It says Barbie and Taizi so I believe its referring to MVP Valentine? That's the only drama that qiaoen and xiezhi acted in together before
They didn't have as much chemistry as mingdao and qiaoen in there and they weren't paired up together either.

Frog Prince was so romantic ^^ and really really sad. the ending was kinda silly though. This is one of those series that you never want to end. their chemistry was so convincing i cried throught like the last 10 episodes of it ==" anyway, they look really good together and i never would've guessed that mingdao is 2 years older than qiaoen

you mean younger right? And I agree with you, wish this series never ended, I had this awkward feeling when the words THE END popped up on screen...

DUde...i totally felt that awkward feeling when those two words came up! I really hope they do act together and the reason i'm trying not to get all excitd cuz I really can't handle a greater disappointment.

I am wondering whether it would be better off to have WZBQW-2 to continue the storyline. Maybe we can see more MD and QE action like their life after married, it would be interesting to see I wonder how's TY become the wife of Senwell's General Manager. Haiya..I start imagining thinngs now... It's just I miss MingEn action very very much but I still think it would be good to see WZBQW part 2 like what they are going to do with ISWAK

WZBQW 2 wouldn't be that good. It would be good in the sense that we get to see MD and QE again together as a couple, the sparks, them being close, probably kissing again and all that but I think the plot wouldn't be good no matter what lor. They gave an ending to everything that needed to be ended in WZBQW already. At least, I think they did. And by continuing the story, the plot would probably weaken and everything. Look at how successful MG was.. Then they tried to make a sequel out of it and the plot was lousy. Outsiders and Outsiders 2 were like that too. So I would rather not have a WZBQW 2..

I actually rather them playing in a new series with entirely different and new plot and character rather than having WZBQW 2.. most dramas gone downhill since the production of the 2nd series.. well I heard the Outsiders was an exception.

Yes, a sequel of Frog Prince might ruin the great image of WZBQW~! They should film another series but then with a total different plot and characters! ^^

well, i really agree with you.. it's comedy but they did really good that you can even cry in their sad scenes.. but i think you missed one info here.. ming dao is 2 years YOUNGER then qiao en ryt? caause ming dao was born 1980 and qiao en 1978..

ei guys, is magicians of love really good? cause from what i saw in the thread of ai qing mo fa shi, they were really talking good things about it. i havent seen that show yet and eventhough i had chances to see it on youtube, my pride tells me not to watch it..maybe because i havent totally let go of ming dao and qiao en..huhu..

i don't think they should do a sequel to WZBQW, but definietly something with MD & QE in it!! they chemistry can't go to waste! i didn't know either of them before i watch WZBQW, then after that i was SOOooo totally obsessed with them (plus 183 club and 7 flowers) LOL <3

There were... good ones, with real life situations and it was really convincing. But, somehow maybe the author didn't have time or just didn't have the interest to keep them going. And some of the stories just stopped, dangling there for months half way through! I just hope they can really make any series together and as lovers!!!! I'll definitely watch their series even if i don't know who are the other casts, or if the storyline sucks... [Though its quite impossible that Sun Zhong will let them act in a series with a 'lan' storyline bAH?] For the sake of MingEn, i'm sure we'll watch de, no matter what... There haven't been any news on MingEn recently too?.. i really miss them eh...

That's true, ISWAK's success made them do a sequel and the cast finally agreed to it. I know sequels usually suck but MingEn are good and they usually feed off the original's success.

Eventhough MG 2 and some others continued series were suck but it doesn't mean that WZBQW 2 would be the same. Maybe it would be different I believe whether is bad or good as long as it has MingEn a lot of fans will be watching it! isn't that right guys???

i think its because the story ended off pretty well, and a sequel might probably spoil the wonderful happenings in the first series of WZBQW. besides, i dont think theres more to talk about unless its about their marriage life, which would be boring i guess...

yeah.. don't you guys think it would be much better for them to act in another drama? it has a higher chances of being a great success. cuz wzbqw was fantastic, and no matter how good wzbqw 2 is, it would be hard for it to beat wzbqw and it would always be compared to the 1st one and end up being criticised or something, since wzbqw 2's plot would bound to be slightly dull. how much surprising things can happen in their marriage life that won't be predicted by ppl?

