Fan Report from WM

There were a few quite unpleasant incidents involving "fans" that happened. One of them is a girl who seemed to just live nearby (she's wearing house clothes), holding a notbook and befriending Vicpower JMs. She told Vicpower JMs that she's a Jerry Yan fan, but that she's there to get an autograph for her friend who is a ZaiZai fan. ZaiZai was filming, and Vicpower JMs told her that it's not likely that she will get one (company policy), but it seemed that she still went and asked, was refused and of course was quite unhappy about it and then left in a huff.

After a few hours, the girl's father came, yelling and hollering from a long way away something like "Let me see who dared to refuse to sign an autograph for my daughter!!!" The man is very hefty and tall (his daughter is very tall too), clutching his daughter's notebook, and then went to the nearby store and started talking with a customer there in a very loud voice, seriously affecting the sound recording for the filming. The assistant director approached them and tried to appease them, but they refused and kept on yelling things at ZaiZai, even trying several times to charge against ZaiZai. Luckily he was held back by other people.

At the time, ZaiZai was nearby watching two extras filming their scene. Obviously he could hear everything, what with all that yapping and shouting going on. But his face remained impassive and expressionless, as if he didn't hear a thing.

After that was ZaiZai's scene. The scene called for him to catch the handle of a broom swinging his way. The first take they did, ZaiZai caught the handle and gripped it so powerfully it emitted a loud "whack!" The scenes after that all required ZaiZai to be angry. ZaiZai acted out the angry scenes with so much intensity and explosive power, wm inevitably feels that he was probably letting out all the helplessness he felt against the unfair things those people said about him that night.

An HK weekly has written a negative article about ZaiZai filming in Qingdao. The article accuses ZaiZai of being a primadonna and too big a star to acknowledge his fans. Reading wm's account, it's very likely that this incident was the source of the article and the one Mr. Chih was talking about.

The fault still lie mainly with the production team for not preparing the necessary precautions. But then some people are really aggressive and think that celebrities owe them something. Not all people who goes to watch the filming are ZaiZai fans. But the production team have no way of knowing who are or aren't. To them all those who are there watching are grouped together as fans. And ZaiZai, once again, is the one caught in the middle. Poor ZaiZai.

In a phone call with Wei Jian Lei this afternoon, Ah-Guan told Wei that visiting fans are seriously affecting ZaiZai's concentration and his mood. Because some fans kept following ZaiZai wherever he goes (emphasis on the "some"), a few crew members have said to Ah-Guan that they've never seen fans as crazy as these, which - before some people take that comment positively - was meant as an insult, and makes ZaiZai and Ah-Guan both feel very embarrassed and awkward.
Even ZaiZai has started asking, "Why are there still so many people coming now?" Everytime they film late, ZaiZai would ask Ah-Guan in between filming, "Have they (the fans) gone home yet? It's so late already..."

In between breaks from filming yesterday, this reporter “caught” the live appearance of three big superstars - ZaiZai, Park Eun-Hye and Andy Hui.

The first to appear is Korean actress Park Eun-Hye. Because Korean drama “Dae Jang Geum” has become the rage in all of souteast Asia, playing “Lian Sheng” has also propelled her to stardom. Attacking the China market co-starring with the most popular celebrity ZaiZai. A staff member revealed that there were difficulties in communicating because she doesn’t understand Chinese, therefore Park Eun-Hye can only use body language to express what she wants to say. In the series, ZaiZai is the scion of a business clan. Park Eun-Hye plays a mute girl. The two of them were childhood sweethearts but lost contact with the other when they grew up. And when they met again they didn’t recognize each other. The two of them discuss their characters on the set through an interpreter, even using hand signals to rehearse the scene over and over again.

ZaiZai’s appearance also started a big stir on the set. ZaiZai’s fans screamed his name and waved at him repeatedly to get his attention. This reporter made the careful observation that ZaiZai is much thinner than how he looks on screen. The crew members revealed that, because of the rusjh in filming, ZaiZai has lost a lot of weight recently, and was even criticized as being “too thin” by the production team. Perhaps this romantic drama much anticipated by the fans has put ZaiZai under too much pressure. In order not to disappoint the fans, while on the set ZaiZai’s script almost never leaves his hands. When not filming he would be in a corner alone studying his script and looking very absorbed and earnest.

Zai Zai new series, it look interesting and Andy hui is another leading actor. But how come he get paid less than zai zai and Park Eun-Hye. I think it is unfair. I mean Andy Hui is quiet popular and well known.

Also, I don't think Park Eun-hye match with zai zai, she look kind of old.

"Shen Qing Mi Ma" gathered together three superstars: Park Eun-Hye - who was propelled to stardom in China because of the Korean drama “Dae Jang Geum”, F4 member Zhou Yu Min (ZaiZai) and Andy Hui. Therefore ever since they started filming in Qingdao, they have been the focus of much attention. But the production team is extremely low-key, strictly guarding against the media and reporters. However, they made wquite a stir yesterday while filming a scene on Beijing Road. Because the fans wanted to see these three superstars with their own eyes, especially Park Eun-Hye, in addition to that they also used the road for filming, therefore causing traffic jam in the 100-metre long road. Finally through the coordination of the traffic police and city personnel, they were able to loosen up the road.

