She sang 2 songs, 不痛 and C大调. Haha... it's great to see her performing, and with Wu Chun looking at her down the stage too. Too bad they did not sit together, with the rest of Farenhit and Tank in between them.

Usually able to walk all day in 15 cm heels, tonights Angela in 17 cm heels almost had an accident that even made her record company people nervous and they made her change into another pair of heels for performance of "C Major".

Awww WELCOME NEW FANS! I seriously fell in love w/ her when I heard her songs, so powerful, soothing, and very meaningful. Sometimes TW-pop can be pretty vapid and only about crush/first time love that's almost repetitive. But her songs are about inner strength, like Invisible Wings and about loneliness while relatable ones like Mama Mama (who doesn't have problems w/ their moms?!) round out her albums.

For those who are asking about the songs in Romantic Princess, there are still no plans to release an OST. You'll have to get the Angela songs by supporting her and buying her CD ... or at least waiting for the CD to release. The last news I read on the subject suggested that it would be out in December, but... that might be subject to change?
BTW, remember how a couple of pages back I was asking about the version of "Over the Rainbow" that plays in RP? Well, I was wrong, and I'm perfectly willing and happy to admit so... it IS Angela's voice after all! In fact, it's the same exact version that was on her debut album >_< *smacks forehead* Wow, it's sooo good! and it actually isn't like Angela's usual style of singing, either, in my opinion... it's softer (less powerful)... very, very nice. Hehhe, yes, I thought it didn't sound like her (the English threw me off)... and I had my copy of Over the Rainbow on my other computer, so I couldn't confirm. Which is why I very gladly and humbly admit that I was wrong
And actually, I thought of an explanation. Over the Rainbow was on her debut album... which is a lot closer to when she actually "returned" to Taiwan from Canada. Well, even singers like Jacky Chu FanGang (183Club), whose English has always been better than Angela's (since he spent a lot more time in Canada) have developed more of an accent in their English in the course of their stay in Taiwan... so it makes sense that Angela would, too... thus contributing to my confusion.


I know, I can't imagine it!! I wonder how it will turn out... and just "who" the Taiwanese media considers "extreme" rock 'n' roll. Hyde is vastly different from U2, which is still vastly different from, say, American heavy metal. I'm thinking they might mean like... Wu Bai's style. Wu Bai is a famous singer in Taiwan who sings mostly in Hokkien. His style is... uhh, interesting. Or maybe they mean like Shin (leader of a band called... Shin). Hehehe, we'll find out soon, though.

Haha, really? You hate it? I actually like it (the song itself), although not as much as most other people. It can get a little tiresome because there are literally hundreds of versions of the song floating around. So many singers like to "try it out"... but I have to say that I actually personally really enjoyed Angela's version. She gave it a really "breathless" feel... one that I actually haven't heard before... or at least haven't heard in a very long time...

Hmm, I'm kind of "meh" about Taiwanese artists releasing songs in English. Even when the singer is good, the pronunciation can still make me cringe a little. So, if she DOES have an English song, I really hope it's good and that she's been brushing up on her English, :x

i love her new hairstyle!!! it's so different and good. it suits her very well. i would NEVER had imagined her with that kind of hairstyle. she's like a different person in it.
