well, i also just finished watching the final episode, and i have to say that zai2's acting has been improved ALOT!! and it's getting better, i really like how he act when he was in pain, like in the last episode, when a han found him unconscious on the floor, gosh i have to give ten thumbs up for him in this drama.. so can't wait for his next drama... anyway, the ending is so sad yet happy at the same time... i like the way wei yi died, but i cried a lot when his mom watche the videos he made for her

I agree!! I started crying from episode 1 of the last chapter. I'm such a baby! ZaiZai has improved !! It shows that he's very serious about his acting now :] This character is so different from Lei in meteor garden.

i think the ending was sad, how come the author wont let zaizai stay alive?? i really thought that it will be better if the author let zaizai stay alive and then QI WEI YI and ZHOU SHEN SHEN will stay happily ever after. dont u guyz think so??

^ no i think it was better that he died (for the story at least, not that i wanted him to die) because then that whole "lucky star" and "martian" theory would make sense, and that it would show that their love goes beyond just the real world...and the whole point was that Shen Shen made QWY want to change his lifestyle,give him happiness, and look beyond the world of being a CEO...and he got to experience that in the last moments of his life, which would have probably meant a lot more than living a whole life that is wasted before being with her.

I finally finished the series... its soo sad.. even tho they try to make everything feel happier... like not as sad.. its still sad... i don't want WY to die either... that is sooo sad... and Shen Shen finally spoke... is that a real thing or is it just an illusion.. i thought it was real because the people in the background clapped... Also... thank you lainemma for uploading... i really appreciated it.. i was waiting for the ending... thank you soo much...

hmm.... i watch finish i really don wish to see him die .. but the ending is not so bad till the extent that at least everyone is remembered ..

i think the end is good, even tho WY died in the end, i mean it will be unreasonable if he didn't die, cos his cancer is already in the last stage and it's really difficult to be cured, even han xin said so.. so in my opinion, WY died in the end is a good choice from the producer...

seriously i also waste nearly 1L of Tears when i watch the ending of this drama..its sooo touching.. i really like when QWY wrote a letter to SS said that he actually in LUCKY STAR and he dont have a ticket to come back to the earth..*OMG TEARS coming out from my eyes when i type this*

yeah im not sure about that either, but i don't think she will follow WY to the lucky star, cos she stands on some beach, i think there is also a scene where WY stood on some beach earlier in the episodes, i can't remember very well..

the absolute most touching part for me was when Shen Shen ran in the door and called out QWY's name and said "i love you" ='D sooo sweet =)

Today is been my crying day. I've watched the last episode of Love Contract and then the last episode of Silence.. In the end it felt sad but peaceful. Vic really did a great job, I wasn't so taken by the romance even if I wanted Qi Wei Yi with Shen Shen the best part of this serie is been Qi Wei Yi dealing with his fate, changing his life and finding his strenght

I rather that in the end it would be better that Zhou Shen Shen die and go with Qi Wei Yi to "lucky star", that also could prove that their loves went beyond this world and to a world of after death whitch is "Lucky Star", having zhou shen shen die could also be called a happy ending, rather than one die and live.

the last time i was at this forum was yesterday, between yesterday and todai, man, i cried so much for this drama!! it's so painful watching weiyi in pain. this is the first idol drama that the ending is soo sad...vic and park eun hye did a wonderful job!! it's awesome!

oh my.. i just finished watching ep 17 about an hour ago.. and oh myy! they are soooo cute together!! and like i said in my last post yellow's sister [lol.. i typed mom b4 by accient] is soo... LOL!!

i cn't believe that WY's mom tried to commit suicide.. gosh~~ sometimes i think XL goes too far... but that talk she had with ZJ... he almost changed her u know?? but than, it's cuz of WY's dad, and his stupid temper, that made her stay the way she was.. she even called him dad.. which she never did before.

i saw the preview for episode 18.... ahh!! i hve a feeling that WY is gonna die! sigh** poor guyy~~ he doesn't want it to end.. but he has to.. it's life... unless they invent some sort of cure all of a sudden, which i doubt.. [and which i WISH!] cuz the series is already finished filming. lol.

hehe~~ i learned some sign language from this series! more in this episode too since she had some little lessons with WY. lol!!

but gosh, i found ZJ being a bit to harsh to WY when he saw him.. pushed him to the wall and etc.. but than what he said was so touching... i'll give u my heart, my liver, my lungs.. etc.. if you need it... i'll give u everything, just don't die.. [something on the lines like that] and the part where i found funny, was when ZJ was drinking beer, while WY was drinking water. lol! but i have to admit, the metaphor that ZJ used for life was better than the alien one...

well, at least how he compared little mermaid with SS and Him.. and the bubble part.. so sweet~~ anyways, i was watching the preview... and SS's leaving! i was like. .OMG! NOOO!! seriously.. i mean, they are finally together, and now because of this, she left him.. i mean, i wish she knew that he was dying! [sigh* how he brought in another flower for her cuz the other two weren't blooming, that's so... sniff sniff*]

I can't believe that tears were forming at like, the very last second of the episode.. in the Preview i mean, wheer ZJ went up to his dad and said.. "He has Liver Cancer. He is dying soon" that part.. man, like.. a second before i wasn't sad at all... but after hearing that.. sniff sniff**

30 only if it's 45 mins, Silence is more than an hour per episode so that's why it's ending faster.

the ending could really make you cry... i'm happy for wei yi... at least he died hearing shen shen's voice and without regrets. he saw the fruits of his sacrifices and he has been loved by the people around him...

i was touched of the part where han xin spoke with shen shen... when he told her that "actually it's not only for 3 months but for 13 years that wei yi loved shen shen"

