I'm just curious, when exactly does Twins contract with EEG end? And I'm actually anticipating the day that Twins finally split. Then maybe Gillian can go to a different company, a company that puts her first. EEG is just really disappointing.

I'm not sure as well. Wasn't it 2007 though? Anyways, I'm excited, I really do want to see Gillian go solo. I really do hope that EEG will not be stupid and freeze Gil though. She has so many fans that are more than willing to support her.

Like Gill#1Fan said, I've heard that each of Gillian's and Charlene's contracts to EEG are at least 10 years, yet I've heard that out of Gillian and Charlene, one of the contracts expire earlier than the other. As for Twins as a whole, I've read from a news article expressing that most, if not all, contracts signed in the name of 'Twins' expire by 2007. So I'm guessing Gillian and Charlene each had to sign two contracts with EEG, one individually as an EEG artiste, and another to form Twins. Maybe it'd be nice if Gillian's individual contract is the one that expires first, then she'd be able to find another company to receive some fairness and equality and enjoy a solo spotlight before she decides to withdraw from the ET industry entirely.

Ten years? I should have guessed. That's what most compaines do, especially EEG. They don't promote you for nothing. Once you hit it big they want to make sure you don't go away. -.- Well then, I guess I can only hope that Gillian's contract is the first to expire! xD

Yeah that what I read at another forum too. That Twins contract expires in 2007, thats why theres a big chance of them splitting next year. Even so, Gillian still has 3 more years with EEG...and as a solo? I'm even afraid now because you'll never know what EEG will do to Gillian. They could just leave her in EEG without any promotion or anything! But I doubt that because EEG wants money and Gillian fans will give money for Gillian stuff.

If Twins do split by the end of this year then Gillian would go solo for the rest of her contract years with EEG. For the rest of those years to come if EEG doesn't freeze Gillian then by going solo Gillian could gain more experience and more comfident in interview and live performence.

It really sums down to whether the contracts are renewed or not, and if so, which ones are renewed. EEG does do bizarre things from time to time, and even issues that lead to their own loss. You see, even when they freeze an artiste, the artiste is still paid a minimum salary that was promised to them from the contract they signed to become an artiste of theirs, but they just won't get any extra profit because they're in the freezer. If EEG is the least bit sensible, they wouldn't put the name built up for Gillian from all these years to waste; even if her promotions aren't as much as others, she could still be promoted to some extent of making extra income. I mean, doesn't it sound dumb to you if a company decides to throw someone who has popularity and a good fanbase in the freezer when the artiste could definitely make something big if the right promotions are given? Then again, EEG is unpredictable. Instead of seeing Gillian as an artiste of potential, they could just see the threatening aspects of her and decide to throw her in the freezer. Who knows really? The answer lies in the future?

Twins is a nice group, but when only one twin is getting the benefits, then uh no. I hope they split really soon. There's no gaurentees that Gillian will be heavily promoted, and I highly doubt she would be, but I don't think EEG would be that stupid to put her in the freezer. Little promotion is better than no promotion and being a solo artist would be so much better than now. I really hope to hear an album that is purely Gillian. There shouldn't be any problems. Gillian does a have a solid fanbase, and that means money, so I don't see a reason for why EEG would let Gillian fall into the shadows later on in the future, or even now, but then of course, there is a someone who they want to bring to the top.

No that's not Gillian's dog. Gillian was in a Taiwanese game show and she has to find restrants with foods that start with certain words. The host led Gillian to a Doggie Cafe. It's where human and dogs can come in and eat together. Gillian was having fun eating with that dog. Oh yeah, in the show, Gillian showed the host which kind of dog she owned so yes Gillian has a cute dog. I don't know the english name of that kind of dog though

Hm, Gillian has been doing a lot of shopping lately? Perhaps, Edison-Gillian has been sneaking around together? Or perhaps, Gillian was warmly comforted by Edison and his affection, Gillian bid farewell to her cat peacefully lol. Sa could continue enjoying her spotlight in the acting arena whereas Gillian would be enjoying her time in the music industry, that will balance out. Oh how I dread the comparisons already! I finally watched Isabella twice, I have to say, Isabella is quite a decent actress considering she doesn't yet have too many roles under her belt yet. The film wasn't exciting, sort of slow paced but Isabella performed a pretty nice portrayal; I would love to see Isabella as a bigger character in Diary but perhaps not, or else there are no guarantees that the spotlight will remain constant on Sa if it doesn't slip away to Isabella first. Hopefully, Gillian will have 2-3 films next year, good ones too.

