Three female employees were injured on the head and back and required hospital treatment. Gillian is better than Michelle Yeoh?

The film <House of Fury> doesn’t lack any thrilling scenes. There is one scene where Daniel has to fight Ng Ma, on the roof top. Ng Ma strangles Daniel with a water pipe and Daniel has to hang off a building with the only support being the water pipe around his neck. If any accidents occurred he would have fallen down the building. The production of this single scene had cost a six digit amount.

Gillian plays Daniel’s girlfriend in the film and her performance isn’t weak either. Her movements are agile and Gillian definitely meets the requirements of being a female fighter in films. People have also said that she’s better than Michelle Yeoh and can challenge Jacky Chan.

When asked weather there was anything that was memorable whilst filming, Gillian said that during the working hours Stephen is really serious but he can also be funny: “There was once where I was watching him play the drums and for some reason he kept saying that I was a fan of Dry (a group which Stephen used to be in) but I haven’t bought a single CD of theirs!”

The many fighting scenes in the movie have caused Gillian to have bruises everywhere. She had already hurt her back before filming this movie and hurting it again meant that it was more painful than before, Gillian said: “On the first day of filming my shoulder really hurt, this was caused by when I was filming a different movie. It’s a good thing my company recommended a doctor, who treated me by massage. I felt a lot better afterwards and was able to concentrate on my work.”

Aside from the acting, Chung Yun Tung had to handle the action and was covered in bruises. Before the shoot she has already injured her back, which added to her pain. "On the first day my shoulder was already hurting. It was an old injury. Luckily the company introduced me to a bone doctor who helped me with massage therapy.
