was so amazing in it.

En-xi's real name is Song Hye Gyo and in Chinese it's Song Hui Qiao. I agree that she's very very pretty!!! And she's so young too, only 20 i think. And a lot of people in Korea like her b/c she's natural, like she's never had plastic surgery, as opposed to the rest of the korean actresses.

Yeah, This series is highly recommended and they broadcasted the series on tv before. Endless Love is just one of the 4 series I think that will come out. There's also Summer Scent, also with the same leading actor, and Winter Sonata. It's like love of four seasons and there are like 4 series about it?? So there will be a spring one? not sure. Someone tell me if I'm wrong.

Sad, but the series was SUCH an asian hit, I never expected something like that to come out of korea. Yay! Won bin is so hot. Can't believe he didn't get the girl.

i like the idea of having four installments with the season names. Those names are very nice n romantic yet dey don't have alot to do with the story itself. Winter Sonata has alot of snow.........bsides that theres nuffing much that you can relate the story with the name of the drama itself..........still a good idea. Hmmmmmmmi wonder wot name they gonna giv the last installment, of course theres gotta b the word spring in it. maybe sumfing romantic like Spring emotion n e hows...........hopefully the last installment they can make the storyline linked abit to Spring.

This is a really good drama, its not the first korean drama that I watched but this is the best one, I didn't really like the ending because it was so sad, out of all the korean dramas I cried the most in this one, I found that they put all the right actors in the right roles, there was so much chemistry between song seung hun and song hye gyo... also, the kids acted really good and had a lot of chemistry too... won bin's a good actor, but i like song seung hun more... there seems to be so much passion in his eyes...

i liked this drama, but the way they translated it to Viet kinda put me off. In original translations, does she really call him "brother" all the time? it just sounds very weird, she should have been calling him by oppa or anh or something, but brother, wtf?!?! it just gave me creeps listening to her call him that all the time, if they are suppose to be in love and all. b/c of that and other draggy seens, i didn't enjoy it as much as Winter Sonata.

I remember so clearly that this was the first korean drama that I've watched. I remember so clearly because this story had a tragedy ending to it. I was saying to myself at that time, "I finally get to watch a korean series after waiting for so long and it turns out to be a drama with a tragedy ending."
I liked this series anyways and I really hoped Song Hye Go would've ended up with Won Bin. He is just so hot hehehe

I think this series was my second Korean one... The first one was Winter Sonata.

Autumn is just so sad! I cried so much in the beginning. I had like a tissue box beside me when I watched it all... The ending was just so sad... but I guess I found it satisfying because at the end, the two of them are together.

This series is so good but so sad. After watching it, I had to listen to happy songs or else I would be depressed thinking about what happened in this one. I wish she ended up with Wonbin. Just love him in this series. Because he changed his attitude for her. And till the end he was true to her. This one is one the best I've seen so far. But really cried buckets on this one.

This series was ok, I thought it was a bit boring because of all the romance, but it was very touching. It was heart breaking with the issues with the daughters, and when they left for America and she ran hoping to catch them. That was sad. The ending was depressing.

This is my second korean series. I love the series, although the part about them being brother and sister kind of yucky. What really annoys me is when even after they pronounce thier love for each other Yun Hei still call Jun Hei brother. I think the director should have change that and just have Yun Hei call Jun Hei by his name. Overall, I must say that even now I am affected by this series. Although the ending is extremely sad, I find it appropriate. Because of their relationship in the first ten years of their lives, it is unrealistic and even absurd to hope for a happy ending. I think the director knew that. Of course, if it iwas a wuxia series, we can lose in the fantasy realm of it and even allow the couple a happy ending by giving it all up and went somewhere far away. However, in a modern society, where we are bound by cultures, traditions, and the society, it is unrealistic and absurd that they will have a happy ending.

The director did a good job to kill off Yun Hei and Jun Hei, because at least, they can finally be together without facing discrimination from families and society.

The drama was ok...but the only part i liked
was the begining when she finds out she's not part
of their family. I cried because i felt so bad for her.
But then the rest of the movie was kinda dragging...
Just the thought of the two main characters liking each
other at the end seemed kind of wrong. They aren't real
brothers and sisters but after living with eachother for so long
believing that you are brothers and sisters...how can you throw
all of that away and LOVE eachother "madly" the way they did.
I think i find that kind of wrong....it just doesn't seem right!

This is my first korean series, glad I decided to get it, it was mainly due to all the great reviews that I read abt it on Yesasia.
Song Hye Kyo is such a good actress, her tears just seems to flow naturally!!

somehow i think this influenced a lot of other people to watch korean dramas. this was my very first korean drama too. even though there were other dramas that are better, this has more influence. i didn't know anything about korean dramas and neither did my friend but she let me borrow it after hers...thats when i started watching a lot of dramas

anyways now that i think about it, i think this is an okay series. i use to lovee it but i realized there are others that are far more interesting that this. wonbin was so hot in here *dies
SSH was pretty hot himself....if only he gotten the better role =]

Autumn in my heart is the first Korean Drama i watched... i have never like any korean movie be4 until i started to watch this movie...i like song hye kyo she is a great actress....

This is my all time favorite because it's so sad.....a classic Korean drama...so far I've watched it for at least three times already but I only wachted without fast forwarding on the first time...heheheh

This movie was so good and sad! I feel so sorry for won bin though, he loved her so much in this movie and didn't receive her love back...oh well...still a great movie!

Everyone states it's the best melodrama ever, but when i watched it (bought the VCD version) I thought it the story was flawed in the beginning, not to mention half of the time filled with flashbacks and crying scenes. Not the best story and no twists, it wasn't really exciting. The cast and themesongs are nice.

Don't get me wrong, it's not bad but just stretched to the maximum for my feeling, i'd rather watch Stairway to Heaven truly.

this is the first korea drama i watched. from this serial i fell in love with Won Bin, n i still love him till now. omg, he's awesome. like his style here. he changed his attitude for the woman he loves, he starts working, very impressed for the part he did the presentation. he wanna cure shg though she doesnt wanna accept him as bf.

won bin is damn handsome here. anyway, though i hoped shg chooses him, i also agree that she chooses ssh. haha....because more sensible if she's with ssh, her 1st love after all.

plus, this serial comes along with nice ost, i like the gido one. uoooooouooooo

i do not understand why eunsuh chose her brother and not won bin ? won bin is so nice to her and he is so good looking ..

and i watched the dubbed version which is in mandarin, i cannot take it when eunsuh calls her brother "ke ke". it was really irritating and annoying..
