Gillian is scared that they have more private pictures of her.. that they would upload everything on the internet.. she is afterall, a girl... I really want to watch the news clip too... there's also an interview of Gillian and reading from the people who've seen it, they said that Gillian was crying throughout the interview... =( I wanted to cry just reading how the people described the interview...

THOSE REPORTERS HAVE STOOPED SO LOW! Reporters these days have no respect for an artist, constantly following a celebrity is annoying enough, but now taking pictures of them CHANGING? That is just WRONG! These reporters have no conscience in them to even take such pictures and to even expose them to the rest of the world? That's just ...!!! Urgh, I can't even find the right word for it! That reporter/photographer better not have posted any more pictures in that magazine. Hopefully, Gillian can file a lawsuit or something against the person, and get an open apology and go to jail.

Also, does anybody know if that magazine is owned/published by EEG? I know that there's a tabloid like this that EEG owns/publishes because once there was a magazine/tabloid (the kind of has gossip all over the front page and the rest of the pages inside the magazine) about Janice and Jill. It was talking sh*t about them about partying and some other stuff. And the people at this forum that it was posted on said that the magazine was published by EEG, and that EEG was doing that to 'defame' Janice and Jill, which it didn't really work. And let's say that if this IS a magazine that EEG publishes, than that is the lowest that EEG can stoop to! I would have never thought of them going this low, and to do something like this to their own artist. I mean, I know that they don't place Gillian as their number one priority, but that doesn't mean that they should do something like this! So HOPEFULLY, this magazine isn't published by EEG, or else EEG CAN GO TO HELL!

I can see why Gillian is crying so hard about this issue, and hopefully, something can be done about it to stop it from publishing and to get something done about that dumbass reporter.

Okay, after watching the news interview on Gillian about this issue, I don't think it's EEG. Hopefully, they can find the culprit and do something about it.

This is so outrageous! Why does the media have to do this artistes?! Filming someone changing is way overboard! Gillian is there in Malaysia, hoping to put on a good show, and the paparrazi are there invading her privacy?! Hopefully, EEG can just sue that magazine so that it can completely close down. That magazine has never reported anything good anyways. I just don't want Gillian to be feeling so bad. Seeing her cry, it's painful, especially when it isn't even her fault. This is absolutely horrible! I hope that petition is going to get seen seriously, for Gillian's sake and everyone else's. Hope Gillian will see the support she has; if Gillian's emotions get any worse, I swear I'll be cursing that tabloid every day of my life.

It's a Hong Kong magazine, but the photos were taken in Malaysia.

I just read the news posted by purple bell. I don't get something. If the rest of the girls are left behind in the changing room, why is it just Gillian that got filmed? Not that I hope the others got their pictures token but it really doesn't make sense. Maybe, I am just being too suspcious of how it happened.

I hope this won't leave too deep of an emotional scar to Gillian.

It was explained in an interview; it's because the camera was hidden in a closet, and Gillian happened to be changing right beside it, being why Gillian is the only one caught on film. Charlene explained that because of that, Gillian ended up covering her, so the tabloid didn't get any photos of her.

I just read online that the entertainment department of the government in HK has already received 12 complaints about that tabloid 《壹本便利》 since the cover of Gillian was published. The government is deciding whether they will take the issue to court or not at the moment.

OMG! Watching the beginning of the interview is already making me sad! Watching Gill cry is even worst! I feel soo bad, and want to cry as well! Damn these reporters are soooo crazy! It's just a freaken job damn! It doesn't mean to dispect people!! Fudge!!!

Camera hidden in a closet? Which indicates, this reporter knew exactly where to target Twins, Gillian for that matter? Hm, sounds so fishy. This reporter was able to stick this camera inside the closet and retrieve it back after Gillian had changed and gone out, seems like an inside thing. I swear, better not be EEG behind all of this, which could gear in any direction. Just when things were beginning to turn for Gillian, the worst of the worst happens. I seriously cried along with Gillian while watching that clip and reading the news Little_Purple_Bell posted; it's beyond tears, it was too painful watching Gillian cry until her eyes were bulging red.