Yesterday our reporter received a call from a citizen, saying that a film production team is taking up the road filming, paralyzing the traffic. At around 16:00, our reporter discovered the production team filming in front of an old building on no.30 Beijing Road. Because the area for filming and the equipments occupied a greater part of the road, add to that the large crowd of people gathered around to watch, pedestrians and cars were unable to pass through this road. This 100-metre street was seriously paralyzed.

After our reporter observed things closely, he discovered that the production team filming is in fact from the very mysterious “Shen Qing Mi Ma”, and the three leads in the series – ZaiZai, Andy Hui, and Park Eun-Hye – were all at the scene.

Our reporter gathered that the production team was at the time filming a scene where Park Eun-Hye stood in the middle of the street stretching both her arms wide to stop a car speeding towards her without a though to her own safety. Because the director wasn’t satisfied with this scene, they repeatedly filmed it several times, and still haven’t finished even after the traffic police appeared to stop them. At 16:40, south city officials received reports from concerned citizens and went to the scene to control the situation. Our reporter gathered that the “Shen Qing Mi Ma” production team has taken up the road filming without permission from the city office. According to the law, that will cost them a fine of 1,000 to 2,000 yuan. Finally at 18:00, the south city department officials ordered the production team to leave the area and cleared up various items cluttering the street, thus restoring the traffic back to normal.

"ZaiZai" Zhou Yu Min is currently filming “Shen Qing Mi Ma – Silence” in Qingdao at the astronomical fee of $380,000 per episode. But it is rumoured that the production unit disregarded local traffic regulations, braving the dangers of the busy Beijing Road to film a car chase scene and causing the 100-metre long road to be paralyzed, much like a “road hog”.

Qingdao media pointed put, the filming of “Shen Qing Mi Ma - Silence” in Qingdao for the past few days has caused a big stir with fans following everywhere. The day before yesterday police were dispatched, city officials encircled around this phenomenon on Beijing Road, mainly because of the 3 leads of “Shen Qing Mi Ma - Silence” Zhou Yu Min, Park Eun-Hye and Andy Hui are filming on the street. One of the scenes was of Park Eun-Hye stopping an oncoming vehicle in the street. The director was not satisfied with her performance, doing it over and over again after every NG, causing the traffic to become congested for almost 2 hours. But the production unit hasn’t applied for permission to film. According to the law they could be fined RMB1000-20,000, or about NT$4100-82,000.

It is reported that a large contingent of crew from “Shen Qing Mi Ma - Silence” is working in Qingdao secretly, telling people that it is just test filming. But the media reports it again and again, the local people gathered around to watch what’s happening, creating quite a headache for the production unit. But with F4’s ZaiZai and “Dae Jang Geum’s” Park Eun-Hye, how can the fans let go of this wonderful opportunity? Not a few people revealed to the media that the matter of the “road hog” incident was actually reported by an eager informant.

When asked by the media yesterday, tThe producer of this drama Wang Chuan Ren clarified, “We were not hogging the road. It’s just that the surrounding crowd is too large and the queue got longer and longer. That’s why there were reports of the 100-metre road blockade. In actual truth, we were only filming in a small area. It wouldn’t have affected the traffic initially, but there are many people in China - a person tells 10, and these 10 tell hundreds. ZaiZai not only was involved in a car accident in Taiwan, now in Qingdao he is also being misrepresented and exaggerated as a “road hog”. What a dilemma. Zaizai's filming of Silence has caught a great of attention. In Qingdao, wherever he goes, the place will be full of people watching Zaizai. For example, he had to push a cart for the drama up and down a hill repeatedly. He sweated heavily. Fans were anguished; everyone would love to rush forward to wipe off his sweats for him.

In the series, Zaizai is a young and successful executive, but he falls in love with poor and mute Shen Shen Park EunHye. Park EunHye is a poor dressmaker. She sewed 500 garments and packed them in 4 big boxes to be delivered to a factory. Zaizai was very considerate. He took off his suit and pushed the cart to deliver the goods for his sweetheart.

Even without a suit, Zaizai still looks gorgeous. People crowd around him. He has got used to it. When he's tired, he takes a nap, sitting on a small stool. After all, he can't hide inside a car all the time.

It's too shallow to think of that. I think it's more worthy to think about how to act better." Reporters mentioned to him in a roundabout way that producer Chai-je had said that she would be very happy if Zaizai was in love because a good actor needed a wide range of emotions. 3 months after Da Zai Lian have started, Da S has already met a rival going between her relationship with Zaizai. Our magazine sees with its own eyes of Park Eun Hye taking initiative with Zaizai when filming in Qingdao. She is sticking onto Zaizai, making Da S nervous, wanting to fly to Qingdao at one point of time to watch him.

