Using the phrase of 'complete opposite matches' to describe Twins has no fault to it at all. Charlene loves to talk and loves to whine while Gillian likes to keep quiet whenever something goes wrong, burdening it all on herself, and overanalyze things. During these years, even though Gillian has won fame and fortune, her health has been getting worse and worse. Her body hurts all over and rarely gets a good night's sleep. To relieve her pressure, Gillian once used money of six place values to buy clothes. Later, I forced her to invest with housings, in order to plan for her future. The result? Gillian now has two properties on her hands and is paving a path for her future.
In my eyes, Gillian is more introverted and overanalyzes things. When she comes upon upsetting matters, she would keep it all to herself! *sigh* One of her favourite things to do is cry. A deep memory of mine is when I went with Twins to the Mandarin awards ceremony of Metro. Five minutes before Twins were on, I saw Gillian backstage, wearing a dress that absolutely had cutting done to it. It made her skinny waist look thicker than thick. Casually, I said, "Gillian, your dress. . . Why don't you try to fix it up a bit? It makes you look fat." Before I finished my statement, Gillian suddenly went "Wah!" and could not stop from crying. Her make up was smudged, and suddenly everyone glared at me. After glaring at me, they immediately took Gillian away to avoid her of seeing me. At that moment, I know that I have made a terrible mistake, but I didn't dare to go over to see Gillian because I was afraid that she will start crying again if she saw me. My only resort was to get Charlene to go tell Gillian to stop crying. Everyone has to understand, there were only five minutes before they had to be on-stage. It was fortunate that they fixed her make up in time. After that time, I have understood the theory of "Refraining for one moment would confirm calmness; stepping back a step would bring boundlessness".
Because Gillian is often pressured from her work, she has to relieve herself from shopping. Once, she used six places of money to shop with. Seeing that she was not controlling herself with her money, I did my best to convince her, "When shopping, an artiste needs to know when to stop. Rather than shopping all the time, why don't you buy a house to invest in? That way, you wouldn't be left with only a bunch of clothes by your side in the future." At first, Gillian did not feel comfortable with the idea; she worried that the responsibility of investing would be huge and that she would not be able to handle it. I made the decision for her on her first investment. Right now, she has two properties at hand. Half of her income is used to pay for the housings. Now that the value of the housings are increasing, it shows that my force on her was correct.
Because Twins often have solo films, there are frequently rumours rising that they are going to split soon, but I feel that in only one film, besides that it is highly difficult to have two female leads to have equal screentime, it is also hard for each to express their acting to the best of their abilities. Earlier, I split Twins up in the acting area. That way, screentime wouldn't be cut off from one another. Gillian does enjoy being a 'fighter'. Even if she gets injured every single time, Gillian still insists on accepting fighting roles. I remember one time, Gillian was in Mainland filming, and she ended up injuring her ribs and had to come back to HK during the night to see the doctor. During these recent years, Gillian's health has been doing worse. She gets injured and ill; her old injuries keep coming back to her. I feel so heartbroken when seeing Gillian like that, but it is true that whenever it is an action genre, Gillian will be the main character. Charlene is the main character during non-action genres.
Gillian used to be a track athlete, so her calves are a bit thicker. To have her calves thinner, Gillian made the decision to go on a diet. We all know that Charlene never gets fat no matter how much she eats, so to avoid being criticized any further, Gillian would eat very little. A deep memory of mine is when I went to visit Twins at their filming area. Twins were on their meal break, and because Gillian was on a diet, she brought a small can of tuna to serve as her lunch. Right when Gillian was excited and delighted to know that she finallly gets to eat, I volunteered to open the can for her. The result is that I accidentally broke off the pull tab. I screamed instantly, and everyone on the spot gave me a blank stare. Ah! Oh my god! Because of my carelessness, I caused Gillian to miss her meal.

The black dress that Gillian wore at the Mandarin awards ceremony had no cutting at all, thus it made her look like she has a thick waist.

To relieve her pressure, Gillian has once used six place values of money for shopping, so I encouraged her to do some investing to plan for her future.

In my eyes, Gillian is a very emotional person who cries easily. When she runs into things that are upsetting, she would cry, but it's not a bad thing. From a perspective, it actually makes me feel that she is even cuter than she was before.

From then to now, whenever Twins have any requests, it is Charlene who comes to whine to me. There was once when Gillian called me, after a bit of mumbling, Charlene grabbed the phone away from her and told me that she wants a few days off to go on holidays. As I questioned about the little commotion, Charlene replied, "Sheesh, I always have to be the one to say it. Gillian always stutters." Ha, talk about complete opposites.

Gillian likes to participate in action films, so she likes to have me accept more action films for her. Back then when she filmed 'The Twins Effect', Gillian has already been continuously injured from the fighting scenes.

After successfully slimming up her body, when Gillian attended the '25th HK Film Awards', the black dress she wore still made her look chubby regardless. I feel that it is time that I get her a new fashion designer.