Even if EEG isn't behind all of this scandal, hopefully, EEG won't rub it in Gillian's face by throwing her into the freezer later on as this case drags on. I just can't help but ponder, why now? All of a sudden, right before when Twins are about to split in 2007 (their contracts as Twins), Gillian heading solo in the music industry, and Sa in the acting industry, Andy Lau's film invitation, Gillian's almost released serial, and Gillian's upcoming solo in Twins' Cantonese album, everything has crumbled down with a few ill photos in a matter of seconds. I'm sure Gillian will fully recover, though there will always be scars and old wounds, but I'm certain that Gillian Chung is a strong enough woman to endure this type of situation successfully and perhaps someday laugh at this but the thing I'm most afraid is how this scandal has tainted Gillian's career. Being wide aware how EEG treats Gillian, I'm not so sure about Gillian's future, even though, of course, as we all understand, Gillian could have done nothing to save herself from this insane sabotage but will EEG sympathize? That's the ultimate question.

I can only pray that all fans and I mean all fans of all HK artists will support Gillian in this trial against these inhumane reporters and individuals who seek to pull artists down with such ugly tactics.

WTF is wrong with people these days? It seems like alotta bad things are happening to Gillian this year. First that stupid article (I went back a few pages and read it. Now I'm outraged!) and now this stupid, perverted and disrespectful picture of Gill is published. I don't know how the Owner of this magazine can approve to this. I mean, how can he/she live up to this? And that's just the owner/boss/editor in chief. The reporter should go to HELL! That's just plain mean and rude. How would that person feel if someone took pictures of he/she changing?

Poor Gillian! Seeing those pics of Gillian crying is just so sad. Luckily she has good friends around her. I'm sure Joey, Kenny and Steven will come to the rescue and brighten up her day. Hm, I'm a bit confused, need a teeny clarification; was Gillian completely changing everything or just her bra/top; I mean, Gillian's top was the only portion exposed or was it both? Aiya. Shawn, to me seems like he disappeared. Haven't seen him for awhile. Only publicity he's gotten was from Dragon Tiger Gate but that's awhile back.

　　(星島日報報道)Twins上周在馬來西亞演唱會發生後台泄春光事件，阿嬌慘被偷拍更衣露Bra艷照，雖然英皇聲言正聽取法律意見，以決定是否採取行動為阿嬌討回公道，不過阿嬌昨日仍不停傷心痛哭，擔心遭人於網上公開片段。

　　Twins正身在深圳拍攝新片《雙子神偷》，就某雜誌刊登了阿嬌於大馬雲頂演唱會後台遭偷拍的照片，昨日黃昏抽空見記者時，受害人阿嬌聲淚俱下連聲大叫好慘，拍檔阿Sa亦氣憤地不停搭阿嬌的膊頭安慰，斥責此風不可再。

　　一臉疲態的阿嬌昨日甫見記者即大呼很慘，隨即湧出眼淚，邊飲泣邊說不知何解會被偷拍，當日後台的更衣室是一間實心實牆的房間，並且只供藝人換衫，才會放心更衣。從拍攝角

度猜測，該處是擺放道具和戲服的入牆櫃，加上更衣時有兩名女仔幫她以布包圍，估計亦因此相片只刊登上身，故不排除是利用針孔攝影機拍攝。

Yeah, this is the same link CathyW provided but thanks again. Hm, it seems as though the camera only caught Gillian's top though; I mean, the picture in the magazine showed the camera peeking through a hole, the black circle shape around Gillian's figure so I'm sure, the hidden camera wasn't able to move by itself, camcording all of Gillian from top to bottom? Unless, it was a really good camera that can move back and forth or perhaps someone was present in the closet to move the camera around, getting all of Gillian? Gosh, this is confusing. Since this incident already happened, I just hope for the better in that only Gillian's top was exposed and nothing else below her waist. An exposed top should be bearable than the rest.

I'm sure Nic will have his say alongside Joey, all of EEG would be interviewed about their fellow Gillian. I just hope Edison would come out to defend Gillian like always; even though there's not much romance between Edison-Gillian anymore, it doesn't hurt to defend a friend and stand up for something morally.

If I'm not wrong the magazine is already published. And newspaper already got pictures of Gillian crying over this issue, and the interview I think? Well I know it's gonna be all over newspaper tomorrow because on the SingTao site, it's on front page.

