OMG, the kissins scene between WY and SS was just soooo sweet.
and like everyone have been saying. "why on earth didnt WY tell SS about the childhood fling"..
hahaha, cant wait for ep 9
and 10.. and 11.

YAY! finally got to watch episode 8!!
actually i thought the assistant lady turned good cause she helped WY with the christmas thing...but then watching the preview i start to hate her again!! and like everyone said zuo gege is getting annoying...
cant wait till ep 9!!!!

i just don't like the fact that he tried so hard to stop ss from finding out wy.

i mean, take a look at urself and think who she mite prefer... *sorri but i always liked vic*

i think that he will never b able to stop ss from loving wy.

no matter how hard he tries...i never liked those guys who want to stop you, to restrict you from loving other ppl because they love you but u don't love them.... sigh sigh isgh

i think deep inside SS notices a special bond between her and WY and that she likes him already. but because ZJ has taken care of her for so long...she feels obligated to be him. and it seems like ZJ will do whatever it takes to get SS back to him. haha...sadly, it's not going to work out because SS's heart belongs to WY.

i agree with applemashi. it's quite obvious that SS likes WY. if she didn't like him or see that special bond/feeling they have, she wouldn't have allowed him to kiss her. also just the way she looks at him it's really different compare to when she looks at ZJ. the way she looks at WY it's more of an admiration type of feeling, as oppose to ZJ which u can feel it's like a younger sister looking up to her old brother.

oh i just can't wait to see more SS and WY scenes.

I know this may sound so stupid but I really cried in this epi because I’m feeling what’s inside of Wei Yi…. I pity him because he never really has someone to depend onto especially in dealing with his current situation… I mean Shen Shen is there for him but she doesn’t really know what he’s going thru. Plus the fact that now that he found his lost love he only have 3 months to be with her and everything between them is so complicated…

I agree with everyone, that female assistant is indeed evil! I started liking her when she was being nice to SS, but now I realize she really is evil within, I was gritting my teeth watching the preview!

Anyways, can't wait for ep 9!

i cried also while watching this episode, in fact, i also cried in the previous one.
My friend who is also watching, said that there is nothing to cry about, but i just can't help but cry, whenever i see wei yi and he's unable to tell shen shen that he's the little boy from the past....

don't like the assistant of wei yi... she's so bad... dislike her from the start of the show...

I know, I think he's actually a total COWARD for doing that.
With love, you can of course fall for it even in a week, what with all the nice things WY has done to her, as that lady in Si Xi Yuan said "He's that handsome, rich and very kind towards you, don't tell me you don't have the slightest feeling?" I think that's a very good explanation, somehow makes Shen2 realise slowly that she likes WY.

I just finish episode 8. Really can't wait for the next episode. I like the foreshadowing of how SS would cry when WY is on his dying bed. I had to rewind that portion, I think it is everyone's nightmare to see their love ones cry like that.

I really enjoy how WY slowing giving hints of who he is, hoping SS would get the hint. ...

so far the script is very well made~!

the only dislike I have is the flashback. I don't mind having them... but sometimes there is too much of them.

yeah i think zuo jun is just...
well if ss wasto love him, 13 yrs she would have loved him enuf to have said that no she likes zuo jun, but she hestitated... meaning wy is more powerful enuf 2 let me like hestitate.

i am not too fond of the 'try to remember' song.. i am hating it because it is like replaying SOO many times... argh....

zuo jun wun b able to stop ss's love for wy... because nothing in those 13 yrs has made ss really truly love him because in her heart wy was always there... hence the piece of paper with his fone number and stuff....

i am not a fan of the flashbacks too.. too many.... but neyhow... at least the stori is going on =D

I have to say that Zuo Jun creeps me out. You would think that he'd have "brotherly" love for her since he's had to take care of her from childhood. Instead, he has this obsession with her that he can't seem to let go.

Does anyone know how many episodes are left of this show?

Also, Legend of the Star Apple is said to air after Silence. And its gonna air in September/October so its maybe like 20 or 25 episodes

but i don't think that they would release the series out o VCD even though it isn't finished aairing yet right? this rarely happens...but if it does i really want to get it so i can watch ahead instead of WAITING for a whole week. but i don't live in asia...WAHHH.

Yeah I thought that's a bit weird too. I think it should affect the rating, by how much, we don't know. But if I were to live in Taiwan and watched the whole series already, I think would still want to follow the weekly episode haha..excited to watch Vic over and over again lol..

I really love the ending of episode 8 too, can't wait for episode 9. Both SS and WY have feelings for each other, now I'm just waiting for them to know that they are SS and WY from the past

It's 25 episodoes only? I thought it's 30 too...

yeah 25 is better... not too draggy...
because tw series aint' usually too dragyy... (jap series are like... 11 episodes each!)
but then hehe... it will affect rating, because i will just watch da disc...
but i am sure loyal fans will stay there... =D but STILL!!!

i can't wait... epi 9 will have more wy and ss scenes =D just can't believe she slapped wy!!!

I think Silence is one of the most romantic idol dramas produced recently. I love a good lovestory and WY and SS's lovestory is definitely going to tug the heartstrings especially now that WY's only got 3 months to live. And is it just me or does Vic get even hotter as the drama progresses?!

i think it was a mutual thing. cuz ZJ didnt push her away or anything. my guess is they were both a lil drunk and were drowning their sorrows together thats when they kissed. although this breaks SS heart but its still a good thing! cuz now ZJ has no reason to make SS feel guilty and stay with him! than she's free to run to WY.

from the preview, it looks like after SS sees ZJ and the assistant kiss...she is shocked and then has an arguement with ZJ and runs away in the rain. and i think that's the part where she runs to find WY. haha....not sure if it's right or not but that's what i interpreted from the previews.

oh good to hear it's gonna be shorter. 1 it'll be nice cuz we won't have to wait as long, 2 with the pace that it's going at right now, 30 episode will get draggy. i mean we already know he has only 3 months to live, he's already discovered she's the childhood friend, and by the looks of episode 9, SS will soon find out WY is her childhood love too. then we get to the stuff with ppl knowing about vic's illness, probably some problems with the company, but really the show is moving at a really steady speed that if there's 30 episodes, there will be definate draggage (like how they dragged out the kdrama "goong")

yeah and was watching this epi of Peach Protein which featured the main casts ( ZZ, Megan Lai, And Park Eun Hye) it somehow revealed how nasty Megan Lai will be towards SS when she found out abt WY and SS.

I feel the same way!! He gets so annoying when he is jealous! I was sooooo happy to see zuo jun and WY's assistant kiss each other! I was jumping up and down!
