well, solo projects like doramas are evenly devided into JE groups~(there are over ten idol groups active in JE company I think)
As JE company make profits mostly from releasing CDs and other JE projects like dream boys, solo projects like doramas are basically for building idol's fames. The more famous the idol group is the better the JE products sell.

In the case of kattun, after debut days, it becomes important to build ttun's fame instead of only focusing on Jin and kame if JE company wants to make even bigger money from KT, so Koki, Junno got doramas and Koki&Maru will start a TV program in October. Ueda has less thing to do but he does radio program with ttn.
So the only one doesn't have any solo projests is Jin, which is not new for him after Anego last spring, which was a big hit and Jin did well in it.

IMO, there are a few reasons to explain Jin's situation

first, Jin's not favored by JE bosses. If they are really concerned with Jin's career, they should've put him in more doramas after the success of Anego, or they should've given him more training in music field, like they've done to the members of KinKids.

second, Kame, as one of the tops in kt, has no outstanding skills on the stage, but somehow he showed his performing skills in Nobuta. To secure his popularity, JE tends to give him more doramas. unfortunately, Supli, which was supposed to be a big hit, turned out to be a failure (not kame's fault though). It'll be very harmful for Kame's career if he just stops at Supli, so JE put him in another dorama in Autumn. If this one is successful, Kame probably can get a rest and Jin then probably will be able to get some new doramas.

Jin always looks tired after Anego...guess he's not happy with his situation. JE did treat him unfairly I have to say.
Another thing is that Jin has problem with his nose~When it gets stuck, it can cause big eyebags.
If you watched Jin&Maru part in 24TV, you may notice that Jin gradually (not suddenly) showed his tiredness~The closer the 24TV the more tired he looked. The whole 24TV program didn't show too much of KT, but it doesn't mean that KT only did that much. 24TV is kind of millstone for idol groups like kt, there must be a lot of stress and hard work going on. Kame did that special drama for 24TV around May and June, and after that he had Supri. Since there's no solo part of him in 24TV, it probably means he mainly focused on Supri rather than 24TV.

This record is super high according to the airing time, which is pretty late in the night. Jin drew a lot of attention because of Anego and he was favored in the circle of OL at that time in Japan.

Sapuri, well, is aired in the period of time categorized as "gold" and on a day which is supposed to have most of the people sitting in front of TV in a week.
