i was wondering if this series can make it to the top for 2005

Since this serie is being directed by a top producer and being promoted heavily, I guess this serie will even take a top 3 position.

i would say it'll reach the top 10..possibly top 5..

it'll be on my own list if i was to devise one

This series will definately become top 5 and win alot of awards, this series is very dramatic, intense and highclass and doesnt have any bad acting characters ruining the series much like other TVB series.

yup..i agree. It'll be one of the top series, but maybe not number 1. It's still early to judge i guess, and more or less, you'll have to see how the ratings go first.

throwup between HHIII and this.. i think the storyline is better for this is better then HHIII because its more exciting.. but the ratings will do better in HHIII.. because HKnese can relate to it and the cast is better

So far this is one of the best series released for 2005. Good chance to make 3 this year.

I don't think this serie could make it to the top. Because it is a bit predictable. There is no climax.

this is one of the best tvb series in 2005 so far...most of the other series this year was a bunch of crap...i think it can make it to the top...but i gotta see the other series of 2005 before making a conclusion...

I guess it will! The producer and the cast is good and popular... and there aren't many good series coming out till the anniversairy except for LWOLAP...

without waching the whole series it's hard to say... but at least top 5 most probably! considering how the story sounds like pretty "classic TVB" and how they're promoting it so much!

well since its a 30 chapter series..this series will approximately end around september. so hopefully by time TVB anniversary comes..the series is still fresh in viewers / hk populations' minds enough to be nominated for an award this year.. let it be kenix winning an award to perhaps top 5 series of the year

i'll have till wait till i finish all the other new episodes before i can judge if RDOV can make it to the top of 2005... im thinking healing hands 3 has a better chance because of the 10 episodes different.. but it all depends on how the plot goes

I think it will, because the characters r great, everyone protrayed them really well, the hotel was great and this series is better than a lot of the others that ive seen lately..

i think RDOV will make it to the top of 2005 because i think it is the best series that i've seen so far in 2005.....

i think there's a pretti big chance it will b one of the nominees for best drama. This series would be one of the betta ones to come out this yr.

I think so.. this series reminds me of ATE/GF too! The song and themevideo. Though I like the casts better in ATE & GF. I don't really favor anyone here besides Kenix. RDOV has 32 pts for the first week. Nice beginning for them

im not sure about the top.. depends on the new movie with ekin and charmaine. that suppose to be a big production. i still think this movie is a little too heavy for all audiences but im sure its gonna be ONE of the series thats competing for the top series of the year.

actually i think this could make it.. its like that old series.. threshold of an era.. they're kind of similar i think.. in that its all about like business and revenge and gaining power and stuff.. i think this is gonna be a really big hit series... and ron ng is doing a great job in it.. joe ma is excellent too

Yep, this series is pretty good not boring like others. I also think war of in laws and te gentle crackdown will make it up there.

dramas like these usually makes it to the top series of the year. i think its mainly because it maintains one storyline throughout the whole series keeping it suspensful and it also keeps the viewers hooked

i think until now, this is the best series so far, of course including war of in laws, but maybe in a few months they are going to air legend of ah wong, and i think that show is going to steal the spotlight since the ancient one was such a big hit, but i really do like RDOV

hanve finally watched the opening episode..it is AWESOME....lots of supsense, lots of understandings to go through for each character, the hotel is nice, cast (supporting cast) is great

This movie is so good & lots of good looking actors. Looks real juicy as you continue to watch this series. Top tvb 2005 for sure. Hope Ron & Joe will get best actors for sure.

This's a great series. So far, the plots been pretty good, and ur kept gessing about Joe's intentions.
Right now, still not sure as to who Joe really is, and whether the Kenix and Joe relationship is real or part of a plan?!
Also, as this series is directed or something by the same person as Triumph In The Skies (which I loved to bits!), it's a great series, I would definitely choose it as one of my favourites for 2005! [Altho swapping some of the cast would probably be better].

I definitely think it has potential to make it to the top of 2005 =) I haven't watched War of Inlaws yet so I don't know if thats good, but it looks funny! RDOV is mad good, I love it! It has so much drama, and all the actors aren't necessarily 'bad' actors, even Ron has improved, so yeh, I think it has a load of potential to make it to the top