Yup, everyone in the ET industry knows that EEG has such a tight hold on Gillian for apparently no reason. If Andy already broke some minor barriers by kissing Gillian onstage, perhaps he can further continue doing that with an actual collaboration? I can't wait if that is the case. I would love to see Gillian in a full force psychotic university student, haunted by her victims, and lost but EEG would probably never allow that to happen. Beyond Our Ken was quite a unique black comedic film in comparison to those popular psychological horror thrillers and Gillian already received a nomination, if Gillian was to be granted an opportunity with the Pang Brothers, Gillian would have brought home the award itself from numerous award shows already with Abnormal Beauty. Hopefully, the Pang Brothers will strike EEG again in their request for Gillian and please this time around, EEG won't reject.

About Twins' contracts, I do hope as well that it will end soon so Gillian can go solo for once and for all. Underpromoted or not, being stuck in the freezer or not after Twins split, it's still better than being taken advantage of as a part of Twins. Gillian has already made enough income anyway, taking a very long break and making a successful return like all other EEG artists we are currently witnessing won't hurt, in another company that is. EEG is stupid. I bet, Nic might even be frozen too due to his public relationship now. EEG won't hesitate to freeze anyone who dates. Grace Yip was actually very popular and quite talented too but she was placed in the freezer so I'm not so sure about Gillian's large fanbase and money milking profits now, when EEG has enough power, money, and promotions to re-create another Gillian Chung or perhaps even a new pair of Twins. All of the previous artists EEG has frozen and now out of EEG making a comeback, were actually quite well known and talented but YET they weren't spared. Instead, EEG moved right along and created Twins, Yumiko, Don-Mandy, SunBoy'z, Kenny, Deep etc....so I'm really afraid for Gillian.

True. There's nothing wrong with the group of Twins, but it's the major imbalance of everything that's bothering us. When Gillian's only purpose is to support her partner and make up the other half of Twins while her partner receives all the benefits and opportunities, then there really is no reason for the group to remain. I know that Gillian and Charlene have built up a partnership through the five years that is well-accepted, but no one has the right to push Gillian in the shadows all the time. If they split, the girls won't have such a great impact on each other, and EEG wouldn't have such a big ambition to stalling Gillian so much. They could always develop in different areas, so it cuts down on the threatening feeling. I agree that little promotion is better than no promotion; hopefully, EEG will be willing to give the least bit of investment in Gillian. I look forward to an album based soley on Gillian as well.

That would be a good way for things to go. It could pave for the roads after the split as well. I hope there is a self-produced ballad of Gillian in the upcoming album, of which she can promote during Charlene's spotlight time in the acting industry. I wish things could be so perfect, and it can be balanced that way. Well, I guess for starters, we'd have to bet on it that there is a ballad in the album, and that list distributed earlier is fake? I don't know; we wanted the list for the the Mandarin album to be fake at first, but it turned out to be real. The film of 'Isabella' wasn't as interesting as BOK or as I thought it'd be, but it did make the viewers think about the plot, and that's what I like. I had to think for a bit after seeing the film to understand the ending. Isabella's performance was pretty good along with her chemistry with Chapman. She got nominated for 'Best Actress' for her role of Yan. With the looks of things, I really don't think Isabella has a big part in 'Diary'. The story does revolve around Charlene's character, and if the part gets any bigger for Isabella with a slightly interesting character, she may just steal the spotlight. Hey, it is possible. Wonder how EEG feels about even Isabella being able to pull off a nomination for 'Best Actress' before their beloved one?

Yep, Andy already chipped off some of the barriers of EEG by his on-stage kiss to Gillian, and Gillian accepted it as well. Hopefully, an on-screen one will be coming up. I'd want to see Gillian having more emotional scenes, ones of which being the viewers, we have to feel how her character feels from what she's sending to us with the performance. It's one of Gillian's best skills. Anything that's out of her typical roles from Twins films. Hopefully next year, Gillian could at least have two films, one with Andy and Karena and one with the Pang Brothers. One could be a big romance story while the other is a somewhat dark film with horrific aspects. Along with the films, Gillian could also work on a solo album. Ah, that would be my ideal year for Gillian. Hm, maybe the films would have to come after the album then. Gillian would really have to pay attention to her debut solo album if she wants to establish herself in singing after the split. If the quality of songs all go right, Gillian can finally show off her skills without being stuck in standard notes, then she could definitely mark a place for herself muscially and move along with film producing. Ah, if only that could happen, sounds a bit slim, doesn't it?

