In his new drama “Silence ~ Shen Qing Mi Ma”, ‘ZaiZai’ Zhou Yu Min wore a black suit and white shirt, showing deep emotion yet emotionally and physically broken-down and crying his heart out in the car…, this sneak peek can be watched online in the official website of Joy State(Hong Kong)Limited, and fans have already started a wave of discussion in all ZaiZai forums.

Since “Silence ~ Shen Qing Mi Ma” has finished filming at the end of last November up to now, the matter of which TV station in Taiwan it will be broadcasted hasn’t yet come to a decision. The 2-minute-and-16-seconder teaser trailer premiered in the Beijing TV festival last year was not the official trailer of Angie Cai’s “Comic Ritz”. Still, it appeased the fans’ appetite. In the drama, ZaiZai suffers from liver cancer, and because of that, he started to really understand the true meaning of life and love. This fine and subtle relationship revolves around four people - ZaiZai, Park Eun-Hye, Andy Hui, and Megan Lai.

Ever since the trailer was broadcasted over the internet, fans left messages in every ZaiZai forums like, “ZaiZai is so shuai, I really can’t wait to watch the whole drama!”, or “Be prepared. 'Shen Qing Mi Ma,' a new drama from Taiwan starring Zaizai Zhou Yu Min, finished its shooting in last November. Producer Angie Chai has been negotiating broadcasting rights with TV stations of various locations. Particularly, it has triggered a battle among Taiwan's TV stations for its rights. So far it has not been finalized. It's estimated that the dust will be settled after the Chinese New Year and it will be aired around mid-year.

The storyline of 'Shen Qing Mi Ma' centered on the relations among four people - Zaizai, Park Eun Hye, Andy Hui, and Megan Lai. In the drama, Zaizai has the tragical task of playing a character inflicted with live cancer. To make the role appearing authentic, Zaizai once lost 10 lbs for the role. Earlier a one-and-half minutes long trailer was played at the Beijing TV festival. Many people, who saw the scene of Zaizai crying in a car from exhaustion of his body and mind, praised him that his acting looked real. Fans have been writing letters requesting for moving the time frame broadcasting the drama earlier.

After "Chimgum's vow", PEH has plans to try entering the Chinese entertainment circle. Since March of last year, quite a few offers came this direction; among those I picked "Silence", which was scheduled to begin in June.

Part of the reason PEH picked "Silence" was that it was produced by the popular Taiwanese drama "Meteor Garden", which became famous here in Korea from its cable broadcast. But, the main reason why she selected this project was because the main cast was F4's Vic Chou.

The drama is planned for broadcast in different Asian countries, and PEH is very much looking forward to this.

"Beside Vic and I, Andy Hui of Hong Kong will also be the main cast. This is a story about the tragic love between 3 persons. Silence is planned for TV broadcast in Taiwan, Hong Kong, PRC, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc."

PEH's experience with the mass media of HK and Taiwan was pretty bad. "In this region, paparazzi is everywhere so I have to watch out for what I wear - if I wore something that is *just* a little bit low cut, there would be a camera hanging from somewhere on the top (grin). Or, paparazzi would try to take pictures when I was getting off a car."

And there were reports on PEH trying to get close to Vic Chou, and even a report on comparison between Vic's girlfriend and PEH. At the press conference for the drama, PEH revealed frankly to the media that "she liked the way how the shooting was done, etc.; but when she saw this kind of reports she felt that Taiwan is after all a strange place to her."

Her casting counterpart, Vic, once said, "Soon there will be paparazzi in Korea too." But PEH countered by saying that "Korea has a strong sense of personality. It will not tolerate paparazzi."

As indicated in her previous message left in her HP, PEH and Vic joked a lot - that was how they broke the ice. PEH also mentioned in her HP that Zai was "interesting and kind" and that he could "make her laugh so she really appreciated that."

ZaiZai's first drama from an original screenplay [Silence ~ Shen Qing Mi Ma] is confirmed to have been acquired by CTV, and will be broadcasted after "Ai Sha 17" (Bump Off Lover) has finished. The ZaiZai in "Mars" was so dark and bleak, it even seriously affected how he was in real life. But after going through a great love affair with Da S, while ZaiZai is still as passionate as ever in ¡¸Silence¡¹, he has become even more steady and mature and oozes with captivating appeal.

[Silence] takes the course of a "pure" love, and stars ZaiZai, Park Eun Hye, Andy Hui, and Megan Lai. The public will be able to watch it very soon on CTV, but producer Angie Chai disclosed that, during the F4 concert at the HK Coliseum, a lot of fans kept telling her that they've already seen the trailer and talk about how good ZaiZai's performance is. Furthermore, they would keep asking her: "Would the cancer-ridden (Qi Wei Yi) die in the end?"

I finally managed to watch the trailer for Silence and it seems so good. ZZ looks so handsome in the series....and everyone else looks good too.

I hope this will be good, most korean-chinese collaboration series lacks something which I can't say..because most of the time the storyline gets draggy in the middle towards the end. The ost will be good <3.

In terms of looks, they're alright together. I rather remark on their compatibility after watching the drama.

i just watched the trailer and it looks like a very good and sad series to me....zai zai looks so hott in it!...i can't wait til this series comes out....i wanted to cry already watchin part of the trailer...it looks like zai zai and Park Eun Hye has a lot of kissing scenes in it too...i think i'll get used to them as a couple on-screen as i watch the drama....i really hope the ending won't be too tragic and if Zai zai really dies in this series, i will definitely be crying buckets of tears....

wow...the trailer looks amazing! i like that the main actress is korean b/c she is a fresh face that haven't been seen in tw drama. i think most ppl can already guess that the ending will be sad b/c vic's character has some form of cancer and can only live 3 month vic's acting definitely looks better! i hope he doesn't mispronounce his lines b/c he has a habit of doing that...keke. vic is the undisputed actor to go to for drama, really really looking forward to this and his other project w/ patty hou