Even Gillian feels that it's a planned action; that's what she said in the interview. It's also been mentioned that the camera used could've been a pinhole camera; therefore, it wasn't noticed. The closet also had a bunch of stuff in it as well. Gillian doesn't deserve this. I really hope Mani will help Gillian out on this one. It's like a dagger pointing at each fan's heart seeing Gillian cry her eyes out. This issue has already been reported to the government, so hopefully things can be justified.


Well, this magazine has always been known to be publishing disgusting things. The cover is always something awful and negative. That's why I'm not surprised that this is approved. I think this is the same magazine which published Janice kissing with her ex, Gordon. In the end, the readers of this tabloid mostly do read it for the perverted stuff. I know that reporters have their jobs too, but can't they step into the other person's shoes for once? Would they really want photos of them changing published?

Gillian expressed that her helpers had a cloth around the lower part of her body, and she did have tape around her chest area. Mani said that Gillian told her that she was changing out of everything, but with the cloth there, they probably didn't catch the lower part of her body. Gillian herself is still worried that they somehow did because she really doesn't know how long the camera was there and what it caught, and it also won't be looking all that great even if the tape is there. The magazine cover used a photo of her changing out of her bra. I hope all that's published is all they've got. Please don't tell me that they have more on their hands. I really hope they don't have any clips of it that they can upload.

I hope to see EEG support Gillian through this as well. Mani is pretty supportive of Gillian for this issue. She is starting up all the legal actions for this issue. Hopefully, they'll be able to get the magazine to officially apologize to Gillian and shut their magazine down for a good period of time.

I hope to hear responses about this issue by people like Edison, Nic, and Stephen because they're really outspoken and straightforward, so I think they could really say something on Gillian's behalf.

Yes, for the moment, only pictures of Gillian changing out of her bra are published. Gillian is just worried that they could've gotten more than what they're showing because she really doesn't know what and how long they've been filming. I'm not sure if the tabloid got a clip or did they only get photos.

Now that you said that, I'm scared for Gillian if they took any other photos. Gosh people! So..preverted!!! I also hope that EEG will support Gillian in this too. When Twins were in Malaysia for their concert, Gillian Chung was sadly filmed while changing, revealing her bra. Even though EEG has already claimed to be asking for legal advice to decide of taking legal actions to retrieve Gillian's justice, Gillian was still crying painfully yesterday because she is worried that clips could be uploaded online.

Twins are currently in ShenZhen filming 'Let's Steal Together' while a tabloid published photos of Gillian changing in Malaysia. Yesterday evening, Twins took time off to meet up with the reporters. The victim, Gillian, burst out in tears, expressing that it's awful. Her partner, Charlene Choi, also expressed anger and consoled Gillian by putting her arm around her; she expressed that this cannot go on.

Looking extremely worn out, Gillian expressed to the reporters that this is an awful issue. Then as she burst in tears, she said that she doesn't know how these photos were taken because the changing room was definitely a solid room. Its main purpose is to let artistes change; that's why they were okay with changing there. From the angle of the photos, the camera should be located in the closet which contained the concert outfits and props. There were also two girls helping Gillian use a cloth to cover herself with, so we are guessing that is why the photos are only with the upper part of Gillian's body. There's also a high possibility that the photos were taken with a pinhole camera.

Gillian continued that even though she did have underpants on along with nipple petals taped on her upper body, and she also changed piece by piece, but she doesn't know how long the camera's been going on for and what was filmed on it, so she is worried that it could be uploaded online. Because even if there are nipple petals there, it'll still look like she has nothing on. EEG has also passed on the published photos to a lawyer, hoping that no more artistes will be hurt. Gillian started crying again afterwards, expressing that this issue has one word to it: miserable. She said that being an artiste has extreme pressure, especially female artistes; it's an awful experience, and she believes that it's a planned action, so it's hard for them to avoid it.

Charlene expressed that she was standing on Gillian's left side when changing that day, so she may have been covered and hasn't become a second victim. With a serious expression, she expressed that it's an illegal action, "We're not here to sell our skin; we've been very preserving and careful. If we were the ones who didn't wear something underneath and was filmed on-stage, then it can be counted as our fault, and we can't say anything about it, but changing is very private. This atmosphere is bad, so I hope none of this will happen again."