I just simply want the Twins contract to end, and Gillian can finally get on with her career with lessened biased treatments and lessened shadows for her to stand in. With no incidents occurring, beginning in 2007, it'll be Gillian's time to shine. Hopefully the remaining three years will be better for Gillian. Or she could shift over to another company? That's probably the best thing that can happen to Gillian. For the dating thing, maybe Nic won't be frozen; he was never frozen when he and Bondy Chiu were dating, yet Bondy was. I liked Bondy's singing, and I'm glad she's preparing for a comeback. It probably again sums down to how much EEG likes the artiste. Grace and Bondy weren't spared, yet Nic was. I don't know if Nic would be spared again since his image and popularity really went downhill. I've heard of how EEG is weakening with their powers because of their bad investments like signing a bunch of people but not promoting them, so they end up having to pay them anyway. They may not be able to be doing what they did to Grace back then nowadays. EEG is urgently needing to find a way to keep themselves on the ground; that's probably why they decided to bring Vincy out first before those girls like Gladys, Emily, and Kathy (I heard those girls weren't very talented with their singing skills yet from those who heard them sing at the Sun Boy'Z Launch Party.) HK is expecting more with talent from the risings of Janice and Justin. EEG doesn't have time to be rebuilding more artistes when they don't even really have enough to keep them going at the moment, so freezing Gillian, meaning losing another artiste, would be a step closer to suicide of their company. Gillian, on the other hand, could always make a comeback with another company. Who has the bigger loss here? Then again, EEG is stupid, so they could be committing suicide without knowing it themselves. Anyway, I still think EEG forming another female group would mean something about the future of Twins. Would a company really want more than one of pop group of the same gender and the similar image to be existing under their management? So, that's another reason for us to believe that Twins may be splitting in the near future.

I could care less about the gibberish people write or say to make their idol sound better. Within a year or two, I may be working somewhere in Hong Kong, perhaps then, I can fully and directly support Gillian. I initially had no problem with Twins up until the news of Twins splitting, Sa going solo, and Gillian reforming a new Twins that irritated me last year. It's already bad enough that Gillian is being underpromoted in the acting industry, if Gillian loses out in the music industry as well, what else is there for Gillian in the ET industry? Gillian has become quite a promising actress just within these past few films; the Hong Kong film industry really needs to pick up their pace again with fresh new films and underpromoted yet talented young individuals like Gillian but the main industry I support Gillian in is music. I believe, the Hong Kong music industry definitely needs a unique voice like Gillian's to mend the past disappointments Hong Kong has confronted with. I'm dying to hear an emotional ballad from Gillian; I know for a fact, it'll be remarkably sensational, refreshing, and hot, enough to help the Hong Kong music industry get out of its depressing phase of talentless artists. I'm sure, Gillian will surprise her haters out there too when she performs it live, beautifully. I mean, almost everyone assumed that the live duet of Conscious Discovery was going to be horrible but turned out, both Kenny and Gillian were wonderful!

God, I pray, the album track list for this upcoming Cantonese album is fake. Hopefully, there will be a Gillian solo ballad, self-produced for all of us to enjoy and for the very first time, just like Gillian's live duet performance, Gillian's solo ballad will be plugged, for awards and other great stuff. I mean, EEG has to start somewhere right? Mind as well begin promoting Gillian solo as a singer because they're obviously promoting Sa solo in high budget films already. If it is true that Twins' contract ends around 2007, the split is nearing; I'm anxious and so excited at the same time. Even if Gillian isn't as promoted solo, at least she's free from the pressure of being a part of Twins but as the disadvantaged one but then again, Gillian will be pounded for being the unsuccessful Twin. Boy, either way, Gillian is destined for criticisms, comparisons, and cruel remarks from certain fans and the media. Gosh, I just really really pray that EEG would finally cherish Gillian and promote her in the music industry, that way, Gillian can help them as they help her. Isabella is quite something alright. Isabella may even have an opportunity to win as Best Actress as her film with Rainie releases and competes in the awards. For some reason, I support Isabella as an actress, not a singer lol. Aw, I wish to see Isabella more in Diary. Isabella's facial features are sharp and mature, her presence suits those psychological/horror genres moreso than Sa because even though Sa's Diary photos are quite convincing as well but Sa still has that touch of cuteness or perhaps it's just me lol. Anyway, despite everything, Diary seems like a decent production so far.

