She looks perfectly fine to me, doesn't seem she needs any surgery, and when you say surgery, which part of her are you talking about? her face, body???

She's just fine the way she is, cute, a lil shorter then everyone else, but still she looks fine to me, unless she has HUGE bags under her eyes, then there's a reason to get those fixed.

yeah, I agree. Gillian looks okay now, not too fat nor too skinny. And I actually think people prefer watching actresses who has some meat, rather than those who look like walking skeletons. (not going to mention any names here...but there are some in TVB) As for Charlene, in my opinion she's nowhere near fat, in fact she's turning too skinny nowadays. And regarding the surgery thing, I don't think she needs it. She has turned prettier during these years, and her face isn't as big anymore.

Oh my GOSH you are kidding me right? Charlene is like, one of the slimmest artists in HK. Well I am not so sure about that actually, but anyone slimmer than Char would look nasty anyway! Her waistline is like 22 inches! that's freaking TINY! She's so very sliimmmmm....can't believe people say she's fat

Charlene is way too cute the way she is. She definitely does not need to get any plastic surgery done on her. She might not be stunningly beautiful in a conventional way, but her beauty is like sunshine that brighten up your gloomy days especially when she smiles.

I dont think Charlene needs any surgery at all... out of Gillian and her... she is much prettier. I think because she has a cute sweet look. I never noticed how skinny she was, but after looking at these pics... maybe it would be better if she gained a little bit of weight.

I've seen her in real yesterday for the Premier of All about love with Andy Lau.She had lost soooo much weight, looked so skinny especially in that halter neck dress that she was wearing.

I don't think she needs surgery... she already has a slim body and her face is really cute!! its not as pretty as gillian's but its cuter and she brightens up ur day!! unlike gillian, she always has a smile on her face but gillian seems to look gloomy even though she is smiling. charlene rox! plus shes more talented n sings better than gillian. but for looks i still think gil is prettier.

I'm not a Twin's fan. But personally I think Charlene is cute so there's no reason to go under the knife. She's neither fat nor skinny. If they want a sexier image on her they can just use makeup to enhance her image...

What's the point of this question? How did you even come up with her needing surgery? Does she have a feature that just stands out as being very ugly or something? If so, I don't see it.
