Nope the series that are airing now don't have enough points to beat WOIL. But in my opinion WOIL is not good at all, just so exagerated. Many series are better, like: gentle crackdown, yummy yummy and HH3.

I think the only TVB series this year which has beaten WOIL's ratings is The Academy. RDOV's ratings aren't bad so far. At this rate, it could easily be on of the most popular series of the year.

War of the InLaws should be the highest, but yeah others are cool too. I think we need happy movies...even my fav HH3 wouldn't be there though. Its so hard to find a fav this year, all these latest movies were awesome. I wanna be loyal to Healing Hands 3 but, I think Revolving Doors of vengeance should be higher.

If The Academy is in 3rd place, I certainly hope that HH3 or Revolving Doors will beat it. I don't think the Academy was that good at all. I hope War of In Laws be in first place and Bosco Wong winning some type of award for this year.

I think the Academy wasnt that great either... it just was competition of young men... *shrugs* and a child trying to protect his mom from being deceived or flirted by another man. It's ironic how similar Ron Ng plays in his role in Revolving Doors of Vengence.

Anyways, I was wondering... where would Gentle Crackdown be? It was really good IMO. It was full of stupidity and laughter Was incredibly fun for me to watch

I think the highest rating series is War-of-in-Law too. It's something alittle different from all the other series I've seen so far this year. The actors and actress was great too. Maybe it's because this series has alot of experience actor and actresses.

I think HH3 got low ratings cause Ada & Flora are not part of the cast since they have "goon jung yuen" in HK

this year hmm.. many great series... triumph in the skies was relaly good... but it was 2 yrs ago.. id say revolving doors of vengeance, and healing hands3, and the academy those are the best 3 in my opinion. =D

I don't understand why The Academy was so highly rated. I thought it was a pointless show with Ron Ng getting mad all the time. It was a show about small misunderstandings that erupted into episode-long fights. I didn't like that show at all.

Well it is very hard to see which series has the highest TVB ratings. I personally think that WOIL should be the highest TVB series this year, but there are other great series out this year and it is tough to know the rating for the year, when the TVB anniversary special is in November. By the way, has anyone found out who are the 5 nominees for the top categories for the TVB anniversary special?
