I think KAT-TUN is mostly in the magazine Myojo since it targets teen girls. But I bet they're in like a lot of magazines in Japan, even when they're not doing anything.

But the only Japanese magazine I have purphased are Myojo, Jan.05 and Feb.06. Both featured KAT-TUN. I hope this helps.