Gosh, Mr. Andy better keep his promise and begin filming late this year or next year. The only reason why I'm clinging onto Andy so much is because he's one powerful man in Hong Kong, he can surely help break a lot of barriers for Gillian and plus, seems like Andy has been the only public person currently who has requested Gillian for a collaboration; of course, there are other directors who wish to feature Gillian but Andy is the main one at this moment. Yup, I'm hoping to see Andy-Gillian-Karena together and then a Pang Brothers Production as well since the Pang Brothers requested Gillian way ahead before they moved onto Sa after the rejection. After filming, Gillian can record and release her solo debut album. We should definitely be her personal managers lol. Or Gillian can release her debut album as she feature some really sorrowful ballads in the love film with Andy? Anyway, it doesn't hurt to hope. Anything can happen!

The final three years of Gillian's contract with EEG still remains a mystery and all speculations so far. Grace was frozen by EEG for such a long time. It's not even funny. As for Nic, I guess, Nic wouldn't mind it so much if he was thrown into the freezer for dating Ceci since Nic has stated that he wants to settle down now and doesn't care if his career was to crumble. Seems like Nic is prepared? Yup, it all sums down to how much EEG favors a particular artist and we all know, EEG absolutely has no support for Gillian. If EEG is planning to promote all of those new female artists, I'm not sure if there would be enough promotions left for Gillian considering that Gillian is actually last on their priority list, look at how much Mani praises the semi-new youngster Isabella and Vincy when Gillian has always been quite successful solo as well but no strong praises have been shared from EEG. Gillian does have importance but for some reason, EEG has never really felt the need to keep Gillian visible anyway. I just hope at least one executive will bud in and support Gillian; I'm sure there a few individuals in the EEG management group that believes in Gillian and are willing to invest time, work, and promotions. Gillian, Aja!

Wow, working in HK? The working and living conditions are so different from overseas though, it's going to take a bit getting used to. Anyway, I agree of how irritating the idea of Gillian reforming Twins is. What gives them the right to degrade Gillian like that when she doesn't deserve it? But I guess we see how it is; it's like that chinese saying, if one wishes to add on penalities to another, then there aren't worries of not finding a reason. I worry that for all that we know, EEG's reasons could be as stupid as that previous article, and we can do nothing about it. I know; the only thing that Gillian has been keeping up with is her musical career, and that's because it's the Twins area. I can't bear to see Gillian lose out in the music industry, for I fully support her in singing. Gillian's voice is naturally unique and versatile, and with more training, she could really contribute to HK's music industry, which is indeed facing a downhill right now. Even though Gillian has gotten to be promising with her acting as well, there really seems to be not left for her to do in acting because that area has obviously been reserved. The music industry is harder to establish a place in, but I'm sure Gillian will be able to accept and overcome her obstacles with her persistance. Her singing can really be something big, if given the chances. In that performance of 'Conscience Discovery', Kenny and Gillian definitely showed that pretty faces can be sing well and have talent; it really proved many people who decided they were bad singers wrong.

Hopefully, a solo song of Gillian's could be plugged while Charlene's being highly invested in films. EEG needs to plan ahead if the splitting is happening in 2007. Come on, if Gillian manages to snatch a few music awards with her solo song at the end of the year while Charlene gets a nomination, recognition, or perhaps the award in acting, then EEG will have a big and logical reason for the split, and even those bizarre ones could see that fact. I know; why can't EEG see that if they promote Gillian properly in the music industry, it's going to be a win-win situation for everyone? 1) Money making. 2) Another candidate for awards. 3) Gillian won't be as much as threat. 4) EEG will be known to have more talent. 5) We, fans, won't be around here rambling about biasedness; I think we've had enough? Yeah, I think Isabella may have better luck next year with her film with Rainie; Zhou Xun has been so recognized for 'Perhaps Love' that I think she'll be the one to get it. I support Isabella as an actress rather than a singer as well; her acting is convincing while her singing is really something that I'd pass on. It seems that Isabella's singing really has to depend on her songs, like find a song with a catchy and easy tune, and she'll be alright, but I don't think she's really the type of singer who has the magic touch to enlighten something up with skills. I agree of how Isabella does have the eerie touch on her for those genres; now I really want to see more of her in 'Diary', though I think the chance is a bit slim. Afterwards, she could concentrate on her debut solo album. After the promotions of the album, she could a collaboration with the Pang Brothers as the film with Andy comes to releasing! Ha, my ideal plans. It really doesn't hurt to hope!

