Likewise here, so excited for her comeback, im sure a lot of her
fans are also anxious to see her again in good health. About her
concert, the only one i remember and read from previous post
is her concert in singapore which is supposed to be last March
and postponed to May and some Malaysian functions also were
cancelled. Other than that i have not read any. But i think when
she comes back she will be busy as bee since so many endorsement
are waiting for her. I wish she has plans of doing another drama
or maybe a sequel to RP..that would be cool!

Because of the hereditary heart disease, Angela returned to Canada to receive treatment and rested for 2 months. She will resume work on the 7th and proceed to pay back her debt to advertisements. Record company manager Wu Yi Fen said that right now Angela’s health is stable, and does not need an operation. Her weight is also restoring gradually. But she will have her work load adjusted so as not to overwork.

Taking a break for 2 months, Angela listened to her doctor’s advice and adjusted her diet and improved her exercise. Wu Yi Fen says that Angela’s sleep quality is not good, so she has to exercise when scheduled. As for her endorsements of skin care products, jeans, chips, soda and 5 or 6 other manufacturers, they will have to wait until she returns to the stage to film a new set of commercials.

On April 7th, Angela Zhang appeared for the public for the first time in two months. The event is a promotion for a whitening skin care product. She wore a white Loewe dress worth NT 360,000.

On the issue that she just made her sickness an excuse to have quality romantic time with her "Prince William", she said that this was a nasty report. It was hard enough for her to deal with the sickness, let alone having to hear such reports. The media also asked if she communicated with Wu Zun while she was away, she said that she lost her SIM card and was not able to keep in touch. But she received regular calls from a concerned "Prince William".

Angela spent the past two months in Canada recuperating from heart mitral valve prolapse. She has regained her wait back to 40kg and looks rather rosy already. She said that she has to go for check-up every six months.

Because of the illness, her Singapore concert has been pushed to June of this year. She also had to turn down four advertisements, resulting to loss of income of around 10 million yuan.

Bu xiang is one of fave too, but her song Zhen De and Dou shi yin wei ni
has the best impact on me.. Her vocals are amazing!!she can sing those

it's nice to know that those 2 months of rest really did help angela she did
seem to gain some weight . so that's good to know she should've stayed
longer . but , she'd be putting too much work on hold & would be overworking
herself once she came back like how she already is ! i noticed that purple
streak in her hair too ! it's cute but i miss her bangs .. haha , it takes me a
while to adjust to new hairstyles .. like when she first got her haircut shorter .
i missed her long hair - now i miss her bangs XD she looks really pale in the

I'm always busy with work, but i go online during my lunch break and try
to post comments, then i try to continue visiting this thread at home and try to
read the daily News section to see if any new news of Angela, this is
obviously my only source. Hopefully Francesca and some crew of
AF can always update us with Angela news and photos. News of
Angela is quite slow it means she is taking work slowly and not rushing.
I'm anxious to know if her schedule activities in Malaysia which was cancelled
before will push thru, i heard she has lots of functions there? Does anybody
know? Also looking her concert in Singapore in June, hopefully fans there
can post the link of her performance there.

Yup thats true! I think the reason why I love Angela's voice is because of its distinctiveness and its power. When Angela sings, you will know right away that it is her who is singing. hehe. Yup! I know the site says her name, but I've never heard this one from Angela before...and it doesn't really sound like her, unless they did something to her voice. You can really tell when that girl hit the high notes...doesn't sound like Angela...

1. I love her style in songs, her voice though yes, it trembles at times, her songs are really nice and i have a few on my mp3 player which i play over and over again.

2. she is so bloody thin! i am scared that sometimes she might just snap, however, if she is naturally thin like that, then there is nothing that could be done. i just hope she is healthy.

I did some research and supposedly that song ("Dandelion") is going to be in Angela's next album due to be released in January 2009. And it really is her voice.. but it does sound very different indeed. For some reason it doesn't sound as powerful and it sounds like it was digitally edited a lot. Is there any news out about the new song, I wonder?

Thanks for confirming.....hmmm but her voice sounds really different and as you have said, not as powerful. I wonder why they altered her voice so until I could hardly recognise it.. No news about this song as far as I know.... but the beginning of this song does sound like Angela...but the rest doesn't. Is it just me or does she sound a bit kiddish when she hit the high notes?

I totally agree with u!!! It sounds kiddish and NOT a tiny bit similar to her voice. When she sings you can hear her unique tremble which no other singers has...so I still dun believe that she sang that song unless it has been edited until we all can't recognise it and i wun support that song lol!

Try to watch Bump off Lover/Ai Sha17, it is highly recommended, she has

I’ve finished watching it at crunchy and still waiting for the subs of ep 14,
she has done a great job in that series.

I'd recommend it to you. It's a good series, very different from Romantic Princess though. It's a kind of mystery/suspense kind of show. Plus, she acts as two different characters/personalities.
I haven't seen Love at Dolphin Bay but I'm going to one day. One of my friends who is from hong kong isn't really into TW Entertainment but somehow he caught this show and he really liked it.

YEah, I love Ai Sha 17 as well, cool show. The only retarded thing about it was that it took them SO long to figure out how to open the box. I mean, its not like the lock is some ancient humongous lock. LOL! It's the ones children play with. They could have just smashed it open.. lol, but I know, then the story would have been lessened. Well, they could have at least made the box and lock look a lil harder to (smash) open!

Actually i am not aware that its her series, only when I visited her thread and
bump off thread and saw the comments of people practically recommended the
series I readily watch it at crunchy..Btw.. Dolphin Bay has been
shown here in the Philippines like 2 or 3 yrs ago, I was not a fan of
Angela that time, but now it is being shown again I making up and
watching it, I wish she could visit my country and promote her next album.

I was also thinking the same way about the box.. It’s just like a can for pete’s sake LOL!
but aside from those weird moments, I love the mystery of the series and the acting
of some character. Hey I’m also interested to see her do a drama with her friend Fan Fan or
do another duet, I miss seeing them in various occasions nowadays.