It'll be awesome to have a sequel but hey, everyone is paired up with who they want and all. (JH with TY, YX with ZQ, etc.) Even if they DO have a sequel, it'll be about their marriage life, and how TY will create messes in Senwell and blah. It's funny but, theres no essence. No Plot. Whereas ISWAK, ZS married XQ WITHOUT A (spoiler here, don't read if you dont wanna know) MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE. This gives room to more girls (like that ABC-looking girl and besides, theres a 2nd manga) to steal ZS ' and XQ to the rescue, and more plot comes out. You cant expected the writers of WZBQW to suddenly pop some unknown characters into the plot, can you? Its kinda of awkward since we're all familiar with the cast alrd.

ty and jh's wedding was in a cave. it wasn't legalised yet either, meaning no marriage certificate, no wedding formalities, not even a proper switch of wedding rings. so there's just as much room for development as iswak.

Hmm...you are right--about the wedding thing I mean. Typically in shows where the wedding is under very 'unofficial' conditions, a sequel is usually about the trouble that is caused BECAUSE they're not officially married...

But I still don't think it's as flexible as ISWAK. I think since ISWAK does have another continuation to it that is why we feel as though there is a degree of development. In WZBQW, you'll have to bring in other characters because all the existing characters have all settled their problems... a sequel would be cute but unnecessary.

Sequels are usually all unnecessary.
Its just because the ratings for the 1st one was really high then they make sequels, and because people want to see the same group of actors/actresses acting that drama.

Almost all SETTV dramas have at least a good plot, so if they ever come out with WZBQW 2, it would definitely have a good plot too. Then we get to see md and qe together.

Actually, although i'll like them to film a sequel for the sake of seeing mingEn on tv again, but i still feel, maybe we can do without WZBQW 2.. All of us are sure to be having high hopes for WZBQW 2 after watching the WZBQW and i also think WZBQW has lesser 'space' to develope the plots to the fullest since almost all were already being acted out in WZBQW le.. Its like a 40-60 situation? There are some areas for them to develope on, but limited? for e.g. they can tell us what happened after tian yu & jun hao's marriage, their happy life and other obstacles that happen after their marriage. And Zhang ming han's girlfriend & career... Zi qian's proposal to Yun Xi and the feng jiao yi...etc. But more 'unknown' characters still need to be introduced... But, we are like, already know what will kind of happen isn't it? Life after marriage...

I don't know, but this was how i felt when i first heard of the idea of WZBQW2. I would rather both ming dao and qiao en to be in another show with a great storyline together again!!

QE don't have much news recently. She's the quietest member in 7F now lor! XJ has the AQMFS, WR is in XPGLY, XQ is in that Zhu Zhuo Bian Zhu You Bian serial..
Sigh.. SZ really bias towards the males of Jungiery... Look at all the other female artistes in other companies.. They get so much stuff to do, even when their dramas weren't as successful as WZBQW and everything..

Actually, QiaoEn (I felt) was really really heavily promoted up until the climax of WZBQW. Most of the other (oldish) SETTV dramas all starred QiaoEn in some way...so now it's time for the other girls to shine...

And I don't think Sun Zhong's being discriminatory...he just has a lot more guys in his company, period. Plus, most of the people that are posting TV stuff and promos are mostly girls uploading stuff...and chances are, they'll upload 183club and 5566 and the like... 7F has just as many chances of promotion...but being overseas, we only get limited access...it's like a filtering system.

If you compare it, between the 4 of them, QiaoEn had the most drama that she did already, from quick count, theres Lavender, MVP, 100% Senorita, ASQJMM, WZBQW and this other series she did called women is flower or something.. so she at least already have 6 dramas that she did.. even compared to XQ that get into Jungiery at nearly the same time as her, she had lots on her plate before. Maybe SZ is being fair to everyone, and besides, I think QE is doing other promotional things and she hosts now.. none of the other 3 girls hosts, except XQ, that is if she's still hosting kuang feng lucky 9 with JR.. hardly hear about that anymore.

I personally dont think SZ is that biased, even tho sometimes he would be [just by how theres sooooo many guys in Jungiery]. he's just have so many guys in his company, even he gives out jobs fair and squre, there still more males doing jobs.. cos theres only like 7 females in Jungiery. Man im not making sense.

Hm.. XQ's Lucky 9 thing with JR ended long ago lor, they only did 1 season. I think it was cuz it wasn't that popular..
And I guess QE did have more stuff to do compared to the other 3 girls already and its their turn to shine, but being more of a QE fan then the others, I just can't help complaining about not seeing any action

Like if actors are needed, there's so many males in Jungiery so there's lesser chance of them being chosen by SZ. Then if actress are needed, there's only 4 to choose from. I thought there were 5? LOL. Yes, QE mentioned in some variety show tht she didnt rly like hosting. You see, hosting was the source of problem when she was frozen some time ago. (Some china show where she had to fly here and there) She like acting and she like acting with MD. (I added this sentence myself luuh)