Yes, it's our ideal predictions that EEG won't point Gillian to the freezer. I seriously don't see a reason to, but I've never doubted EEG's cruelty. Hopefully, Gillian won't become a second Grace. At least Grace is making a comeback, hopefully she succeeds. It wouldn't be such a bad thing if Nic is serious to Ceci this time with his declarations; he caused her so misery last time, hopefully they'll have a somewhat happy ending. EEG may not have support for Gillian, but they've got to believe that Gillian is worthy and important, as much as they wish to deny it. Those female artistes are forming a pop group, so there isn't that much of an impact among promotions. Perhaps Gillian could squeeze in infront of those three girls, but other than that, she and Steven stand right behind everyone else, even Vincy. Isabella isn't that much of a youngster to EEG, do remember that she was a part of EEG since she was thirteen but was introduced to the public three years later. Haven’t been in here awhile, but just saw that article posted by someone above. That writer is so harsh against Gillian! Gillian’s very talented and smart in her own way. She’s great with martial arts and very flexible, and I think she’s very hard working!

I think Gillian would do fine singing solo. All she needs is good songs and more practice. Though I still hope to see Gillian act more, preferably in drama movies but she would do fine with martial arts. I just watched the part where she went under the stick on Alan’s show, and she amazed me lol. The girl is so flexible!

The director said that he really anticipates to give films of something different for her to do. He also hopes for some romance/emotional scenes because he thinks she handles them very well, and her facial expressions are very emotional. He also mentioned that both Charlene and Gillian are quite smart, but in different ways; Charlene is more of a witty kind of smart with more straightforward and simple thinking while Gillian is more of an intellectual kind of smart, as in taking more time to run things through her mind.

Yep, they kissed after Joey's 'Show Up!' concert. You know how singers have a mini celebration after holding the concert? Gillian was there since she was a guest perfomer along with Charlene, Kenny, and Steven; she suggested for her and Joey to kiss for the celebration. I'm a bit bored of the States, I guess, I'll try living outside of the States for once and experience life outside the box lol. I know, Hong Kong is quite a tough place to breath in, my cousin was offered a pretty decent business position in one of the highest paid corporations in Hong Kong, after a year, she rushed back home due to being home sick and broke her contract of two years. My sister is dating a Taiwanese so she may relocate there, as for me, I want to reside by myself or with a few close friends in Hong Kong. I'm not sure yet either. Anyway, back to Gillian, if Gillian receives the proper training and time to practice performing live, I'm sure Gillian's voice will turn out even better than what we've been watching and hearing. I have to applaud Gillian for singing so beautifully with such little practice. I just hope that since Gillian has no films for the remainder of this year, Gillian will shine elsewhere, the music industry with her solo ballad in the upcoming album. Hopefully, the solo ballad will be like Kite and Wind, emotionally sweet yet addictive and for once, EEG will plug that solo to jumpstart Gillian's solo career.

I completely agree with all of the reasons you listed. Twins' contract is nearing an end sooner or later, EEG better jump on the bandwagon and begin promoting each Twin in each direction. It would be great to see both Twins achieve success in each industry, Gillian with her solo ballad and Sa with her film role, that way, there would be no direct comparisons because music and acting are obviously two separate things. If only EEG would pay attention to this thread of suggestions. Perhaps Isabella is only making a guest appearance in Diary afterall, like you've said, it seemed as if Isabella was doing her own thing in Hong Kong even during the filming of Diary. It's so pathetic at times; it's too obvious on which artists EEG loves, promotes, and fully supports. Isabella is relatively a new actress and has already received an opportunity to work in such a high profile film with Zhou Xun alongside being the lead for an EMG production in Bug Me Not. Gillian has been acting as minor petty roles ever since the beginning, never been a lead in an EMG production (which is actually the sister company of her own mangement company, EEG), never been featured into an All-Star cast, and has now been prohibited to film period. I wouldn't be complaining so much if I actually saw more promotions on Gillian's behalf in the music industry at least. Gosh, just begin Gillian's solo music career already, argh.