Just an idea (please don;t bash me if you don;t like it.. hehe):
i really like the part when han xin seriously talked to shen shen.. he showed a very favorable emotion that a friend (for wei yi) could show. I thinkg Han Xin and Shen shen could be a couple afterwards....

well just thinking that, han xin knew everything about it.. since wei yi is his best friend... it's not bad that han xin could develop a good relationship with SS. --- jsut a thought here... ok...--- hehe.

since in the end ZJ said that shen shen left taiwan and went to a place nearest to mars... it could be in qing dao... because it's where her last wonderful memories with WY are... she might have stayed in sixi courtyard since wy gave the land to her name or she could have stayed in the house of wei yi. and since han xin is in qing dao too.. they could develop a good friendship then... who knows... (jsut a thought... making my own satisfying ending.. since what i've watched is the ending where WY died. if there would be another ending where the outcome is different, then no need for my thought.. hehe.

i'm sure they've still cut some scenes there. in the opening song, there is this part where wei yi and shen shen are running in the shore both wearing white.. i guess that's the part that they didn't show.. it must have been the sea shore where shen shen wrote wei yi's name in the sand (in the end). just like the part where shen shen twirled in the rain (in the actual episode, it's not there but in wei yi's flashbacks, it's there.)

jsut thinking what happend to wy's dad.. they didn;t show how he took his sons death.. he must be very upset and guilty for his son...

I'm so slow, I'm still on episode 17, but luckily I watch it with English subs. The scene where Wei Yi & Xiao Guang talked together was so touching, I wathced it once and cried, I'm watching again and I still cry at that scene.

I just finished watching the last chapter of Silence on CTV. Knowing it is going to have a sad ending I still found myself crying a lot. The song "Try to Remember" played when WY died & when SS was on the beach really pierced my heart & sent me into a bout of sobbing. (still breathing thru my mouth because of my clogged nose)

I'm going to miss the Sunday evenings waiting for 10 PM for Silence to air; most especially I'm going to miss WY & SS. I love them both & you can say they are my favorite couple.

ZJ, XL, & Qi Papa turned out to be nice persons in the end. WY's condition brought out the good persons within them.

To Zai Zai & Park Eun Hye, kudos for portraying your roles so well. I love what you both did in the series. Congratulations!!!

I wonder what the other ending would be like. I was waiting for the scene where WY & SS were running happily on the beach & both of them were wearing white but it was not shown. I guess that scene is in the alternate ending.

By the way do you think chapter 19 was cramped? There were so many scenes. It might be that I just don't want it to end yet.

i have watched epi 19 in youtube and quite satisfied with it. i did cry a lot. i thought this is the second taiwanese drama that made me cry. the scene where ah han was waiting for wy to come, when ss was calling into wy's name and many other scenes were so touching.
however, i was really curious with the other ending because angie was making 2 scenes for the ending rite? can someone upload it please???
and also NGs part hehehe.. it would very funny to see zz making lots of NG.

i watched zai zai on a talk show called peach protein a while ago. He already said that he was going to die at the end of the series. He said this before the series even started.

Ahh, I watched the ending episode without watching ep. 18..anyway, what a sweet ending..I'm happy that Wei Yi's mom has Ah Han...they'll have a great, beautiful future together ^^ and also Shen Shen & ZJ are so happy..I hope that Shen Shen will marry ZJ someday and Wei Yi will be up there in the Lucky Star place sending his blessings to all of them.

Actually I felt the same too. Before I watched the last episode, I had a feeling that they'll rush the ending, a bit I think. They don't really say what happen to XG & Yellow, WY's mom & dad? Maybe they could have another 1 episode where WY & SS spend happy time together after she finds out that he has cancer, not just die right away? Well I just want to see more WY & SS haha...

However, it's still a good ending, very touchy!!!

the scene where SS runs to WY and tells him that he loves her is so touching. it's my 4th time watching it and i cried every single time. just looking at how fragile and sick WY is makes me sad. this is a very good drama with good acting by everyone.

i watched the last episode.. it's so sad! omg! i was crying sooo hard in this ep.. while the rest, i just had tears in my eyes!! i was like.. sobbing!! sniff sniff** my heart cn't take it man.. i had all that feeling u know, like i was in SS's shoes.. sniff*

at first, i found it so sad that SS left him.. and at the very beginning of the episode too! and it's so sad how he sang to her, but didn't get to keep her.. he was singing in pain! i wish she turned around!

In the end, it seems like XL did turn good.. and same as WY's father. It was a good thing ZJ went to have a little "chat" with him.. put some sense into him.. and than also to SS too... ZJ also did the right thing.. to let go of SS. but what he doesn't realize is that... WY has also been loving SS for 13 years... not just 3 months...

The ending is so sad.. but WY left very peacfully.. [even tho my heart couldn't take that scene.. i forced myself to finish watching it.] he left the day after SS found him. sniff* and after the hand sign too.. i wish he just added a.. "Sheng Sheng, I Love You" and than die..

oh ya, and the part where SS cried out.. "QI WEI YI!" and all that i like you and love you stuff... sooo sweet! everyone was looking at them lol... that's so sweet.. the first word she said.. was his name.. than i like you... i love you.. <3

It suxz to be the mom.. lol.. i mean, right after QWY said it's not fair.. he doesn't want to die.. and shuts off the camcorder... The phone rang.. i would have been so scared!

In the end, the mom did have a new child.. AH and also his sister.. AH is just like little WY... adopted him probably, and i'm sure AH wanted his best friend, Zhong Jin Li's mother to be his mom.

this series is soo nice.. i give it a 5/5 if anyone was wondering... 10/5 if possible. lol! i want to buy it when it comes out.. gosh... it's over all the other top series i watched.. Def. top 5...

i also give this drama 5/5 ^^ lol.... even tho some of the scene are quite boring..well may b thats because b4 i didnt watch it with subs