Also, Mani Fok expressed that in HK, they definitely will send out a legal warning letter to that tabloid; she has also contacted a lawyer in Malaysia to see if they can take legal action, hoping everyone will take a good look at this problem. These actions will cause psychological damages to artistes. Mani expressed that artistes under EEG's management have always been very careful. Females have the name of 'Tape Queens'. Twins even clean up their own garbage and take it with them when they work outside of HK and live in a hotel to avoid anyone digging up their garbage.




I want to hear more people defending Gillian as well. Miriam did, for starters. I'm sure those who have worked with Gillian before would be more than willing to show their support for her. Even though Gillian has said that many of her friends have already called her or sent her a SMS for consolation, but having the media to spread the word could have a bigger impact on this issue; it could make the government do something about it. Having Edison say something out could actually be pretty good; you know, he's pretty blunt, and sometimes having a blunt person say something truthful out could really make someone feel better. This issue is outrageous, so I'd say we're bound to hear more of this.


No kidding. I was so happy to know that the performance went well in Malaysia, but who could've guessed that there is something so much worse that happened behind the great performance? Even though the tabloid has been known to be perverted and negative, but I'm so angry with their wording. They put words in like 'changing with the door open' and 'letting everyone see'. Gillian was really angry at those quotes as well because the room was solid, the door wasn't open, and there were helpers covering her.

If the government takes it to court, the whole magazine itself could be stopped from being published for a period of time. Unfortunately, it seems unlikely for the magazine to be stopped for good. Even with Carina Lau's issue, they were only able to stop the tabloid from being published for about two years, and Carina's issue was much worse.

Oh, then hope this magazine get's shut down for life! It's just disgusting and you'll never know in the future if anything happens like this again to someone else *touch wood*. What happened with Carina Lau?

This definitely is a disgusting magazine. Personally, it's absolutely sickening when you look at any cover of this magazine. Those interested in pornography would certainly be interested in this magazine though.

Carina Lau had been kidnapped and raped before; photos of her bare body were taken by the crooks and a magazine had published those photos. Carina ended up suing the magazine, and it was stopped for a bit. It's absolutely awful to see that magazine up and running again. I highly doubt that this magazine with Gillian's photos could be shut down for life, even though I really want it to be. Getting it shut down for about a year would probably be the most they can do.

Things are really starting to get noticed with this issue. RTHK was reporting on it. They said that there are many people who are complaining of this magazine going against morality, and they're even yelling at the boss of this magazine. This issue with Gillian is getting big because of the complaints that are received all over and Mani's claim to sue. 'Easyfinder' most likely won't be let off the hook easily!

EDIT: Urgh, I just got the info from someone who heard on the radio that they might not be able to sue the magazine because apparently 'secretly filming' isn't breaking the law. That's so crappy! They're still invading Gillian's privacy, majorly! I hope they'll find someway to sue them.

That's gay how 'secretly filming' isn't against the law, even though I can see why, but since that person posted pictures up, can't they get into trouble for that? Since it will be seen as trespassing someone's privacy. Also, I don't know if the things in this TVB series is true or not, but in Love Guranteed, when this guy couldn't 'do it' anymore after this incident, he was able to file a lawsuit against the company that made him become like that because it caused him psychological problems that made him have to go see a doctor, so wouldn't Gillian be able to sue them? Seeing how this definitely can harm her psychologically. Because after this, Gillian may not feel comfortable to perform or even feel comfortable in her own home. Because I remember Justin Lo got pictures taken of him at his own house! So with this incident, Gillian really can be traumatized to where she won't even trust her own house in being safe enough to change.

Let's just hope and pray that Gillian can get back the justice that she deserves from this magazine and reporter. The Television and Entertainment Licensing Authority has received over 100 complaints in one day against Easyfinder, a weekly magazine of the Next Media group, over the publication of a photo which shows a member of the pop music group changing her clothes. The Board says it'll look into the complaints. A media concern group, the Society for Truth and Light, has criticised the magazine saying the publication infringed on personal privacy.