Hopefully, Andy's intentions of inviting Gillian are sincere and worth while. Haha, so much for Donnie's nice explanation of how Gillian was the slow one. I never really thought Donnie was that nice anyway especially when before discussing about Twins martial arts abilities, he integrated Twins' abilities with their beauty (Sa the cuter one, Gillian the prettier Twin), he just falls right into the typical stereotype of how pretty girls aren't as quick and as talented. And call me as a grudge holder but Donnie's pre-judgment does determine his perception in a lot of things so I wasn't that surprised when I heard Donnie say that about Gillian. But Twins just released an album like that, Such A Better Day. I don't know but this CD/album looks fake. Um, the two last photos, the way how they blended in the photos looks a bit fake to me; I would think professional work is better but I could be wrong.

I think that cd is fake, because all the tracks are based on their old cd names, not all of those names are real songs, so I doubt that's their upcoming cd. And those pictures are from the TVB version of their music video of the Summer Vacation song.

And the clip that was posted up of Twins in those swimsuits, I think that may be the place where Twins shot the EEG version of the Summer Vacation music video. This little clip reminds me of the videos that Twins took when they were making their first music video at the beach and when Twins went to Malaysia for their photobook.

And hopefully, the ideas that you guys suggest do happen, whether or not all of them do, at least they let Gillian pursue the singing career instead of freezing her. And let's say that if Twins DO split in 2007, hopefully that when they have Charlene go into the acting area, that they don't have her do both fully, singing and acting. Like having a few movies and releasing a cd. Because if they were to fully promote her in both areas, then Gillian would be 'harming' Charlene in the singing area, so therefore, they wouldn't be promoting Gillian.

Yesterday, Twins, being the 'seniors', led Vincy Chan, Mandy Chiang, Don Li, and Sun Boy'z to host the grand opening of HMV; it attracted a great amount of citizens. When asked about investing in albums, Charlene expressed that she thought about investing 20,000HK$. She also tried to use the places to put on casts to see if hair will grow out, but no one was willing to be tested on. "There was a year of when Ekin and I were filming together, and we found that the areas after having a cast on is still able to grow hairs, so we wanted people to try it. If it works, then we can make a product of a hair growing hat, but no one would try it!" Then the reporters suggested for Charlene to get Justin to try it, and Gillian expressed, "It's really sensitive to do that." Gillian then said that she had been thinking to open a shop to sell soup, but she feels that the name, 'Gillian's Delicious Soup', is a bit old-fashioned. Other than that, Vincy wore a dress which showed her nice body figure. It's pretty bold of you to decide of getting out of your comfort zone and trying new living conditions. Things sound so hard in HK. My cousin, who resides in HK, expressed that it feels like absolute luxury in Canada when she came to visit me. When she told me about how her working conditions were in HK, I felt like I could never cope with it. According to my cousin, the working hours could go for much longer than scheduled, and you'd have a large chance of completing tasks that are outside of what your job position. All of Gillians' past solos/duets tend to be very addictive, but the magic only rubs off after listening to it for a few times. Aiming at those who won't give her a second chance, she needs a solo that will get one hooked immediately. Along with that, she'll need chances to sing her solo live because live performances do Gillian's singing much more justice than CD versions. Promotion for each direction for each Twin should start soon, if not immediately. I'd hope for both Charlene and Gillian to receive success in the two distinct areas so that no comparisions will raise, but rather where each's potential lies. Definitely not saying that Gillian's acting and Charlene's singing isn't worthy, but these paths are really what's left for them. Hopefully, the Twins film will be done soon; that way, Charlene can get to the promotions of her film while Gillian could be doing some serious training with her singing and hopefully releasing her solo ballad to promote her solo singing. Uh huh, it'd be great if EEG would visit these threads to look out for extra opinions and views on things. It's true that going two distinct paths is the only way out on the comparisions and biasedness. It could also cut down on the bashings of the two sides with no comparisions existing. Some peace and quiet among the two groups of fans would greatly be appreciated.