Da Zai Lian, reciped by Da S and Zaizai is still currently hot on news in China, Hk and Taiwan. Although the outside world is very concern about this relationship, Zaizai, who is in Qingdao filming Silence, has no time to go on dates with Da S. He can only cover the fire in his heart and keep his mind at work.

However, according to the filming crew, just as Da S cannot accompany Zaizai, Park Eun Hye, korean lead actress in Da Chang Jing, is trying to electrify Zaizai. She'll talk to him often and would attack Zaizai's heart when the right official, Da S isn't around.

On the 29th August, at 1.30 in the afternoon, our magazine sees Zaizai and Park Eun Hye filming an outdoor scene in Qingdao. At that time, they were filming a scene where Zaizai and Park Eun Hye were pushing a cart together. The moment the Director shouted KA ! Zaizai dissapeared into a corner to memorise his lines and fans started calling Zaizai's name. Park Eun Hye, who is neglected, could only walk beside the crew and chat.

On the same night at 8pm, the filming crew moved the scene to somewhere near Zaizai's hotel in the show. Afterwhich, Zaizai appeared in a suit. In this scene, Zaizai had to back face Park Eun Hye, both of them being very intimate. At first, both of their expressions showed embarassement. Suddenly, both of them laughed together. This made the whole scene to be delayed for an hour before it finally completes. Zaizai and Park Eun Hye then returned to the hotel to rest.

From Zaizai's smiles, we can see he's in a good mood, it seems like he have already walked out of depression from his past relationship with Xu Wei Lun. However, the magazine managed to find out that, Zaizai's happiness didn't only came from his hot relationship with Da S, but also from Park Eun Hye who was showing a sign that she admires him. This is the real reason that is making the boy who have just passed a low period of out of love to smile.

A crew expressed, " Although Park Eun Hye's chinese is not good enough, but she looks for Zaizai to chat whenver she has time. One thing is to practice her chinese, another is to build up the relationship with Zaizai." At the scene, you can always see both of them playing, good atmosphere and you cannot see that they are having a language barrier.

The crew also said, Park Eun Hye would often produce her country's food, kimchi, to share with Zaizai. As long as she finds Zaizai staring into space at the filming scene, she would brush up her sweet smile and go foward to greet him. Park Eun Hye, taking initiative to stick to Zaizai, of course Zaizai is happy, all these are seen under the filming crew's eyes. Park Eun Hye was Zaizai's fan in Korea and is also a faithful fan of Meteor Garden and have long liked him.

In fact, not long after Park Eun Hye arrived in Taiwan, she have already been electrified by Zaizai. The magazine have seen Park Eun Hye at Tapei Fu Xing Nan Road after they finished practising their scenes in July. When they finished practising, Park Eun Hye's cab have already arrived right before her eyes but she didn't want to get up the cab. She kept pressing to talk to Zaizai and only left Zaizai relunctantly after some time.

Other than that, Park Eun Hye had ever smiled and told the magazine's reporter, "I'm so excited when i first spoke to Zaizai, but he's really nice although a little shy." She revealed her nice impression of Zaizai in her sentance.

However, news of Park Eun Hye, taking intiative to electrify Zaizai have gone to Da S and she's really unhappy. Da S, who is a person who is bend on owning her own, has made Park Eun Hye her love rival. Adding that Zaizai had a huge cold last week, Da S had wanted to fly to Qingdao to give him a surprise but the news got out.

Just during that few days when Da S took leave and did not go for recording at Yu Le Bai Fen Bai, the outside world was spreading that she had gone to Qingdao to visit Zaizai. After that, she decided to do a one day trip during September. However, as the typhoon came along, she had no choice but to break that idea and went back to the studio for recording. According to the magazine's eye lookers, they did not see Da S at the filming scene.

Although the typhoon had stopped Da S and Zaizai from meeting one another, from what the magazine knows, they have still been keep their relationship with phonecalls and sms. 26th Aug, when Da S was interviewed in HK, she was asked if she had given Zaizai any bracelet. She said in a tone and laughter that she knew Zaizai very well, "He doesn't have the habit of wearing bracelets. If he wants to wear any, i can recommend him."

When the media asked again about the relationship progress, Da S said with a face full of sweetness, "We're good friends, and we talk about everything. If anything happens to both of us, we'll be worried for one another. " She also praised Zaizai for being very adorable, kind and has good looks. Her tone had all of deep feelings. However, she refuse to comment on Park Eun Hye.

5th of September, Zaizai took leave from the filming crew to flim a commercial in Shanghai. In regards to whether Da S went to Qingdao to tan ban, Zaizai said, "If i say no, no one would believe me. So many papparrazzi and fans are staying in the same hotel , if "someone" comes and visits me, will not not be able to shoot it ?" He continued and said, "Of course i hope more friends would come and visit me."

[05/09/14] A wave of skipping class in China, all because of ZaiZai

ZaiZai went to China to film idol drama “Silence ~ Shen Qing Mi Ma”, and for the past half month have created a wave of skipping class. Female students from all over China would wait for him at the filming location in Qingdao day and night, and there are often people in every nook and cranny near the filming.