Perhaps Isabella's participation in 'Diary' is only aiming at her name. You know, when they advertise this film, they are then able to print on something like 'Best Actress Nominee - Isabella Leong' to pull in any extra viewers, even if her actual screentime is a small proportion. All those advertising tactics. Yeah, you know who's favoured when with EEG. Gillian's beginning spot for the acting industry was seriously at rock bottom; a small role in a rubbish film. One could only be noticed with a small role if the film actually had a decent plot. Like with Michelle Ye, she got nominated even though her screentime was about ten minutes of the film, but that film actually had a storyline+plot. For Gillian, that's an absolutely different story, as if someone could get nominated from a film like U-Man. :thumbsdown Exactly, I could almost promise that we could all just zip it if we see promotions coming Gillian's way in the music industry even if her acting area is in a bit of a freeze. Actually, I personally wouldn't mind that much if Gillian has a short halt for acting if she really is being geared for singing.

Yes, if Gillian is going to be prohibited of filming to spare the path for another, then I at least hope that she'll be able to receive some grand opportunities before her temporary end of filming. It could possibly go on until Charlene receives some major recognition for her acting. I somewhat feel that Andy has an ambition to break the barriers for Gillian, just for his minor embarassment earlier of rejection by Gillian because of EEG's restrictions. Hopefully, his ideas are going to be really different, and the TTE director will be able to catch view of something different from Gillian. It'd be best if it's a romance film with many emotional scenes in store for Gillian. A duet with Andy would be so awesome; it could surely launch a lot of popularity if the song has a catchy tune. Gillian's voice could surely adapt to Andy's with its versatility. It'd be like killing two birds with one stone; Gillian gets her wish of collaborating with Andy while working on her singing career. There may be difficulty of a duet since they're from different record companies though; I remember there was a time of when Andy and Leon weren't allowed to officially record a song together because of the conflicts of their contracts from different record companies. Anyway, exploring a bizarre world of acting with the Pang Brothers sounds good as well; it'd really be a chance for Gillian to jump out of the box.

Uh huh, if there's a problem with a Gillian+Andy duet, then we'll be quite fine with a Gillian+Joey duet. There definitely won't be any contract conflicts with that combination. We'll also get to see Gillian and Joey hang around together more; that's doing them a favour of letting them hang out while working! I really want to hear that combination! I'd like to hear of how the voices blend, or how Gillian's voice will adapt to a female partner other than Charlene. Better yet, Gillian gets to jump out of the comfort zone and explore vibratos and other pitches! Definitely supporting that idea right now! Gillian would definitely be a step closer to proving herself of success if a duet with Joey worked out.

Donnie now knows what Gillian is capable of, and it just shows how wrong he was to pre-judge people. Well, Donnie is a human being too, even though that we usually would think that respected individuals like himself would be more general with how he sees things, but we can't really blame him for stereotyping.

Yep, I bet Gillian loves going to functions with Vincy. They are about the same height; actually, I believe Gillian is actually a bit taller. I remember reading that Vincy is five feet two, and as far as we know, Gillian is five feet three? They both have heels on in the above photo, so I can't really tell. Anyway, Gillian must feel a lot more comfortable now that Vincy's around. I know I would. Gillian should find more chances of standing by Vincy more, so they'll be in together if there's any criticizing of height going around.

I hope EEG doesn't plan for Charlene to do both areas either. That would practically mean that Gillian still isn't able to rid herself of the biasedness because she'll still be placed behind the first priority; whereas, if the two of them go separate distinctively, Gillian would have a chance of receiving better treatment. I remember reading a magazine which suggested a plan of EEG's was to let Charlene do both while Gillian concentrates on films. It felt so ridiculous when I read that because I was thinking of what exactly does Gillian have to concentrate on. Films were never really Gillian's thing, even with her potential in acting, because that area has pretty much been reserved for someone else. The only thing that Gillian's actually geared for is singing, and I don't know about you guys, but I seriously prefer Charlene's acting over her singing. Anyway, I just hope our predictions will be somewhat correct. My biggest priority is Gillian won't be seen as such a threat, therefore promoting her won't feel like such a hard task for EEG.
